Do you need new tires? brakes?an alignment? Maybe some other issues with your vehicle and not sure how to fix it? No problem bring it into NTB today they will get you back on the road in no time with decent prices and knowledgeable staff you won't regret it..

I took my Ford Explorer in today because my front brakes were grinding. The staff was super friendly. The gentleman at the desk showed me what was wrong, quoted me a price, and gave me an estimated time my car would be ready. Indeed my car was ready at the estimated time, the quote stayed the same and I was in and out very quickly. I highly recommend NTB.

I took a chance of stopping in without an appointment for tires. I was greeted by John and he was able to get me in. I had a noise that I asked if they could look at. Johnathon found and fixed my noise issue. John brought me out and showed me a situation with my sway bar. He explained the process to me and we agreed to get the part needed and reviewed the schedule to get it fixed. He ordered my part, and it was delivered with minimal wait so that issue was fixed too.I was treated to pleasant conversation and exceptional customer service. Rare these days. Kudos to the Wellsburg team and making my ride quiet and safe. CW

Excellent service with no pressure to upsell. Fit me in with little notice when our family experienced a flat due to pothole. Friendly staff which is so rare these days. Will be returning for all future tire needs.

Fixed my car a day early, very honest about the work needed. The bill was $600 below original quote. Talked to mechanic who did the repairs, very good people. Drove away a happy customer

I have taken my vehicle in multiple times, whether it be for an oil change, brakes, tires, or inspection. Each time I have received honest quotes, fast service, and quality work. Its nice to have a trusted place to bring my vehicles to.

I was connected with this repair shop because I had previous work done in Florida at a Tire Kingdom. NTB and Tire Kingdom are both owned by Mavis so the honor each other's work. The manager and entire crew of mechanics were respectful, friendly, and diligent. They were respectful in showing me potential repair needs without making me feel pushed to have any of it done. Price was fair and I was in-and-out in one morning after only calling for an appointment the day before. It was a bit of a drive from where I live, but well worth it! Also, the signs say Tire America on the store front but it is a NTB. It's the best of small town small business and national chain.

This place did a fantastic job yesterday and today starting with doing my tires and letting me know a problem with the control arm that need fixed before I got the alignment done. So got it fixed and alignment done today. They were nice and respectful group of people and they were quick with everything and I would definitely be back again thank you guys for everything

The manager Zack was so friendly and very helpful!!! I went in thinking it was an easy job but they found things the last mechanic screwed me over these guys went above and beyond to help get me back on track!! Thank you again guys happy holidays!!!

Was in desperate need of a trailer Tire had a blowout and needed help getting a tire as quick as I could. I was in and out within 10 minutes. These guys went above and beyond and I couldn t think them enough and was even impressed about the gentlemans beard lol.

Unscheduled visit due to consistent low tire pressure. Manager and Technicians were able to provide immediate assistance and pinpointed a large staple in my tire. Team was able tovservice the issue and had me out of the door quickly.

I was traveling alone to OH with my young daughter and my tire pressure light came on. Stopped at NTB where Zach and his techs made sure the tire was safe to get back on the road.

Was going to airport and had a tire going flat. Stopped in NTB- Wellsburg and instead of the manager telling me that there were 3-4 customers ahead of me , he got me right in and fixed and on my way. That s the way to do business and get return customers.
