I bought a used truck and needed new batteries Friday night was stuck. I called TA they said they won t b able to help until next morning. Then I called hunter truck and it was the best experience I had at any repair shop. They were able to help me right away and I appreciate that so much. I will surely stop By when ever I need any repairs and parts on my truck. I surely recommend these guys.

I don't understand a truck parts store that closes at twelve in the day on a Saturday sounds to mne like bankers hours they should be open everyday but Sunday because like me I need something they have but they not open losing money that's not the way if ya want to be successful that's just my opinion

Showed up at 1 p.m, and they were closed. They are not open till 4 on Saturdays. It's only to 12. But usually, they have bout anything u need or want for a big truck

It is 1:18 pm EST. Answering service says they are closed and says hours are 8 am to 4 pm on Saturdays. Google maps says 8 to 4. Which is it?

We were on our way home from purchasing a new semi truck from Peterbilt of Ohio and was approximately 70 from them and had DEF problem occurring and we could not get the truck into a forced Regen we googled for the nearest Peterbilt service shop to us and we drove over to them about 7 miles once we arrived and talked with service advisor explaining our problem himself and a service mechanic even though they were short handed stopped and dropped everything and took care of us at that moment fixing the problem with fast and knowledgeable know how never telling us we had to wait for hours and hours since we were 380 plus miles from home. You guys and your company are indeed TOP notch hands down. Thank you two drivers in need of help.

Brought truck in for Crankshaft seal leaking. They changed it really quick and found few other things wrong with it. Great communication ! They kept in contact with me before doing anything else so I wasn t slammed with a huge surprise invoice unlike most places ! They repaired my tractor at a good price and everything was done right! Great team over here an I highly recommend this place

After being towed to this deceptive facility The snakes placed a wrench on top of my engine block and told me that because of it my engine was bad. Gave me an outrageous price...I had it towed to Kentucky to my mechanic. All it needed was a turbo. These snakes are crooks. They don't even deserve one star. Should be negative zero

This had been my go to for most things.. there parts are the best priced in the area for sure, especially for an actual peterbilt part..

Never come to this place if you re in a hurry to leave. Got stuck here for a week to fix a clutch issue. Every time we went into the shop everyone was just sitting around. Then before fixing the major issue and only issue we came in for they began fixing other issues they found. Issues that didn t effect how the truck would run. They nickel and dime you for everything. Wasn t a very good experience and I ll never come back to this place.

Thank you guys for getting my truck done yesterday 12/23 Because you guys are closed today 12/24 and tomorrow 12/25. Had you all not got me fixed i would've missed Christmas which my 7 year old was really expecting to see dad. I Drove all night when i left there and no more problems or check engine light! You guys rock! You've earned my business if im ever nearby when something needs to be fixed. Thanks Again

Got me in and Out fairly quickly for my fan clutch! They are open 8am-12pm Saturday, small parking lot but they re next door to a TA. Comfort hotel up on the hill also in walking distance

I called them up in the evening after losing my fan clutch under a load. They had the part in stock so they pulled me up and had me repaired in no time flat! The night shift worked together, were courteous and got me repaired. Nice area for the drivers too!

So far I am not impressed. Been here almost 20 hours and my truck still isn t in the shop. They pulled the codes and know where to start but with still waiting I am cautious to use this place again. The staff is friendly without a doubt. Facility is clean with a decent tv room to chill while they work on your truck.

I had my driver go to the TA for a clutch adjustment. They messed it up to the point it couldn t drive out. So then I spoke to John and Seth from hunter peterbilt. These guys were helpful got my truck right in and found the problem, and fixed me right up and got the truck back on the road. Had no issues with them keeping me updated. They have my business when I need something done!!!!

Rip offs. Asked for an estimate on damaged truck, tech comes out, looks at truck for 5 minutes (that's being generous), bills for one hour. Only gives Bill doesn't give parts list. I go back in and the clerk still trying to not give me a parts list. Get a parts list, tech didn't put labor hours or even open the hood. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau. Go else where don't be schmoozedt by these fools. Sorry we pulled in there, never again and I'm telling the whole world what a rip off this place is.

Took my truck to get my pete checked out...looked over it and got it fixed...left the dealer and the same issue happen again called they sent the mechanic to check it out found a broken battery cable...I gave them 5 stars due to they fixed it free of charge and didn't just leave me out there....thank you for getting me back on the road. ...highly reccomend

Absolutely recommend this place, great people, great mechanics. Thank you so much for what y'all did. Saved my bacon and gave me some peace of mind. Places like this are dying off. It's places and people like this that make trucking a whole lot better.

Those guys are doing great and help me with my two 2020 Peterbilt F/L multiple times. Nice trucking area for food, fun and pleasure

Very good facility very knowledgeable employees. They tried to work with the shop that did the initial damage. They gave them the benefit of the doubt. That was a epic failure but they still managed a small miracle and got me out in at timely manner. I would definitely be willing to come back here.

Great service and they didn't overcharge. I called ahead they said they could get me right in and they did. 1hr later they had installed an air brake chamber and I was on my way. Thanks to Seth the office guy at the front desk!

If you need the tax write off come here to get your work done. They throw parts at your truck and don t diagnose it and won t stand behind their work. Mechanics have very little knowledge.

Different price for parts and labor .First we agreed price for repair and in the end of the day they tell me 1200$ more .... think before and take estimate for repair . If not they will do what they want ...Newer come here. They broke my hood and they refused to repair it.

Had my peterbilt towed from peterbilt there was no warning no consideration had been park there over a week no one said no parking and there where no signs visible in front of barrels next to Genos. My wife went to walk the dog came back and truck was gone , called talked to GM he swore they had signs I asked how many he said plenty that's lame then I said you don't know then he said 5 there are only 3 and the third was put up after my truck was towed Beware this peterbilt is in wv they had my truck towed across state lines had to go to Pennsylvania to pick it up without any help from peterbilt not even a apology again Been parked there over a week I could understand a tow with being told no parking but for someone to watch you and already have a wrecker on site and there is no police report about this bs story is just plain EVIL !

First of all my experiences go back 3 years with this wheeling dealership 9 out of 10 of them bad dealt with their butler operation as well as Smithfield. Today i send my driver onto wheeling after he breaks a rear shock on a 07 pete u would think they would stock them at a pete dealer but as usual with this place have to order themI call Smithfield branch he has all kind of them in stock question is are pete shocks some kind of a rare part at a pete dealer. Wheeling is the poorest and i mean pooerst run operation I've ever dealt with and i ve owned petes for over 30 years. If the owners would care to call me I'd be glad to fill them in on all the bad experiences ive had Im done with hunters in wheeling .

Easter Sunday our KW broke down. After being turned down by T-A , Called Hunter in the A.M. They took care of us right away. By 10 A.M. we were finished and rolling again. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! Thanks.

I want to thank Don as a service manager for taking care of me! I am a loyal customer at Hunters and a previous employee hadn't given me the proper paperwork and Don and Chris at Corporate made sure that I was taken care of! Thank you Hunters for standing behind your work!
