Chose Valley Harley Davidson to purchase and trade in due to previous dealer closing, and now I wished I would have bought from them all along. The experience from the moment walking into the doors was amazing. My Salesman greeting me as I walked in, my coffee yeti refilled without asking just felt like I was already part of the family. The Floor Managers energy and enthusiasm was contagious with absolutely no pressure whatsoever during decision times, really made it feel like they want you to be happy with your choices. Entire team answered my 1,000 questions as this was my first move up bike, never felt embarrassed of some inexperience. Each department associate from sales, apparel, parts, service and finance were detailed and professional. Salesman spent more time getting to know me more than wanting to sell a bike. Local HOG Chapter reps as well invited me to join, and welcomed me like I was already one of the family. I can t say enough how incredible my experience was. Don't buy anywhere else, this place felt like a second home. Highly recommend!

Excellent in every aspect of the purchase. I travelled from sw Fl to purchase the bike and they made it very easy and accommodating. Everyone on the Valley team were AAAA plus Thank You all so much for your time and effort. I love my 2014 Street Glide Special.

I haven't purchased a motorcycle in a long time but the experience I encountered at Valley Harley-Davidson ensures that I will only buy grom them.Impeccable service. Super friendly staff. They treated me like royalty. If you are contemplating buying your first or another motorcycle please go see these fine folks.

The best experience I ve had at a dealership in my life. Brandon and Jenni are excellent. Came in a week later and they even remembered me. Overall a very welcoming experience and treated like family.

Had a great experience learned a lot about the different models and was able to find the right one for me. Paulie was awesome to work with helped me really narrow it down to the right bike. Everyone there is awesome and make you feel like part of the family.

The staff made my entire experience awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Landon, Tommy, and Ryan made it simple to get me into the perfect Street Glide and made the number process easy. Jon and Kyle in parts and service knew exactly what I needed to fit my bikes needs and gave me all the info on service to plan out. Kendra in finance was friendly, helpful, answered all of my questions and made the purchase a breeze. Thank you again to Valley Harley. I highly recommend!

The complete staff at Valley was amazing. Ashley, Kenda,Valerie and Jenni made me feel like family. The best buying experience I ever had. They made me feel comfortable being there . Stayed at the hotel right beside the dealership and stopped in to look around why we in from Mifflinburg Pa for the Ohio tournament of champions. Talked to Gage about wrestling and motorcycles. Checked out some beautiful bikes and if I was in the market for a new bike, the sportster s on the showroom floor would have made a 4 hour ride home with me. But the Pan America would make a great bike for the dirt roads by me. Thank you Gage for showing me some beautiful bikes and talking wrestling. If we wrestler out there next year I'll definitely be stopping back in.

Valley Harley davidson is a great place to deal with from the clothing department, sales dept, part all the way to the service and delivery. I had a great experience throughout the facility. I would recommend their service to everyone in which I do to everyone I come across that is looking for a new bike or looking for service to be done.

Super nice people. Sales was very kind and helped me get a new bike. Wish could have cut me some slack on part I wanted but hey that s the game I guess. They did work with me on trying to get my payment where needed to be. Would recommend going to check them out for sure shaye was the best at helping me with getting me my new bike big thanks for her help. My boy is loving the new one

Went in for a service on one bike and ended up buying another also. The team was awesome all the way around and work hard to make you happy, even stayed over to make sure we was leaving happy and went above and beyond to make sure the deal fit our expectations and range. The sales rep Brandon accompanied us everywhere and held great conversation making us feel very comfortable. The manager Jenni is a real go getter she does not give up to make sure she can accommodate however she can and had one of the best personalities Ive seen in management as someone in management myself it was awesome to have that experience. She made sure we was leaving with our new bike to our satisfaction. Great team great, great atmosphere, and all around great experience. Thank you Valley Harley.

We went there just checking bikes out and tried to get financed was denied it was all weird we shouldn't have been denied didn't make sense. Afterwards one of the employees was calling us about every other day to the point I felt it was harassment. We flat out told her do not call my husband at work and he said call my wife she takes care of all the bills. She called me one time I said sorry but no we aren't interested in coming in again. After that she called my husband at work all the time he told her over and over again to call me. Not once did she ever call me. We were to the point of blocking her number but that meant we would have to block any other employee from calling us. If we blocked the store number, we didn't want to do that.Just to clarify this one employee has made it so miserable for us that we don't enjoy going to this store.Because of this one person they have ruined it for us. After we were denied we waited about 45 days and went to Adventure Harley Davidson and was approved for a 2023 Harley Heritage. This Harley store was awesome best of all we don't get any harassment calls.

Loved it! They make you feel welcome and that's a big deal to me. I just wish they had more of a selection of women's shirts. I still got me a cute one though and 2 chips for my collection! If you drive a semi or a RV there is plenty of room in the parking lot to stop and check them out.

First off the ride to this dealership is wonderful! Secondly, Jen made my appointment nice and easy and made me feel like a VIP!!!! The crew here is top notch from the moment I met Jenni Lee Rice I felt comfortable and all my questions were answered. I also need to throw out a shout out to Ryan because that dude knows his bikes.All around a great experience and I'll be back for all their great events!! Thanks for taking care of me guys!!!!
