Brought in oversized tires for my truck due to me installing a lift following my tires being installed I did inform them that this would rub following getting the oversized tires. Which I asked if that was going to be an issue and they agreed to install on my vehicle. After they installed the new tires it rubbed which I knew that was going to happen they then informed me that either they had to take my new tires off and install the old tires back on which were damaged or have the vehicle towed they didn t give me an assurance of a refund or discount on the service so I just had the vehicle towed so while waiting for a tow truck the service manager then tried to tell me my vehicle could not be towed out and I informed him that I would not be canceling the tow truck that my vehicle was leaving finally they agreed to let it leave after arguing with me I had the vehicle towed off their property and I will never be using this Walmart service department again and if anyone is looking to have tires done that are oversized I wouldn t recommend Walmart unless you want to be held hostage for four hours and still have to pay full price for their services.

These guys are honestly absolutely useless. They'll say they tried to contact you with actually no trace of anything. They've managed to waste a full hour just looking at my car sitting in the shop because they couldn't put reg oil into my car but could put high mileage with 30k on it. Lol

Took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. Took me in right away. Kind and helpful staff. No up charging tactics. Even topped off my wiper fluid at no charge. Been very happy with my experiences here at this center and will be back for any other tire and maintenance needs I have in the future. We stopped here while traveling as our camper tire blew out. The gentlemen we dealt with were so helpful and kind, even giving us tips on other places where we could get parts they didn t have. Thanks for your help!

Flat woods auto center was a joke. First I called the guy who answered was extremely rude I got out on hold for well over 20 mins. Then I went in and stood there waiting for someone for abt 15 mins while 4 of them changed a light bulb. . Finally I asked abt a tire I got it and told them I wanted the old one for a warranty issue. They told me by law I have to give them the old tire and be charged for it. I didn't care abt paying the 2.00 recycle fee but now I'm also out 120. For the warranty. The only thing good abt this place was I could walk through while I waited. I will never go there again

Never again.I went there once to have tires put on. Manufacturer stated that the yellow dots on the tires should line up with the valve stems. They didn't do that, and the car vibrated badly on the highway. Took it back and they argued with me, despite that I had bought the Lifetime Balancing. Finally, they remounted the tires correctly and the vibration disappeared.Took my other vehicle there for an oil change. Noticed a few weeks later that I was getting an oil drip under the (brand new) car. Took it to another mechanic and he called me into the garage when he had it on a lift.He could spin the oil filter freely with one finger. Wasn't tight at all.Fortunately, the pressure never dropped, and the oil level didn't drop measurably either. But, a few bumps and I could have been learning a very expensive lesson, rather than the $5 and change it cost to have a mechanic put it on a lift.Terrible.Never again.

I was on my way to Wal-Mart in Sutton to pick up prescription for my 82 year oldHubby. I called Walmart tire department, to see if they were still open say said, yes The two guys were very nice, I blow a tire and need a new one. Waited 15 minutes still never got service. A last time i took a vehichle in to have tires rotated they had me wait 2 hours and they did not rotate the tires. Deftinatly not a child friendly establishment due the the employees shout obscenities. They will never recieve my buisness again. Oh yeah and they cant tighten a wheel in the proper sequence-_-

This place is a joke came yesterday to get one tire done they said it was a valve stem fixed and woke up this morning now they say I need a new tire come on be honest and just do ur job but now you have lost my money C Adam Toney only. 2 trips over to Braxton to get charged double

Friendly staff, polite helpful and respectful, had oil change done at the Sutton/Flatwoods WV, Walmart and the gentleman at the service counter was great.

Terrible. Seems nobody there knows what they have or what they are doing. Called the day before to make sure they had tires that I needed. Drive an hour to get there, they didn t have the tires they told me they had. Apparently they had been ordered .Service: TiresService: Tires

Excellent customer service..i had just put 4 new tires on and one got a huge bulge..they replace it and another free. No question..no problems.

Had a mechanical issue while moving from PA to KY and these guys had me ready to go and back on the road in less than 45 minutes. I had called 3 other places and nobody else could or would give me a hand before finding this place.
