Fixed a speaker issue and bad amp for me. Fast and thorough work. Constant communication and up front and honest pricing. Won't find a better installer around town!

I thought the value of customer service has been taken away from business now days however 427 Kustoms was amazing in customer service. Knowledgeable , friendly, and my favorite part was they didnt try to over charge me. I was told $450 to $650 from other local businesses for the same job 427 Kustoms charged me $240. By the end of the job they did for me it was $160...amazing service amazing work 10 stars

I got ripped off they had my car all day for a single sub and amp install that was only supposed to take (1) hour and the staff seemed like they only speak to you because they have to it was just an overall bad experience that I should've just took the time and installed myself. However they still ripped me off on the sub and amp I now wish I would've been more patient and purchased elsewhere.

Called to see about getting an aftermarket radio installed. First time I called, the lady took down my information and said she would call me back. I waited a week and called back in, and a guy said they haven t heard back from their supplier to get the parts for my install and that they would call me back. Never heard anything back so I called once more about a month later and they just let the phone ring and never answered nor called me back. If you didn t want the job all you had to do was tell me from the beginning.

Below average customer service. Below average work quality. Absolutely the worst aftermarket shop I ve ever done buisness with. If your looking for professional installation, look elsewhere. The owner s teenage son performed our installation which means you are paying for his on the job training. No attention to detail whatsoever. Follow up service for sloppy work is meet with an attitude and more sloppy customer service.

I had them install a car starter, I didn't like the dogs being there, but I understand why. Service was great, product works fine. Would recommend there services to anyone thanks again

I dropped my car off to get an aftermarket radio. They set off some security feature so it wouldn t run. It had to be factory reset at the dealership. $650. Tommy did tow it to the dealership but claimed no responsibility. It ran just fine when I brought it in there. i will never take anything to them.

They are very accommodating. I wanted to buy Weather Tech Floorliners. I wasn't sure of the color to order, tan or black. He said no problem. If you don't like the color he would send them back and order a different color. Well it was the wrong color. No problem, and each time he put the order in the Floorliners they came in the very next day. Now that is good service.

They said make sure the truck has a half of tank in it. I got gas put 40 bucks in the tank. The truck had half a tank when I parked The truck at the lot. The weather was bad and rained all day While using the Moving truck on a local move. Used a broom and a few dry moving blankets to wipe up the water that was inside the back of the box truck from walking in and out of the truck in the rain. Not only was my bill $200 but they charged my card for another 50 on top Separately. There was no reason to charge me the extra $50 when I did what I was told I didn t know I needed to bring a mop bucket to clean a moving trucks floor smh. Never again.
