Worst service department I have experienced. Took my truck for oil change and they said I needed a new oil filter receptacle because I used an aftermarket oil filter which cost an extra $300. When I got my truck back it sounded like it was falling apart. A quick check and I saw that bolts were missing from the skid plate. When I took it back they said they could not get it aligned to put all the bolts in LoL. I took it home an fixed it myself.Update I asked them to look my truck over because I was going on a long road trip but I was still hearing a loud knocking coming from the back of my truck I checked today and the rear shock mount was completely broken off. Robinson service has a complete lack of competence and professionalism. Stay away from this service department.

Great experience today on my first appointment here after moving to the area. Requested an alignment along with tire rotation. The guys asked questions and we decided that it wasn t worth the time and expense today.Will definitely be back for my next service.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

To find a service shop that treats you right and doesn t try to sell you things you don t need is a rare find. Jim Robinson Toyota treats you right! These guys have always worked to save me money and not charge me for things I don t need. Always friendly, courteous. Was there for RAV 4 check-up , oil change, etc. Checked & readjusted back hatch door. Explained all work that was done & also explained to me how to readjust the back hatch door if it gets stuck again in the future. Thank you!

George is the absolute best! I get my government vehicle serviced here as well as my personally owned vehicles. We called for an oil change and tire rotation and was given an appointment. We waited and received an invoice for $247. We asked how it could be so much. We were told we scheduled it online (we did not) and it was registered as Under Other Diagnosis, so a labor charge of $125 was added, and nothing different done on our vehicle than our original request. The invoice was adjusted, but it made no sense since we spoke directly to the service dept when we scheduled our vehicle. Saddens me to think the possibility of someone coming in and being charged incorrectly in this economy.The work was done quickly however and that was nice.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

First trip they didn t check my fluids so I had to put my own windshield washer fluid and coolant in. Called the service manager and he said the next service was on him. Second trip they changed my air filter $30.99 and cabin air filter $29.99 and charged $45.99 for installation of those, which I could do myself in less than 5 minutes. Then gave me $20 off service. I know it s a dealership but their prices are ridiculous and I ve had bad experiences the last three trips to this location. I m done with them.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Car broke down. Steam coming from exhaust..... had towed on Sunday. Looked at on Wednesday and repaired on the following Monday. So far so good. Thanks for the timely repair.

I made an appointment for an oil change for my 22 Toyota Corolla, which was done 11/03/22. I made the appointment online and the price was listed at $53.65. I also had received a coupon for 15% off any service, which was not expired! i presented the coupon on arrival. when my car was done I was charged $73.06. I asked about the price difference and was told "it went up". I inquired about the 15% off coupon but they would only give me 10%. No explanation. I was very displeased as I drove 20 minutes to get there. I can have my oil changed for considerably less at the Quick Lube minutes from my house.Service: Oil change

As a customer for over 20 years, I was once again (unsurprisingly) treated as a VIP. During a routine oil change and tire rotation, the service technician discovered an issue with the oil filter. Unnoticed, this issue would likely have choked off the oil supply to the engine. This would have resulted in a very costly repair. Thank you to Lee for taking the time to explain this to me, and for ensuring the proper servicing of our Toyota vehicles (8 vehicles in over 30 years of sales and service. 20+ for me and 30+ for my wife).Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are absolutely amazing very communicative not a long wait in and out .walked in they asked me what I needed I told them and then they got started immediately and threw me keys to another vehicle said you could wait or go wherever you wanted we will text you when it's done I wasn't even at Cabela's for 20 minutes and they already were texting me excellent service I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a nice used vehicle or new these guys know their stuff with Fair competitive pricing. to be honest with you the day I showed up they lost a very important long-term employee due to health issues so the vibe was different in the place and they still were very professional and got stuff done as soon as possible for me. The guys working here are lifesavers!! I brought my car in, they figured out the issue, without making me wait forever, and we re able to get the part the next day! Asked them to fix a squeek on new brakes and they told me I would have to buy new rotors and pads to fix it. Problem is they are new rotors and pads. Took my tundra to Bliefus and they were able to fix the issue in less than an hour it was the factory brakes that were sticking. I wasn't going to leave this review but they have sent me spam emails and text messages annoying me for a review, so here it is.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake replacement

Jim Robinson has one of the best service departments that I have ever had to deal with. They are so kind and welcoming. As soon as you walk into the department they are taking care of you. They are very professional and extremely experienced and they always get the work done right the first time and in a timely manner. They are just the best!!

This review is more towards the sales department, so i warn any potential customers. I purchased a used 2017 Tundra, and part of the pre delivery service, they said they had to replace the left front axle and brakes all the way around. Six months, and 4,000 miles later, the axle failed and was slinging grease all over the place. Went back to see what could be done, and although they did replace the axle again, i was told if it happens again, im on my own. Come to find out, service did not have authorization from the sales department to use genuine Toyota parts during the initial repair and put aftermarket parts on. How does a Toyota dealership, sell a Toyota truck, and not put Toyota parts on? Profits is the only reason i can come up with. And no, they still did not use the Toyota axle the second time. I would expect better buying a $30k truck. Im not mad, just very disappointed. You guys can do better.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I'm sure they provide more services than I selected but those are the ones I've personally had done there. I'd give Jim Robinson Toyota 10 stars if I could. They're are the best car dealership I've ever dealt with for buying cars and having service and maintenance done to cars. They're very efficient and professional and thorough. I hate to give this review ...for selfish reasons ...because I don't want them to be too busy lol but I think they are really busy already I just can't tell because they treat me so well every single time im there. Ive been having a my vehicles serviced there for the past 10 years. Its worth the hour drive each way for me to go there. They deserve a great review! I bought my 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid here and have had my 5,000 mile and 10,000 mile maintenance here. Everyone from Vinny (GM) to the service advisors and technicians are the best I ve dealt with in all my vehicles.
