Very nice clean place with the friendliest owner and dogs. So far so good. Had some bubbles and spots a few weeks in but confident with more sun and heat they'll smooth right out like the rest. Will return for more business in future

Made an appointment for 5pm. Got is immediately, and he had both windows tinted in less than 30 minutes. They look perfect

Always get great work done. Been going here for years. And these were taking day after it was done so all the bubbles are out and looks fresh and clean. Thankyou for another great job.

I love this business. I had a remote control start put in a van and it was the best thing that I have ever done. They completed the job in no time and I had never had any problems with it. Sandie is an amazing businesswoman who will go out of her way to make sure the job is done correctly. This is the place to go for window tinting and any accessories that you would need for your vehicle.

We took our truck to get detailed and window tint. Not a good job on either.We will not go back or recommend anyone to go there. Not professional work. The window tint was coming off before he left. They came back to work on it, another wait and he says he is sure it will not stay. They washed the truck under trees. Overspray on the truck from the detailing still on the truck, bugs were still on the grill. He doesn't have time with his job to deal with poor quality work! The lady complained about other customers complaining and wanted him to give a good review. I guess if you need to tell customers to give a good review you should get the hint..I also have to add they never opened the hood to clean the engine compartment!!A car wash can clean better than this place...

I've done business with these guys twice now. One for a detail and the second to tint my truck. Very professional and quality work. I will bring my vehicle to them again.

Understaffed. The dude who owns it works himself ragged. All around good job, except the back window. Tons of bubbles and gaps. Took it back and instead of fixing them, he cut the top portion off and replaced it with a blue colored tint. Got tired of having 2 different colors on the back, so I took it back and had them replace the whole piece. Still bubbles and gaps. The reasoning was the matte dots called "the matrix," which I guess is impossible to cover. So if your car has the frost dots on the upper back window, be comfortable with the fact that it won't look good.The rest of the car is good. Nice people. Loveable dogs. Lax environment.

Extremely disappointed with this company, they do not honor their warranty/guarantee. Previously had several vehicles tinted here but bubbles formed under the tint. When I took the vehicles back they made excuses and wanted to charge me almost $100 per window to fix it. What s the point of having the guarantee if you re still going to charge to fix something you guys messed up?? Paid to have the one particular window fixed and when I got the car back it still had bubbles under it. Absolutely useless, I will never give them business again. Wasted money!

Had my vehicle detailed with hand wax and it looked like it was leaving the showroom! Impeccable work and will definitely let them do more work for me.They are in a new location!

CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY....BEWAREMy husband and I were in the market for a good window tinting place in this area! Some friends of ours recently brought a truck to this place to get their windows tinted. After looking at the finished product I would never allow this place to do work on anything I owned!!! There were bubbles and along the edges were not even all covered! And wow talk about over priced 400$ is ridiculous! A toddler could've done better work than this! And to top it off they tinted over the inspection sticker! That would be no different than tinting over a service reminder sticker that's just ridiculous! If it were me I would be demanding the full amount back plus damages in a court of common pleas! Instead we took our vehicle across town toC&L window tinting in wheeling they did a wonderful job!

If you are looking for a place to get a good tint job, don't come here. When looking for a professional tint job, you want quality work and a people that stand behind their work. This place isn't it! I just saw a tint job come out of here that had major issues. The cut job was terrible. They shorted the windows, had tears on the edges and pieced together parts. Oh and let's not forget the crazy amount of air bubbles that didn't go away after the setting time. If all of this wasn't bad enough when the asked to have it fixed, the manager didn't feel the work was bad. Not only would she not fix the work, she wanted to charge more to have the bad tint removed and replaced. Please do yourself a favor and avoid the headache by not going here. They over charge for shotty work.

I took my boat to get the seasonal buff, wax, and detail maintenance that a boat should get every season. When I picked up the boat, still had stained finish and appeared to have been spray waxed after I specifically requested hand buff and wax. Owners and workers made excuses as to why the quality was so poor. I paid full price then took it to another local detailer who buffed it out and waxed it to its original luster for $50 less than I paid made in the shade. Never again!

Made an appointment to get my truck tinted. Told me it would take 1.5 hours. 6 hours later it still wasn't finished tinting 2 of my truck windows. Made excuses. Got my truck back and there were bubbles all through out. Made another appointment to get it removed and have a refund. Told me it would take 30-45 minutes. Took 2.5 hours. They never called me to tell me it was finished. Never. Again.

I wouldn't recommend this place to no one!! I went there to have a remote car starter put in.. They told me it would be an easy job and would be finished within 4 hours. Well 12 hours later it still wasn't done.. They had no clue how to do anything. They were looking on the internet and calling people they thought could tell them how to do it.. Well they gave me a sob story about how hard it is to do a GM car so I gave them 2 more chances. All that I ended up with is a car that didn't want to start and wires everywhere cut and broken They never did figure out how to put the remote starter in.. I am so disgusted because now I had to pay 200 extra dollars to fix all the damage they did to my car. I give them 1 star which means I hated it.. So just be warned. They are awful and not truthful people either Karen Bandi

I recently had my 16' Ford F 250 Lariat FX4 tinted here and the quality of work was far from professional. There are patch jobs on the tint trash in the tint and horrible alignments I tried to get sandy Russell the owner of made in the shade to make it right and she said she would have to charge me 75$ more bc she doesn't think it's her fault. I have a ton of photos I wish I could add to this post but I'm not able to I hope you people read these reviews before it's to late like I did.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I had to go else where for them to fix my tiny I went here 3 times for the same reason and still they didn't fix it they would have me pull it in and that was it and they would say it would dry out well it didn't I took it else where and now it's perfect but the detailer does an awesome job

I have been getting my windows tinted at Made In the Shade for 10 years & have never had a problem with the window tint bubbling or pealing. Every time our windows have been perfect. There was only one time we ran into a timing problem with Made In the Shade & had to come back another weekend which was extremely frustrating but it's better than having a terrible tint job.

Very nice lady that I guess owns it.. But the fellow that tinted the windows did a horrible job.. lots of bubbles in the tint.. He cut the film to short at the bottom of the passenger side window.. when it's rolled up there's a 1/4" gap that's about 6" long.. They charge $80 for a very unprofessional tint job... I usually don't go to a shop to get tint done.. I just order precut tint from a place in Kentucky.. That is way cheaper and better quality film.. And I'll tint them myself.. But my opinion is stay away from this place.. Go elsewhere.. I will add pictures later of the poor job that was done..

This place is a joke. My Mom was in town and paid $130 to have her car detailed. They have no idea what "detail" means. They didn't even clean out the cup holders. Didn't touch the trunk. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I have only been there once my tint was too dark for inspection they changed it to so it would pass and it did they did a fast job and excellent job very satisfied will go back again if I need their services they are experts at tinting thank you made in the shade

This is the second time getting my windows tinted by Made In The Shade in wheeling wv and they re the best I love the work they did I wish I can give more than 5 stars I would give 10 stars and the price is unbeatable I will only give my business to Made In The Shade wheeling Wv.
