I recently deleted a review that I gave because I was under the impression that it was the dealership that kept me waiting. It was actually the warranty company one of the representative of the dealership. Mr. Joe called me personally and explained what had happened. He was very professional, and everybody I ever dealt with from that company was very professional and is very professional. I would recommend that dealership to every and anybody that ask me where I can get a decent car from for a great price.

I had an excellent experience working with this group. I was out of state and found the exact vehicle we were looking for in their inventory. I worked with James Beaver and Matthew Klimas and they seamlessly completed the deal over the phone and then arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to my home a few hours away two days later. Very pleased and I would definitely recommend them.

Went in to get key fobs programmed. Was told it would take about an hour and be $145+ tax. Was completed just over an hour and they tried to charge us for 2 hour $300 and some change... If we were in the store for over 2 hours we might have understood that, but we weren't even in the dealership for 2 hours. Check your time when they take your vehicle back because it is unacceptable they are trying to charge for time that your vehicle isnt being worked on. In the end the manager changed the price back to the quoted one.

Excellent dealership to work with and I would highly recommend this dealer. I was an out-of-state buyer looking to purchase a used specialty car that caught my attention. I worked with Rob Palumbo remotely and the experience was very enjoyable. Shout out to Rob as he was very communicative, answered all of my questions and followed up with all my paperwork that needed to be done for the sale of the car. I wish my local dealerships near me were as great as the folks I spoke with at Bob Robinson. To my surprise, the vehicle came with a limited powertrain warranty at no extra cost. Pricing was straightforward and there weren't any added fees or markups included. The condition of the vehicle was exactly as described. Thank you for a great vehicle buying experience.

Came in for an inspection on my truck. Couple small holes in the bed underneath. And my truck was rejected. I asked what did those holes had to do with the safety of the truck. Tech.said someone could get caught on it. What happened to common sense???

had a engine light on. Brought it to robinson cause i bought it there. they charged me 147.00 dollars to tell me i have a cracked flex pipe .outragous. The pipe only cost ninety dollars found out its the sensor not the pipe. only friendly person there was the check out lady. i think i will buy my next car somewhere else. what a rip off

I was very disappointed with my experience at Bob Robinson. The numbers quoted on the worksheet when we were talking price were not the numbers that I ended up paying. (I did not get a copy of the worksheet.) I discovered this when I returned home. When I returned to the dealership, they finally agreed to refund half of what I believe was the amount they had agreed to take off of the retail price. My advice: if you go, take a friend or family member, take pictures of all documents, and/or ask for copies.

I bought my pre owned 2019 Grand Cherokee altitude with 15,000 miles from here. They lowered the price a little and gave Me a deal. Going there they're all welcoming. Robert is an amazing Salesman he's very helpful and friendly. Makes you feel very comfortable and willing to go above and beyond for you very friendly and informative and if he doesn't know 100% he will find out. Not to mention somw great taste in music lol so if you're looking for a new or nice pre owned used car check them out and ask for Robert!

Took GMC in for constant radio malfunction..was advised by warranty co. that it was a very common issue. Bob Robinson charged for $84.00 plus tax for 1 hour diagnostics. According to the warranty company, this was a gross overcharge, as the issue was very common and had been reported on multiple vehicles..We will, unfortunately not be taking our vehicles back, as this is not the first time this has happened. I usually do not leave reviews but felt that this should be reported

The amount of money I was charged for an oil change is ridiculous!! 160$ your kidding me 5qts of Mobile one syn should never cost 100$ , I could have bought my own at Walmart for 30$ and gave it to them to put in!!! Never going back again

I bought my 2022 Yukon from Scott Werner. This dealership went above and beyond. They picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership. My car was cleaned up and ready for me. Management was super nice. Driver who picked me up was super nice. 5 start rating across the board. Scott got me an impossible car to find for a great price. My car was at an unbeatable price and the warranties were affordable. Totally satisfied with my purchase from this dealership as I came by plane all the way from Philadelphia. All dealers should take notes from here. Thank you for the awesome experience from Scot Werner and the dealership. And thank you for the awesome ride

I have wheel locks. When I was ready to leave, I asked the service agent for my tool and he said that it was "in my vehicle." I looked for it before I left and couldn't find it. I returned to the service desk and inquired again. This time he found that the mechanic still had it. If I didn't discover the error before I left the dealership, I'm not sure how much grief there would be the next time I needed to remove a wheel.

Beware, Don t use this location for service, I took my truck in for the Takata Airbag Safety Recall. When they were done, my dash was cracked in multiple places. They denied cracking it and told me it was previously cracked. Very frustrating, and not a trustworthy service shop.

On-line sign up for services was easy and convenient. I received a text reminder which was nice. I was greeted by a friendly service advisor and I sat in the lounge while my car was serviced. Service manager, Steve Quickel stopped by to say hello to me and the others waiting for our cars. All of our cars were serviced quickly. The invoice is easy to understand. I ve purchased cars and had them serviced at Robinson for more than 25 years. I recommend them to friends.

I ve only dealt with the Service Department at Bob Robinson, and every single time it s nothing but a excellent experience. The way they treat their customers, the way they execute their duties, to a comfortable atmosphere. My next vehicle purchase will undoubtedly be from this company and group of fine individuals.
