2 really awesome gentlemen. They did an amazing job on my Yukon's stereo. It totally exceeds my expectations. I smiled ear to ear, then laughed when I first heard the sound quality. The price was super fair. I plan on a new sound system for my Harley. I will be a repeat customer for that. I highly recommend them for all of your audio needs.

I had an appointment set up for about a week showed up today 4/11/2024. For said appointment and guy tells me the dude who's supposed to look at my GMC isn't there. And just looked at me like I was stupid when I told him the radio didn't work and I didn't know why and was hoping they could help. He repeatedly asked so what do need done 3 times. I don't know what I need done I'm hoping you the professional could tell me why it's not working. And just kept say we'll he's not here idk when he'll be back till I just left. Horrible service and dude I talked to seemed high out his mind and didn't know what he was talking about. Not recommended try elsewhere .

Got my equipment in within a week and had it done same day, very easy to work with and not very expensive. Highly recommend Audio Concepts To anyone in the area thinking about audio or a remote start!

I have been wanting a remote starter for some time now. After shopping around for a while I decided to go with Audio Concepts because of their reputation and customer satisfaction. Glad I did, they were done faster than they said and did a great job. I'll be back if I ever need another one you can bet on that.

Great interaction with this company, affordable and Mark was very nice. Great product, the install only took a few hours. Would recommend and recommend I ll probably bring my other car here as well!

Audio concepts put 2 12 inch subs in for me today did a excellent job, very reasonably priced and did all the little things that made me a happy customer, also put in sound deadening mat that will make the sound even better. Great job thank you

I did stop in and actually made an appointment for a install but when I showed up he informed me the part didn t come in. Why did he call ?Then he told me it would be a week and he would call when it came in , waited 2 weeks and never received a call .I stopped again and talk to him and he assured me it would be in and he didn t forget about me .Well, apparently he has since it s now going on 2 months plus and no call .He may do good work but as of now I would never know and will question the work done based on his word which is now hard to justify as being honorable.Please read below.Note :After being contacted by the owner we looked at a different type of install but came to a conclusion that it wouldn t work for me for what I needed.He was very friendly and helpful in resolving the issues from above and I would recommend him for doing a proper installation of your product.

Had remote start installed on 2 cars very reasonable prices. Done in one day. Works great. Extremely nice guy explained everything completely. Would highly recommend this place to others.

Audio concepts! The owner asked what I wanted and delivered on everything. When the owner says that he has the experience he's not lying. He did quick quality work and didnt try breaking my bank. I'll definitely go back.

Ran into some issues with my son getting an stereo in his first car...I wasn't sure they would help because the stereo wasn't bought from them and the dash was already taken apart but I took the chance and gave these guys a call and they said bring it in. They didn't ridicule on what my son has done,they tinkered here and there and got it working. Thank you so much!!!
