I called to make an appointment to have routine service performed on my Suburban. I asked if it would be possible to have my vehicle picked up at my workplace and then returned afterwards. The staff was able to accommodate my request. This was so helpful because I didn't have to leave work to get the service. I greatly appreciate that this dealership has such high quality customer service.

The dealership staff got me in for an oil change the day I called! They are always polite, professional and work with me when I drop off my vehicle for servicing. They discuss any issues with me and make recommendations that benefit me and my vehicle. I appreciate their honesty!

Great place! Really appreciate their EV charger as the only fast charger in this part of West Virginia. Staff checked on us to make sure everything was ok while we were charging which we really appreciated. Super easy and right in front of the dealership!

I have been a customer for a little over two years now, have had service issues on two of my vehicles and have always been treated very well here. They have always offered excellent service throughout the trade of vehicles and the service and recalls I have needed. I highly recommend Russell and Dan in the service department are simply excellent at what they do!!

I'm not happy with Northside Chevy GMC. I ordered a keyfob then didn't hear anything after afew weeks I called and was told it was on back order.. I finally got it and was quoted $220 when I went to pay it was $340 . I have bought from you scene 2012 also bringing my parents and they bought as well and sending friends. It was discovered that my vehicle required a part that was needed due to an extended warranty. Fortunately the service department had it in stock, installed it and everything was completed in no time. And, thanks to the extended warranty, my cost was $0.

James in the service department was excellent. He communicated through the entire process and did an excellent job finding parts to fix my Chevy Colorado in a timely manner. Kudos to the entire service team at Northside Chevrolet as well as the mechanics. Great job!

We had a mandatory State vehicle inspection completed. So, basically a money grab for no real purpose. I was given no feedback, good or bad, concerning the condition of the vehicle. But hey I got a pretty sticker and paid a fee.

I called the day of service and was able to have an oil change and tire rotation done a few hours later.Staff is always friendly and helpful to answer any questions I have. Service was quickly completed.Always have great service at the dealership.

Russell was very knowledgeable and helpful. He kept in touch with me to let me know the status of my vehicle repair. While my vehicle was being serviced the battery began to fail and Russell asked the mechanic to test it. The test indicated my battery was indeed failing and I needed a new battery. I m thankful I didn t discover that problem when I was trying to get to work on time!

I was hesitant about bringing it to the dealership afraid of being blown off but everyone was super nice & the service technicians were super thorough at finding out the issue with my vehicle. They couldn t fix it the same day cause it was so late but they fixed it the next day & got me back on the road in less than 24hours.

Experience was wonderful. Really personable sales people. James Brady, sales, was outstanding. Low pressure and knowledgeable. Kim in finance works very hard to get best rate possible. Was introduced to the entire crew. My wife and I were very comfortable with the experience. Drop by and ask for James Brady, you will not regret it.
