I went Steel Town Auto looking for a car. Took a car for a test drive. Said it felt like something was wrong with the brakes. I was treated like I was crazy. They just had it inspected by Ferguson Tire Pros, so the brakes should be fine. Loved the car bought the car. Took it to my mechanic, and he said it needed front brakes, and rotors. Tried ro get a hold of steel town auto. Told him what was wrong with the car, and was ghosted. I know it's always buyers beware, but there is a reason for feedbacks, reviews, and the BBB.I'd have to assume that Ferguson Tire Pros should not have passed an inspection on this car.

Good people, helpful at desk. Don't try get them put bigger size tire on your car then you have on when you go there, tried get them put on 1 size wider and 1 size taller but they wouldn't do it for me. Other tire shops have same policy and had difficult time getting someone to put on my new tires and they were 2 and half inches taller, finally got someone do it for me. It worked out fine no problems.

Gene will make sure to take care of your car. They all do an incredible and thorough and honest job! They treat you like family. Truly the best. I d highly recommend them!

Clean place & friendly staff: went there for tires front end alignment and tire pressure sensors if needed. This was in the email when asking about prices and what I was to be done to my vehicle. After the tires were mounted a service person came to get me so that the technician could explain why they couldn t perform the front end alignment. I was not charged anything for the front end alignment, but no one came to speak to me about the tire pressure sensors not working. I suspected that they were not working, but I did want to have them replaced if needed. My vehicle was already outside so I figured what was the sense in saying anything about it.

Helpful staff. In & out with no issues, unlike my experience with other tire shops where I constantly had issues with tires leaking air. Quoted price was what I paid.

The guys here are absolutely great.... they explain everything that needs done and dont take advantage of women like most places do when we walk in...... would recommend coming here for all car needs.

Let an unsafe car leave and risked the lives of the children and everyone in itThen the wheel fell off and someone was injured and the owner doesn t care. He doesn t care about your safety go somewhere else

Always get my car inspected here and usually only takes about 1/2 hour. I also wanted to buy four new tires, but I was told that only needed two. I appreciated their honesty. Good job guys!

Went there 2 weeks ago for new tires and found this out through when I was getting my trucks oil changed and everything today and they say they do this do it to atleast 100 vehicles a day. So if I was you I'd stay away from here as far as you can go. Completely unprofessional as well when I told them about it no offer to fix them or anything, got pretty much jumped on by 3 guys there at the main desk

So I've never really been one to leave custorme service reviews but these guys deserve their flowers. I've been to many a mechanic in the Ohio valley area and I can say without a shred of uncertainty that these guys are the best in the area. Professional. Fair. And quick. Best customer service I've ever received dealing with a garage. Hands down. Now if only we had dealerships in the area that would follow their example lol.

Ferguson tires...Between the mediocre work (damage) done on cars and the lack of proper customer service and care, this place is awful.The workers all seem miserable with their job(s) and the place itself is disgusting.The waiting room looks like it doesn t get cleaned regularly, and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting; to the point that actual grime is on the soap dispenser and dried urine everywhere else.Go elsewhere where professional service and presentation is shown.

Very knowledgeable and honest. I called them to ask about an unusually high price I'd received from another shop. J.C. (I could be wrong about his name) quoted me at a more reasonable price and explained the process to me, he even offered to squeeze in an appointment for me the next day (which was significant considering every other shop had at least a week long wait.) Very satisfied

I have went to Ferguson Tire Pros a couple of times now since I ve moved to the Weirton area. Good customer service and very efficient. They have never tried to get me to pay for unnecessary things for my car (unlike some other car shops I ve been to). Always straight to the point and try to save you money where they can.

Just had them put four new tires for my fifthweel. Upgrade tires but felt they were honest. Could have upsold me but told me didn't think it was necessary to pay 50$ more per tire. I decided to have them do my wheel hubs on my truck because of that. Thanks for professional service all the way around. So far happy camper.

I'm still in the parking lot and wanted to make sure I wrote this before I forgot! GO HERE! Staff was so friendly and I think I was maybe 1/4- half way through my TV show when my car was ready! I am amazed and will definitely be back! He said they have a large amount of people working at a time (I think he said 30 but that sounds high so maybe 13 haha) so they can keep things moving!

I usually come here to get alignments and oil changes.. I came about a month ago for an alignment.. I was told just like every alignment before, that I can bring it back within 6 months to recheck it for free. I had never done this until today. When I called to schedule it, I asked that it was free, and they assured me it was.. when I went in and gave them the keys, I verified with the older gentleman in the sunglasses that it was free and he said it was. So when they tell me it was done, the guy who rang me out told me it was $106. I said I was told this we free.. and he got an attitude with me, says 'fine, here's your keys.' I asked where my car was and he says 'idk, maybe to the right of the building'.. so I have my autistic daughter in one arm and carrying all her stuff in the other, along with my 6 year old boy, only to find that my car is not there. I had to walk around the building to the other side to find my car. The man's unprofessionalism and his lack of ability or even desire to tell me where my vehicle was, will definitely keep me from returning again. I will gladly give my business to someone else.

The best mechanic shop I've ever been to. They are consummate professionals who treat their customers with respect. They always answer questions and explain what they are doing. They are polite when you call and when you walk in the door. They are always honest and upfront and don't try to pull any nonsense. They are locally owned and care about the community.

Got a quick and reasonable quote. Set up an appointment a few days later. Came for the scheduled appointment a week later and was advised after sitting in the waiting room for about 5 minutes that the part for my car wouldn't even arrive for another 3 hours. So, I had to reschedule. Waste of time that day that could have been avoided had they called and informed me before the appointment. Still, nothing too major. I'm here now and the waiting room is what gave this place the 3 stars. Very comfortable and it has free WiFi and free coffee. Just make sure you don't have to use the bathroom. The men's bathroom is in the employee's locker room. Only one toilet. And the door doesn't shut all the way and definitely doesn't lock. And it's definitely very dirty. 3 stars for the waiting room and friendliness of the guy that worked with me. Price wasn't low, but wasn't extremely high either.

This place will damage your rims and send you out on the street with a death wobble. Said they weren't responsible for the damage that wasn't there before the rims were ran through their machinery. Never going back and looking to take legal action during to their unwillingness to cover the damages

Very slow. Very busy. So far, very good. Will follow up after a week. So far excellent tires. Make sure they clean the rust off (my iron rims) your rims so the tire beads well and doesn't leak during, now, in cold weather -- I had to come back for that today. Don't stay and wait: drop you car off and live your life. If you need to catch up on your sleep on the clock (thank you God!) expect a very noisy work environment; I napped very well ! Helped me out. Their lawn chairs were pretty good too! Hope this takes care of my employers truck finally. Thanks for taking care of our fleet guys.
