Been there to get my ID a couple of times. The staff is friendly enough and the wait time is manageable. I bet you can have a worst experience at a DMV

They are very nice and helpful. This was the 3rd time I visited, each time for something different. I recommend going in the morning, they get rather busy as the day goes on.

Made multiple visits to this place, was give wrong info on phone several times. I got nothing accomplished other than time & gas wasted. Employees were of no help an act like it pain them to attempt to their job.

I didn't even want to leave one star, the employees at this place need schooling on how customer service works, the lady that works the middle window is no lady, she's rude and she lies, we drove in from Georgia (6 hours) so my son could get his driver's license, we had to get his paper work from Pineville and rush over to Welch to take the test she told us we had to be there by 4:00pm I looked at my phone and I was 4:07 we are now driving back to Georgia another (6 hours) because I have to work tomorrow. 12 hours and 4 tanks of gas later my son still doesn't have his driver's license. No such thing as cutting someone a break, so I get to make another 12 hour trip back from Georgia to WV next week because we were 7 minutes late, i see nothing but a bunch Inconsiderate jerks that work here. I have nothing nice to say about them especially the blackheaded jackass that was not only rude but she mocked me as well. My bet is she needed to get home to watch Dr.Phil. rude rude rude.

There was a horrible woman there named Cindi. She was very rude. She actually threw a bill at me. She acted like because "she's been there 11 years" that gave her a right to be a total a--hole and she was!!! I didn't get any help even though I had all of my documents.

The employee was very friendly professional and helpful ,Mr blevins helped me with everything I needed and gave me all the information I neededHe made my visit to the DMV fast helpful and informative

Very poor service didn't get to see anyone at the DMV .i try getting a appointment all I get is put on hold I was on hold for 35 min and still not got to no one
