Fantastic customer service! Our son was driving home late last night and his car broke down in the rain. We called CJ s and he responded very quickly, was extremely friendly and gave us a great recommendation to have our car fixed. Don t hesitate to call him!

The gentleman allowed us to look at my sister's vehicle and retrieve any belongings we could. Shared some photos with us of the accident that we had not previously seen and gave us his condolences for the accident. Very nice and professional people.

My son wrecked his car and I immediately went to site and took him to the hospital. The police called CJ's for the tow away and I went down the next day and paid him, it was pricey, but I'm sure that has a lot to do with the cops share. Charlie was really cool and gave me some advice to actually save me money to get my car home. He's a great guy, honest man and I give him 5 stars for sure. I'll recommend him for any towing job. Good people, they were really nice and they helped me find a affordable place to get my car worked on. They also found my car quickly and even helped me turn on the car and expect it before they took it off of the lot where I was stuck. They communicated really well and whenever they were going to be later on my tow they let me know that as well. Super understanding people. A+++++ I would not recommend any place but, CJs !!! The owner came to get my car he was fast getting there , he was personable ,kind, and honest !!! If you need your car towed when it s freezing outside or need speedy service this is the place to call I recommend him, you will not be disappointed!!! Fantastic service!!! I had trouble finding out where my vehicle was towed, after calling there and leaving a message they were very quick to get back with me and took care of it within the hour. CJ s Towing was very accommodating and helpful. The owner is very cautious and proactive in trying to maintain the integrity of your vehicle after an accident. They also did a wonderful job at the accident site cleanup after my husbands accident! I highly recommend them!

My son was involved in an accident that totaled his vehicle. He is a college student in Bethany, W. VA (5 hours away from home). Luckily, I had just dropped him off and was only 20 mins away. My son called me and before I could return to the location, CJ's was already there loading up his vehicle. Whoa! Quick service. I would also like to thank Clyde who provided professional and calm customer service. This was my son's 1st car and he was not feeling well about having had the incident. Clyde assured him that, basically, this was simply an accident and he should be fine in life; just keep working hard and doing the right thing. I thought that was very nice. C&J towing was awesome. My truck wouldn t start. I called and he was on scene within 10 minutes. He was very polite and respectful. He hauled the truck to the Ford dealer uptown Wellsburg placed it at the service department with no issues. I would recommend them anytime. I recommend cj towing to everyone in the follansbee and surrounding areas. Cj came immediately when our truck caught on fire and was able to tow it to the mechanic we requested. We appreciate him for saving us!!! And again will be recommending him along with hiring him if needed in the near future. Thank you again, Cj!!
