I was thoroughly impressed by how quickly they were able to get me in on a Saturday morning. My car was finished before I could finish my grocery shopping. My car feels the safest it has felt in years. My tires are perfectly balanced, and the price was nearly half of what I had planned to pay for the service. They changed my opinion of the Walmart Service Center.

The fact that I was the first person in line this morning at 7am and my car maintenance is not completed is absurd. I requested a simple oil change and two new tires be put on. They have yet to complete the task and it is almost 10 am. I will 100% never come back here and definitely tell everyone I know to never come here.

Express oil change. Oil filter supposed to be included, but wasn't. Subtracted $1.77 and added $4.25. Great service and fast.

Not happy with tire n lube dept!! I WILL NEVER go back to that store. Was disrespected as a disabled person!! Shame on you Walmart for allowing it.

My mom ordered a vacuum on walmart.com for me to have it picked up. Before that two days prior she ordered groceries to pick up. In that same day she ordered my vacuum she picked up those groceries. However she left the vacuum because the vacuum was for me to pick up. First they said they didn't have it. Then they couldn't find the order. Then they said it is already been picked up. No one seemed to know how to locate this package for the vacuum. However Logan and will help us find it and get it taken care of. They seemed sincere in making sure that we received what my mom had ordered. Logan is an assistant manager and he was very nice and sincere and made sure we got what we deserved. Thank you Logan and will these men both need a bonus.

They said I needed a alignment and wouldn't rotate tires after I waited 30 minutes.i took it to another shop and they said my alignment was good and rotated my tires in 15 minutes and only charged 17 dollars.

Had many people just standing around doing nothing while there was a line of customers waiting to be checked in. Didnt follow line order. Have used before and done alright. This time absolutely not very disappointed. The only guy running around doing something was getting whiplash from running back and forth.

Long wait, they were very very busy. But all employees were pleasant, helpful, and courteous. I bought 2 tires and had them put on my car. Now I can drive that hour home not worrying about a flat. Thank you Wal-Mart for being open past noon!!

Ordered tires from them. They refused to put the new ones on. Spent 45 mins for them to figure out how to ring up an oil change on my truck

Was told by rep on phone I absolutely couldn't do what I wanted to do. So I went elsewhere and got it done.

Guy in charge in the shop was rude. I talked to him with respect. Yes sir, no sir. He ignored me. Wouldn t even respond when I spoke. Acted like I was bothering him to be there

Horrible place to get anything done I wanted a oil change and they refused because my truck was missing a Front driveshaft Then they pull my stuck out of shop and stomp on my break petal blow my brake lines then say it already was like that and send me on my way not it s going to cost me tons of money out of my own pocket to fix something that somebody else broke This is not even the first time me or my family has had horrible problems with Walmart auto They need shut down or at least held responsible for their actions

The managers went out of their way to help me find discounted tires and got a full set that were not picked up

Literally called to ask ab pricing of my tire and wears out on hold for almost 35 mins while I heard the person carrying on conversations with people instead of what I called and asked about.

Paid for high mileage with full check..watched they guy do the check and he did nothing...dont waste the extra money..put crew service is all u get regardless

I went to Walmart for tires. It was on roll back. It took 2 weeks getting them in. Then when they came in. I went to the store to get them. I was there for 2 hours just to get 2 tires.
