Hands down best auto service I ve received. Abigail was polite, thorough, efficient. Store was clean and well organized. Set the standard for all auto care I ll seek in the future. Wow!

l had a scheduled oil change done and it went very well. I had asked them if they would rotate the tires on my truck, front to back...*IF* the back tires had better tread than the front. I explained I had front wheel drive, and therefore wanted the tires with the best tread, up front. They came and told me the tires with the best tread were already on the front so the tires were left in place. Only problem is... It was my mistake. My truck is *rear* wheel drive. They should have known this and the tires with the better tread should have been rotated to the back.

3 hours to put on four tires with five people working! There was an eight tire trailer in front of me, that's it.They couldn't get one of my tires off, but still charged me for mounting it and wouldn't adjust the bill. Now I have to pay someone else to do it, too.My custom rims are all chipped up now, too!The employees were all polite, so there's that.

Called in the morning because I had a flat tire at work. I wanted to buy 2 tires. They said they do not take appointments but would help. Put air in the tire rushed to tire center arrived at 4:15pm. Was told there was not enough time because they close at 6:00 pm and there was 3 people in front of me. Which was fine but why in a 4 bay garage there was only one car in a bay and one guy working. I worked in a tire shop and it only takes about twenty minutes to change two tires. Now I have to rush home on a tire leaking because they close at 6:00 and I guess can t help out a person and stay over a little bit. Never never never again.

Drove 45 minutes because they said they would mount my tires to my wheels. Got there for them to deny my business. Not like gas isn t over 4$ a gallon in Washington pan where I m from.

Called on the telephone in advance to see if they would have time to mount and balance tires for my car. They said, Sure, as long as you get here before 7 we can get it done. I arrived at the auto center by 6:30 and there was an employee sitting outside turning people away. He informed me that they close at 7 and would not have time. I told him what I was told on the phone and he said oh, well I m sorry we can t do it this evening.

My girlfriend needed new tires for her SUV. I recommend a few tire places, but she wanted to go here cause it s convenient and close to her work. A few weeks later, she gets a nickel size hole in one of her brand new tires. I knew it could be fixed, but both of us work and I wouldn t get around to it to the weekend. So she took it back to Walmart to get it patched. They said it couldn t be patched and had her buy another new tire. An extra 96 dollars and she didn t even get to keep the old tire. Never again. This place is a rip off. Do your self a favor and go to a real tire shop. Wheeling tire is your best bet.

So a tire blew out on my truck. I got on the website & it said that they have my brand & size in stock. I drove up to the Walmart at Highlands. As I walk in the door, the dude behind the counter sees me walk in but he walks out from the counter & goes out into the store leaving me there by myself. I'm standing there waiting while another customer walks in. After waiting a while, she asks me, "do u think anyone works here?" I told her yes but the dude walked out into the store. When he came back, I told him I needed a LT265 75 16. He acted like he was looking on the computer then looked at me & said, "we don't have any in stock." I knew better because the website said they are in stock & this is a very popular size for 3/4 ton trucks. I turned around walked out & went to Wheeling Tire who not only sold me the correct tire, they mounted & balanced it also.

Hours clearly say open until 7pm on a Friday. Arrive at 5:15 and a worker literally locked the garage door in our faces. Without any explanation. We asked if they were open at the actual door entrance and he just said, No. Then locked a second door in our faces. Despicable people working here and a horrible excuse of a store. Don t waste your time.

Said that the hole in the tire not able to be plugfed/patched and didn't have the size tire that I needed in stock. Then they couldn't figure out how to get my spare tire down from under the car. Referred me to a tire shop down the road. At least they didn't try to charge me.

Got a tire patched thanks for the help. Tire patched balance friendly service took 20 minutes and was only a few dollars thanks again.

Broke my lug nuts and my lug nut key and then told me I had to go somewhere else that they didn t want to be liable

My tire blew last winter and the guys here were quite helpful and changed it quickly, no problems with service or tire I purchased.
