On Feb. 24th I purchased my White 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Premium (my first ever subaru) from Jill. Such an easy process and she was an amazing sales woman. 10/10 would recommend buying a subaru from her to anyone. The beginning of this week I had to bring my car in for a Starlink issue. Turns out I needed a new module ordered (WHICH WAS UNDER WARRANTY!!). The part came in on Wednesday and they got me in on Friday. They promised an hour wait time and by god that service adviser was right on the money. AND they even washed my Crosstrek for me! I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY by Wheeling Subaru. Never have I ever gotten this type of care. Amazing people and amazing service. When the time comes when I'm due for another vehicle (which won't be for a long time haha), You bet I will be back to Wheeling Subaru for another Subaru. I suggest you do too.

I was told I could make a refundable deposit to hold a car but ended up finding a better deal and requested a refund. The manager was a real jerk and tried to guilt me for not continuing with the purchase. The salesman was very nice and so was the office staff but I will never deal with this dealership due to the treatment the manager gave me by calling me names and being rude.

Simply outstanding experience with parts dept. - i ALWAYS have "the fear" when i need to get "weirdo" parts from any manufacturer dealership - the folks here made it simple, amicable and 100% painless

Comparable pricing, little to no wait time, fast and thorough services, convenient location recently remodeled, professional friendly staff. Love my Crosstrek and the care they take of it when it's due for services.

DJ was the nicest guy. He even left me a 1 year anniversary voicemail! Finance guy is extremely helpful! Definitely recommend

Scott is wonderful. I love my new car. I'm not very good with computers. He has been wonderful helping me understand all the features long after I Purchased The Car.

Great customer service! Thank you to Wheeling Subaru for fitting my car in with only a moments notice during a visit from MD. They gave my car a needed once over and were very welcoming to my dog.

They were great explaining what was wrong with my car. The woman (Renee) I spoke with on the phone was always so nice & helpful. I'm sure there was times when I was on cell phone & it wasn't easy to hear me but she was very understanding.I know that I won't take my Subaru anywhere else but Wheeling Subaru.

Wheeling Subaru took care of me during what could ve been a very frustrating incident. I discovered wheel lock Lugnuts on my car after getting a flat on the side of the highway. I was able to get the vehicle home, but needed to get it to a Subaru dealership. After calling, and explaining all of this to the sales manager, Tony B, he was very understanding and apologetic. I went through the Subaru assistance towing service, and Wheeling Subaru paid for it (as they sold me the car with the locking lug nuts with no key, a small oversight which they made right as soon as they could). They swapped out all the Lugnuts for me and then later on put four new tires on for me. all services and help that I felt they were obligated to help with, they did with no issues. Very thankful for the help, excellent customer service/sales team and service department. Will buy my next cars from them based on how I was treated.

Bought 4 cars since 2015 from Wheeling Subaru. For us they didn't play the deal or no deal game. Go down and ask for Jimmy R.
