Took my truck in for warranty work and decided to have a service done while it was there. They decided not to do the warranty work and charged $424 for an oil change, tire rotation and fuel filters. Once I got home I went ahead and set my tire pressures and topped off my fluids since they were apparently too busy to do it. Won't be returning under any circumstances.

Everyone at Jim Robinson but especially Mike was amazing when we bought our Bronco Sport. I had to wait for a while but it was no fault of theirs and it was definitely worth the wait! They did everything they said they would plus some. Mike was super helpful, always answered my dozens of questions and we would shop there again in a heartbeat.

I was greeted properly. Service personnel were friendly and professional. All work was done very well. Appointment time was honored. Service time was very good. I would reccomend Jim Robinson Lincoln for anyone.

I had to have some recall work done and my seats fixed . It took 2 tries to fix my heated seats, but they figured it out and took care of me in the end.

Had oil change yesterday. Very friendly and efficient staff. Arrived a little early, but they took me right in. After a short (less than 1/2 hour) wait in their comfortable waiting area, my car was serviced and ready to go. Excellent service, as usual.

I had the best experience buying my car at Jim Robinson. Alex Grow patiently listened to my concerns and questions and found me the perfect car at a great price! Absolutely no pressure. Manager Evan Snodgrass made the legal/financial end of things a breeze. Friendly trustworthy people! They helped me out in 2010 and I had an equally wonderful experience 13 years later!

Never gave me my military rebate, sold me the truck that I had to contact the CEO of Ford to get for 5k more than the agreed upon price, beat me up on trade in, they didn't even prep my truck well, left the cooling hose unbolted when they installed the winch, left plastic on the dash, and didn't update the software before I picked it up a week after it was delivered.

Service department was a pleasant surprise. Staff very kind and considerate. My car was actually taken in ahead of my scheduled appointment. The waiting area was clean, there was a common area and several cubicles which allowed for social distancing. Great work area to get reports done while I waited. Charging docks for my devices were available. The work was done quickly and efficiently and they washed the car before bringing it to me. I am very happy with the service.

I had an excellent experience at Jim Robinson Ford thanks to Doug and the rest of the staff there. Very little wait time, everyone was super helpful and friendly, and Doug even mailed me my garage door opener I forgot in my trade-in. I would definitely shop here again.

If I could give them less than 1 star, i would.My wife took her Ford Escape in for recall work. Nothing was wrong but they claimed the "power steering software needed updated".My wife then buckled in everything we hold precious into their car seats & drove back down 2 Mile Hill to Elm Grove only to loose power steering in the vehicle. My wife & children are lucky to be alive because of Robinson's negligence.So I drove the vehicle back up there & told them to fix their mistake. Eventhough their were no steering issues prior to their service, they worked on the steering's computer then my wife loses steering 2 miles later, Robinson claimed it was not their fault. Now they are saying it has a bad alternator. A service shop guy wearing an ASE Certifed Master badge looked me right in the eye & said the Escape lost power steering because the alternators is bad. It will we $1145. I asked him why the price was so high. He lied to me again when he said "that job is a big deal. We have to pull an axle". No, an axle does NOT come out nor is an alternator over a thousand bucks. I demanded the liar to take my vehicle down off the hoist.A local shop fixed it for less than $10. Robinson damaged the battery ground terminal & it was cutting over accessories intermittently.Ive bought 3 vehicles from Robinson's old location. I will never spend my money at Robinson's now.

The guys here went above and beyond to work with me and put me in my new F-150. Amazing truck and amazing service provided by them. I bought my old truck from them, my new truck, and look forward to continuing to buy from them in the future as well.

Their computers weren't smart enough to find the problem with my car. So I'm still having problems with it and it keeps shutting off. I guess next time I'll have to go to a real mechanic. I raid it a 1 star.

On our way home to Indiana the heat shield on our expedition came loose and was dragging. I stopped in to their service department and even before they officially opened, Brian in service went out and removed the remaining shield himself. Thanks to his help we were able to get back on the road with no delay. Excellent customer service!

I Always Come To Jim Robinson Ford. They Took Care Of Us! I told them Last Year About I had a Hole in My New Tire And They Fixed it for Free! This Time I had Told Them My Back Up Cam For My Ford Escape Didn't look right. They Ordered me a New One. I Came To get it. It didn't take too long They Installed it and It was Under warranty They did a Great Job! It didn't cost me a penny!! It's Awesome Now !! I Love It !! I Love My 2020 Ford Escape!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! Most of the times, especially when I was served by George who is no longer there, my service was excellent. I understand they have a few new "guy" working in service now and James did try hard to make this a positive experience overall. But...when the job was half done, I was asked if I had my other key to the car. No I did not as it was a home. They suggested that we reschedule the appointment when I could bring the second key. I had already cancelled two of my classes that I teach on that day (my overall schedule is very full).....I was not about to cancel classes for another appointment. I told them to give me a car and I would go and get it....it's a 35 minutes drive one way! Now the car they gave me to run home was beautiful, but it still took over an hour more out of my day. The nice woman who works at the cashier window, did make the guy hurry my job, as I had to teach at 1pm, which I did make at 12:55.The main point to my complaint was that they should have told me to bring the other key in from the beginning. I am assuming they knew the job needed both keys......

The worst experience I ve ever had to deal with. We took our car in at the beginning of December and was not not looked at until February. The dealership was asked to schedule a second inspector through our warranty (having personally talked to the warranty company this request was filed on Feb 7th). We checked in weekly to get updates, until the Dealership gave us the number of the warranty to try and figure out the issue. The dealership never scheduled the second inspection while we sat for two months waiting for something the happen. We had to accumulate debt due to rentals so we could continue to work our jobs, we asked the dealership to try and reimburse us for the rentals. That was denied. The same day we received our car (after 5 months at the dealership) the check engine light came back on and we returned the next day. We got coded for an O2 sensor and a catalytic converter. weird how new codes appeared after a new engine was put in. Next, they told us to go to another garage to get the necessary parts since they weren t under warranty and would be cheaper. Upon doing so we get transmission codes for the car. If we had not driven the car off the lot we would have been within warranty range and could get it replaced. The facility telling us it was common knowledge that our car had transmission issues. If it s that common of knowledge and the entire engine block was removed for warranty inspections for over 2 months, why was this not looked at especially since it would be under warranty! All because they didn t make a phone call back in February.Our car has little value, and is a ticking time bomb to break down once again. Maybe we did make a bad purchase, we picked the car due to its warranty incase something might happen and now we are finding out what we got wasn t enough. We were patient and kind through this entire process until now. Our lives became measurable worse dealing with this dealership.

RELIABLE AND "HONEST" SERVICE DEPARTMENT,I have owned quite a few vehicle, and before I get too old, hope to own a few more. I have dealt with many dealerships and service departments over 40 years. The guys over Robinson Ford Service Department have been the Very Best that "I" have ever dealt with in over 40 years. They have always been extremely respectful and taken good care of my vehicles. A lot of dealerships are courteous and can fix a vehicle, but the number one reason that I consider Robinson Ford the Best is that I feel they are Honest. If I don t need something, they tell me. If I really do need something they tell me and explain why I need it. I have owned two Ford vehicles, so far, and in my opinion, they are honest, reliable and charge a "reasonable" price.I just had work done on my Ford Escape and Andrew K. handled all my service issues. Andy was extremely respectful and his crew (Richard A.) took care of all my issues. I'm just an old farm boy, but it's people like Andy K. that give Robinson Ford a great reputation.How can you go wrong with a guy by the first name Andy?!Respectfully, Andy Y.

I had a Great experience, Alex G was my sales man. Everything went smoothly. They are up front and honest. They are not pushy with all the extras in the finance office, they do offer additional items, explain what they are and what they cover, but do not pressure you into purchasing anything you don t want. Very Pleasant Experience.

Other than the distance to the dealership, we had a smooth transaction when buying our Used Truck. Excellent service. Wish they would allow you to take to a local authorized Ford dealer instead of just in house for their Lifetime Power-train warranty.

Purchased 2018 RAM 2500. The buying experience at Jim Robinson was super easy. Very friendly & helpful staff who made the buying experience go very well. I have purchased vehicle before where we the negotiation process take hours and then they try to upsell you on other services. Jim Robinson made this easy without lots of pressure or hype. They are priced very competitively and very easy to work with.

One of the main reasons I even drive Ford vehicles is the service I receive from Jim Robinson. Rodney and Andy are awesome. They work with my schedule to provide service at times that are convenient to me.They overlook nothing. I sold my last Expedition that had 240,000 miles on it with no problem because the purchaser knew it was so well maintained exclusively by Robinson Ford

Had an issue with my truck and had to drop it off. They got me in the next day and fixed the issue. They recently hired a great group of guys in the service department who are nice, professional and make a hard working American feel good. I'll continue to keep going to this dealership because I trust them and good customer service.

I have bought 7 vehicles from Jim Robinson & I'm always going to go back. The new & old staff are awesome! I've always been treated with respect & like family it's always fun to visit. If you ever have a issue it gets resolved quickly & professionally. The only dealership I will ever deal with since I bought the 1st car off of them 10 years ago
