Absolutely excellent service! Easy, quick, and good. I just had an oil change and I think they even washed it because the car was a lot cleaner than when it went in.

Embarrassing: Besides taking three months (and changing their story every time they were called to check on progress) to do not even three weeks worth of work on my partner's car because they horrendously overbook, they also took multiple calls over the course of a month to tell me they wouldn't do the 60k timing service or replace the leaky seals on my 1990 300ZX because they're afraid they'll break something else once they start working on it. They also claimed they could not get the required parts, all of which Nissan still manufactures and can be ordered from the factory except for a replacement for the rear main seal, for which Nissan offers a factory alternative. I could not advise taking your vehicle to a place that is afraid to work on what is still a very modern vehicle.

We always use Straub Nissan service. Jenn in service department along with her fellow employees are wonderful to deal with. NEVER had any issues with them and the mechanics are very kind and know how to "turn wrench!" Instead of writing a long paragraph just take my word DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Shady is an understatement and the minute they realized I had no idea what was going on the "problems" with my car changed. I was taken advantage of. And when I got my car back my previous fuel pump that I had in my trunk to return to autozone was gone. Theyre crooks period. Everyone told me I got ripped off to the highest extent.

Do not ever give this dealership your number they will call you weekly to tell you what great deals they have , they never will remove your number from there call logs !
