They inspected the headlight I needed out of the box before reaching it to me to make sure it was correct part and make sure it was not damaged during the shipping process. Light had hairline crack and they apologized and got me another one inspecting it also before sending me out of the store with it.

The employees are great: friendly, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand. Prices are less about being competitive and more about being convenient. However that's more about the franchise pricing than individual stores.

Parking lot is not very big at all. No wheelchair accessible anything. Prices way too high. You can get a way better deal at another parts store or online.
