I love Sheetz stores In general and always stop to get gas and a large whopping fresh brewed sweet tea. The new machine tea sheetz is going now is just disgusting, highly highly disappointed and now I will be getting my sweet tea from other locations

We always stop her when we drive to Florida. The bathrooms are always a mess. The staff is just there. Not good, not bad. Not one of the better Sheetz stores we've visited.

This stop is very very busy.. especially on a Friday night.. seems like the entire town comes here for food.. the gas was easy to get, the store is clean and very well stocked, but very busy and the coffee is incredibly bad.... the staff is friendly and helpful, but the coffee is just brown water.. tried different types and it was just very disappointing that all i wanted is a coffee and it was not to be.

Clean restrooms and quick service for as busy as they were. There wasn t a single open parking space. I had to wait several minutes until someone pulled out. Prices aren t cheap but it is a convenience store so you pay for the convenience. Great selection of food and drinks.

Most disgusting sheetz bathroom I have ever seen in my life. Vomit left in one stall and what I assume to be vomit on the back of the toilet I was in. Toilet paper everywhere. It was so gross. There was nobody in the store so it's not like they were too busy to clean it. I'm absolutely disgusted

I've lived here in West Virginia for the last three months now. I've been to several others Sheetz locations and they all been good! Including this location. Love the food and friendly service. I got done dialysis on a Saturday about a month ago and had to wait for my stepdad to get done working and come pick me up. I bought lunch and ate outside. Waited about two hours for him to pick me up and they allowed me to stay there and wait.

The food was decent, service not so much. Ordered a "bucket" of onion rings for $5, only to find a handful...maybe you should call it a "cup" since that's what that was... I felt ripped off.

Not worth it to stop at this Sheetz. HOLD OUT FOR THE NEXT ONE! Service was fast, but I paid $5 for half of an espresso!!!! This place was so packed, and very difficult to access from the highway. I came here for good coffee. I didn't come here expecting to stand in line to overpay for a half a cup of Joe. Very disappointed.

This sheetz was crazy busy, but not in a good way. People are not considerate of others and floor their cars to be first and almost run people down. The bathrooms were messy. I ordered a sandwich and it was mostly bread, they put very little meat or toppings on it. I also saw a guy yell at another guy for getting in line to pump gas after him. All pumps were full, so he had to line up.This place is full of crazy people and has terrible service.

Absolutely outstanding service! We were on two buses coming back from Orlando with about 90 kids and parents. We rolled in about 8 am look8ng for breakfast. The staff as a whole was very timely and efficient, as well as polite got all of us served and fed and back on the road in around a half an hour 45 min. Great job and outstanding service. Just wanted to say thank you for a job well done summersville sheets! Excellent

Usually clean in the store. Food is fresh. Good rewards/discounts. Some items a little pricey, but that's how convenience stores are. Decent selection of items. Nice menu variety.

We don't have Sheetz in our area. Visiting this one always feels like a treat. I really like all the coffee options and food to order options. Gas prices were pretty much on par with other surrounding gas stations. Will go back.

I ordered a MTO breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. The employee who rang me out was very friendly. There is a large selection of snacks, drinks, and MTO food. The bathroom smelled GREAT! It was also very clean, so props to the employees for keeping that up. Overall, I had a great experience. I would stop in again if I'm ever in the area.

Normal stop when traveling South. Usually get breakfast sandwich, juice, & gas before moving along. Gas prices are on average with other local stations but you can get a discount if using a Sheetz Card.Food has always been good.Restroom are hit n miss. Sometimes they are very clean & other times just average.

I got my son a burrito there and they put peppers, lettuce and tomato on it. I sent him back to get one that did not have that stuff on it and they simply scraped off the lettuce and tomato and left little bits of it and left peppers in it so I sent him back and all I did was open it up again pick the peppers out of it and gave it back again I could tell because it still had bits of lettuce in it. How ghetto!

Cappuccino machine gave only hot water no matter what you pressed and they only have 1 of 4 kinda of coffee available. Made to order sub was the worst I've ordered from a sheets. They were extra light on the added/ paid for toppings and the cheese sticks didn't come with marinara. Won't be stopping here again.

Do not get coffee here. Especially if you have a dairy allergy and ask for the oat milk creamer. They ll give you a cup of coffee with milk and ice.

We were passing through and my husband got a MTO veggie sub that was $8, requested pretty much every vegetable and they put about half the toppings on it including pepper jack cheese which is extra. Didn't notice til we were back on the highway. Definitely a waste of money.

Occasionally use the female rest room. It has always been clean. The employees at the register answers any questions I have and are helpful. Even sent a young man out to pumps when I had a question regarding my birthday discount. I use this gas station in Summersville for 2 vehicles and farm gasoline cans.

I've always had a wonderful experience with Sheetz. At any time there was an issue, the matter was swiftly resolved with no issues and lots of laughs and smiles.

Very conveniently located for locals and travellers alike. ATM inside is a fee-free machine (that comes in handy when the banks want to charge $3-$4). Large selection of cold drinks, from pre-packaged cold in the cooler, to fountain sodas and icees. Large selection of snacks and basic items needed at home. Their Made-to-Order menu (at least everything that I have had the pleasure of trying) is delicious and priced nicely. My personal favorite is the meatball sub sandwich with a frozen lemonade. Sooo delish!

You gotta love Sheetz. Gas prices are always competitive with area fueling stations. They have a good selection of snacks and drinks and other items you would expect in a convenience store. I especially like the made-to-order hot food items. The quality is always good and the touch-screen ordering is a plus. The thing I most appreciate is the free air. There are very few places you can get free air. I don't know of any in the area except for the U-Saves and here. It's easy access off 19 on the West side (Walmart side).

Food was extremely terrible looks like a 2 year old made it and as we were ordering the men in the back were racially profiling us since were taking our time, then when we got to the counter to pay the man asked if we wanted a bag for our items we said yes and he just handed us a bag for us to bag the stuff on our own. Will NEVER come back here again.
