Used the shop, got in and out, had a DOT done on trl. Had to wait 3 hrs, but I understand, they were busy at that time of night. Went in first thing in the AM for a service. Guy was quick, and polite.

*11/16/2023*Get ready for a rollercoaster if you come out here and get any service done to your truck and/or trailer. Came out here to do a mid trip inspection and full trip inspection since they were due. Called in and they said it would be a 1-2 hour wait. Got here and put my name on the list and we got to go ahead and put our truck in the bay. Waited a little bit for air filters which wasn t an issue but somehow it s 9 hours later and we are STILL waiting to do a DOT inspection for our tractor. You hardly see any technicians working on the trucks but you ll see them having constant meetings in the back and they wonder why so many people are getting frustrated with them. I see why there s no seating in the shop because they know they are going to take their precious time. If I go to another truck stop and get it done in two hours. Only reason why we are here is because it s the only thing we got around here and thought we could get it done in time since it early in the day. I won t make the mistake and come to a TA again.

Always open, staff is always helpful. No gasoline at this truck stop. Food in the restaurant is really good and cheap for the large amount of food you get.

I got fuel there. This time it was quick.. Usually it's slow as hell.. Parking lot of beat to hell. It's almost gravel in spots, lines are hard to see if they are even there. If you want to park there, get there early.

I m doing repairs at this place for 3 rd time in 2 monthc cause i m working local here, but as of now i m not going to be a customer at this shop thanks to this bad management!!!If owner of this place is reading those reviews i ll tell u one think sir , get rid of all these bad management and hire people who care more for drivers and their repairs !! This is extremely slow from the counter inside the shop and going to mechanics.. I dont know if these managers have anyone who is above them Nobody normal will comeback to deal with 10+ waiting times for minor repairs every single time.. Time is money and i m not making money sitting in those bays waiting for lazy management to do something.. What managers of this shop are doing here ? Going in circles all day ! You guys lost one valued customer as of today because of bad management!!!Good luck .

This place was okay at first only because of the few showers however they take advantage of Truckers everything is really expensive. Even the restaurant that's there it is very expensive for one meal. The store also have prepared meals which is $10.00 plus tax. I stop there 5 days a week, let's do the math. That's 11 times 5 which is $55 plus a fountain drink $3.00 x 5 = $15. Now chips same thin $15 a week plus other food, drink and necessities for my truck. Ever week I spend over $200 at this place, well not anymore I only stop for fuel now if I have to if not ill wait until I get somewhere else. However I will take a shower here. The bathroom well the whole store has a bad and I do mean really bad smell. The toilet area has no privacy unless your in a show. You can walk into the bathroom and see clearly clean through someone's private space and time. As far as fueling go. They allow the driver's to pull up to the pump get out go inside before pumping. This will take a half of an hour before they come back out to their truck to even start fueling and once they do they decide they want to clean their windows and take out trash. This process will leave you sitting behind a truck waiting to get to a pump for almost an hour. It shouldn't take that long. When know one is there it takes me 10 to 15mins to fuel and pull forward and then I go inside. If I know I'm going to be longer than 15 20mins I will find a place to park. The majority of the parking here is reserved parking only. Do yourself a favor miss this stop and go somewhere else.

Nice TA. Drivers lounge was clean. They got slot machines if that's something you are into. Lots of parking.

Koodos to cashier Sierra and the cook in the back at Homestyle Express!!! Sierra was so polite, friendly, prompt and just downhome customer service driven! We were not too sure what to order, but when I tell you, "they put their FOOT" in the chicken pot pie, 3pc chicken & 4pc chicken tenders, even the size of broccoli was delicious! Everything was seasoned and tasted great. We were passing thru, but we'd definitely go back if ever in the area. From time to time you want a good home cooked meal while on the road as truckers.

Prime Inc Driver: I didn't get a chance to stop in the shop, but damned if I didn't wish I had based on the friendliness of the shop guys I talked to. I was gonna nab some tires and they put me in the system so when I got there I wouldn't have to wait too long, then I ended up canceling cuz it was cheaper by a significant margin going to Prime's terminal for tires.They were very understanding. Hell, if it wasn't for the fact I need a set of tires I might have ate that cost lol.

Great place if you are a truck driver. There s no place for a car to get gas. Very confusing on where the pumps are even located or how to get to the restaurant. Shower was decent although I ran out of hot water.

The shower was very refreshing and it was very clean. The water sprayed out powerful in the shower.We ate at Country Pride. The food as well as sweet tea was good. The service was great.

Delicious chicken salad very big and friendly staff plus it's easy off and on to 70 east and west. Just pay attention to the semis remember they are bigger than you.

The best truck and (***** quickest *****) oil change I have ever had {{{ curts , the employee }} he definitely need a big raise in his salary , he is very quick and professional , never seen such speed . However the fuel pumps , whoever engineer that designed them , need to be fired immediately , I had to back up twice so the hose can fit the tank and the same thing with def hose , other than that , I loved the place and the service in general , keep the good work guys and don t be like the other disgusting (TA s) in other states

This is great place, but the store is small. The facilities for Truckers are really good. The attached resteraunt closes at 9:30 though. If they were open 24 hours a day, I would give the whole place 4 stars. If the store were bigger too, with more to offer, like a slushy and fresh salads, I could give another star.

Has to be one of the worst truck stops on the highway. Only a few pumps work as they should. Not enough fuel islands. If you need a break. You ll definitely waist at minimum on average 30 plus minutes here.

Friendly staff. Little bit of a wait. But it s the weekend. Been here waiting since 5pm Saturday. Almost done with oil change at 10am Sunday.

I have never seen such slow response from TAs like this before. Been waiting since 4:20pm eastern standard time for truck service. Changed from oil and filter change to just simple fuel filter change because of urgency to get a load delivered. Been waiting again for almost another 2 hours. Something needs to be done with truck shop personnel.

GO TO THE NEXT ONE. MOST PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY DO ABOUT AS GOOD AS BIDEN DOES AS PRESIDENT.

Read all the bad comments , they're true very bad customer service, (day shift ) so here's what happened I came in on 04/11/23 , 20:15 , 08:15 pm , there was 4 techs , one of then was helping a customer so the other one said hi how can I help u , so I moved forward to speak with him , he looked at me and he said I wasn't talking to u , I was shocked is this really this man is very rude, then I waited after that David spoke with meI was trying to get a forced region , he told me it shouldn't take more then couple hours so I told ok that's good I will be waiting for them to call me , about 22:00 , 10:00 I called to check David told me to pull in to bay 3 so I didThere was two techs inside I made it to the line , both of them were looking at me , they didn't say nothing as soon I pulled in since it was clear, one of them walked to me and said u can't come in here till we tell u to do so , am sorry if you would said something instead of just looking at me I wouldn't came in , so after that I knew they wouldn't touch my truck, they made me wait till the night shift showed up , keep in mind all they had to do is hook up my truck to the computer and let run , the night shift people are way nicer and more professional, IF U CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DON'T STOP HERE

Cleanest TA I ve been to in a long time. The man cleaning the place Brandon Daniels is a top notch employee. He s a major asset to this location and the company in general. Amazing job Brandon keep the positive attitude and keep up the great work.

No salad bar. The lady made me a salad, but way too much lettuce, no tomatoes, eggs. Really nothing but lettuce. Stake was small. Potatoe was over cooked. It sucked. Now they wounding why we don't go in and eat.Then they want to charge for pay parking.
