Decent price on tires, quick service. Girl working the front counter was a bit all over the place...talking on the phone while doing business with us and another person at the same time, none of us knew who she was talking to at which time, and she was not super friendly. She was just a little rough around the edges. But, I guess we're there for the tires, not the customer service.

I recently got new tires, the speed of installation is amazing, the counter person was very confusing as she carried on 3 conversations at 1 time. I was notified via phone that my lower control arms were both going to need replaced but was given a total of $1500 without breaking anything down such as parts, labor and cost of alignment. I'd definitely come back for tires not sure about the rest

Very Excellent Customer Service!!! Kim is so nice and excellent there. I came in this morning she made coffee and my car was in and out within 20 minutes for inspection. I needed 2 new tires so they ordered them on the spot and it be in and put on tomorrow morning! The guys was fast and efficient! Very highly recommended!!!

My boyfriend got his tires replaced here on Thursday. He specified he needed the BACK tires replaced but they replaced the front ones because they were worse. 1. The front tires were less than a year old. He bought them new.2. Even I f they were bad, they should ve let him know instead of just ignoring the fact he specifically asked for the back tires to be replaced.3. The passenger side rear tire blew while we were driving on 22 towards Robinson the NEXT day, so clearly the back tires were bad. This could have caused an accident and not only injured us but others on the road as well.I am not convinced the tires that were less than a year old were bad at all. I am convinced they took them to sell as used tires and expected him to pay them more money to come back and replace the back tires.They refuse to give any sort of money back or anything. Highly recommend not wasting your money here.

I took a flat riding mower tire in to be repaired. They put a plug in it, which did not fix the problem. I called back to let them know it immediately went flat. They had me bring the tire back in to be looked at. However, they charged me again to fix it. For the 68.00 spent and 2 trips, I could have bought a brand new tire, plus I had to pay for labor 2x. I'm very disappointed. I will not go back

I m so thrilled to find a business with amazing service and customer service!!They are trustworthy and Kim can handle anything you throw at her. I needed framework done on my vehicle and she referred me to a excellent company which in turn did an amazing job at a great price!!She is soooo knowledgeable .absolutely love her!!! My repair to the left outer tie rod was replaced, inspection, and, a 4 wheel alignment. My repairs were done very well and very timely.Any services that has been done on my vehicles, I have been very pleased with the services, cost and honesty of Bob, Kim and the mechanics. A great place. Explained everything they did. They first did a diagnostic and then scheduled the work. They replaced the thermostat and housing. Scheduled another appointment to replace the water pump. My car is 8 years old and this is the first repair work that needed to be done.Very friendly staff and did not talk down to me, which I greatly appreciated.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Always kind, friendly, and honest the people that run this business. The mechanics and workers are genuine that is a hard quality to find in the world these days. Please treat them with respect and kindness so that they are able to happily be here for us in our troubled times. The lady that works here especially you are the best neighbor I have if you happen to see this thank you for a whole lot more than just giving prices on tires and uhauls talking to you comforts me and eases my worries. You deserve to know that you have made hard times much easier for me and many others I am sure. :)

U guys r great! Yall got my warranty info, submitted request, replaced tire and only charged a small fraction of what the warranty didn't cover. Very nice and patient too. Ty so much. Saved me 120 bucks.... the difference from dealerships price with warranty. .

I've only ever *heard* bad things about them but when I took my girlfriend's car to them, they completed the alignment and new tire installation without issue in a timely manner. They even put the spare and tools back in the compartment under the trunk dispite all the clutter I left in there. I was satisfied.

They are the most caring and compassion shop around, we needed a tire, a emergency due to a flat that wouldn't hold air. We called them and they had us come right in instantly, got us a tire quick. The mechanic came out and informed us that the brand new set that was bought earlier that year and cost over 1,000$, that company had ripped us off and put the complete wrong set on the car. So Weirton tire and auto got us a size to match, and also nice enough to inform us that the lug nuts the company previously put on, was completely mangled because they used the wrong size impact on them. Weirton tire and auto got us a tire, changed, balanced, installed and 5 brand new lugs, all for under 100$! If you need tires or ANY work done, GO THERE! You won't regret it.

The staff is awesome! They are very kind, helpful and honest. They provide a fair and honest price (unlike other places around town that price gouge). I recommend them to anyone around the Weirton area. If you want you car serviced the right way, quickly and at a good price, THEN GO TO WEIRTON TIRE!!
