Scott Sims was great helping me find a good fit for our big family. He was very patient with us and kind hearted. He made it personal sharing about his kids so I felt comfortable dealing with him. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and if he didn't have an answer, he went to management for one. Highly satisfied so far. Thanks for being awesome!

Steve and his team in service are fantastic! We were coming through town pulling a travel trailer and needed emergency service to keep us on our journey. They fit us in, helped us park the camper in the shade to keep the cat cool, gave us a ride to a dog friendly place for lunch with outdoor seating, and in the end all was under warranty and we were back on the rode by 2:15 PM! 10/10 wish they were in our hometown!

From Georgia here, and my wife found this midnight edition Impala she had to have in WV. So after contacting Douglas about this SUPER CLEAN AND RARE FIND! We agreed to numbers, I purchased a plane ticket on 11/23/2021. They had a driver (Joe who was super nice and we had a great conversation) pick me up from the airport ( an hour + drive), and brought me to the dealership. These guys treated me like a celebrity, and made me feel at home. In the past 20 years this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had hands down! Now Today 1/31/2022 (60+ days later) .. I get a random text message from Douglas asking how the Car and myself are doing. THAT IS AWESOME SERVICE! Thank you guys again and special thanks to Douglas and Joe!

Amazing dealership, and phenomenal service. We made our way to WV, 7 hours away from our home. As luck would have it, our truck had an issue and was undriveable. We were set to leave to continue our road trip in 3 days to the East Coast. We called Mid- State Ford after reading their reviews, and they immediately took the truck and had it diagnosed the next day, with parts on the way. We had to rent a car, and as it would not hold all of our things, Mid State agreed to hold our totes and cooler for us until we came back a week later to get the truck. They allowed us to pay over the phone and pick it up on a day they were closed. When we picked up the truck they had our items loaded in the truck waiting for us. The were more than accommodating, professional, and courteous. Mark is an incredible asset to Mid State Ford, and a wonderful human. Thank you Mark for your fast service and kindness. If you are traveling through and need something, you won't go wrong here. If you live nearby and aren't using Mid State Ford, I highly recommend them.

Love the devotion of consistently striving to earn your business, John LeRose , Adam, Dee Dee and Brian, our salesperson went the extra mile to get us where we needed to be yesterday, no pressure buying was great, we have bought two vehicles there in the last month, one for work and one for a safer ride for my son's family. Quick Lube, also second to none great guys there also!!!

Great customer service both in the parts department and service. They changed my oil and did an alignment quickly even without an appointment.Best part, I thought I d have to replace a bottom ball joint because the Ford dealer in Colorado told me was blown. Mid-State Ford inspected it free of charge and assured me there was still plenty of life in it. (The Steamboat Springs Ford charged almost $100 just to inspect it.)I ordered a door handle over the phone on my way to Mid-State. It was delivered within 24hrs.Very helpful when simply passing through town.

I ordered an f250 in March of 2022. I had not received the truck in late November so, my sales person at MidState found me a comparable truck. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. He made the buying process as easy as possible. I highly recommend MidState and Doug the salesman.

Never have had an issue with the dealership or Quik Lane till now. We have felt that our concerns for our vehicle were not addressed two prior times and by the time it was fixed the third time we feel it cost more than if it had been addressed the first time. Disapponted.

We ve bought multiple cars from Mid-State of the years. The staff are always friendly, and do their best to always get you in a car. They don t try to shove you in something bad, or in a payment they know you can t handle like other places.As for the service center, it s one of the only places we will use. Always honest service and we never have a problem out of them. It s a bit pricey at times, but worth every penny for the services they do.

I got stranded while camping when my car broke down, and not only did they fix my car and get my on my way back home, but they helped me by giving me a ride to get some food, and let me borrow a phone charger!! Super nice people. :) Without their help I would ve went all day without eating and had no phone charge for GPS home!!

Called 3 times in a week about a vehicle, was told it needed to go through the shop. The 3rd time I called they said it just needed to be detailed and it would be ready by the next day! I drove 2 hours to find out it had not been through the shop as told or even detailed! Then sales manager came to talk to us smoking a cigarette and got hateful because we came! They would not even give me a price, they just give me an "about" figure they would have to have and said it was the hottest vehicle on the lot! Good luck buying from them! I will not be back!!!!

We were on our way from Buffalo,NY to WV on a wheeling trip when my boyfriend s F350 6.4 started losing power on the WV hills. We knew it couldn t be the Turbo that went because we were still maintaining boost. With us only doing about 40mph on the hills I decided to call the closest Ford dealer in route. My boyfriend spoke to James Williams on the phone and he straight up said I can t guarantee anything but bring it in. The guys there were awesome and took the truck in instantly. Within a short amount of time the tech determined that the high pressure fuel pump was on its way out. We had only one real option at the moment. Perform a PCM reflash and pray that we make it down to WV and 500 miles back without breaking down. Well I can gladly say that not only did we make it down without anymore issues but we made it back home as well with no issues. We can t thank James and his tech enough for getting us in so quickly and helping us out to get us back on the road again.

Awful customer service!!!! Called to see if I could get a oil change and state inspection. Was told sure, no appointment needed we close at 6:00 pm. Get there a few minutes before 5:00 and service guy says can t get to it today... ridiculous!!!!!To answer your reply:You don t need to talk to me to fix the problem. You need to talk to the people in your service department.

My boyfriend and I drove to WV from NC Saturday morning because he found a great used car at a Chevy dealership in Oak Hill. Upon arriving the salesman had the car, 2015 Ford Taurus SHO ready to go for a test drive. Since it is a Ford, He wanted a Ford mechanic to take a look at it to make sure it was in good condition. He placed a call to Mid State Ford inSummersville and they told him to bring it by. Mark, the Service Manager and Travis the mechanic could not have been nicer. They made time, even though they were very busy to give the car a good look. They found a leak but said overall it was in great shape and it was a good deal. Back at the Chevy dealership, my boyfriend let the salesman know what Travis found. He will be able to have it repaired at no cost because it is still under warranty. It was a great idea to have them take a look. Thanks again to Mark and Travis for great customer service and professionalism. West Virginia is such a beautiful state and everyone was so friendly.

First and foremost, I would like to say that our experience with Midstate Ford was exceptional!To begin with, it was pouring down the rain and Brian, our sales associate, walked to the other end of the lot to help us; I spotted the car I wanted, a 2020 Ford Escape, and we took the car for a test drive, and fell in love with it, went in to start the paperwork and within 10 minutes I was approved, we signed all the necessary paperwork and we were treated as if we were royalty. After Brian was finished with his part of the sale, we were assisted by Kyle Bailey, the Finance Manager, and, again, it was an awesome experience! Having signed all of the appropriate financial papers, we were handed the keys to my new car!.Brian also took the time to sit in the car with me and explained all of the electronics and he he paired my phone with the car and downloaded the appropriate app to my phone. He went above and beyond his responsibilities as a Sales Representative.I would like to say that we have been casually looking at other dealerships since approximately June, 2019, and were never treated as well as we were at Midstate Ford!We would like to offer Brian and Kyle an enormous THANK YOU, for your EXCELLENT service , and we will HIGHLY recommend Midstate Ford to all our family and friends. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Went in for a recall and came out with a scrape on my dash. Mechanics refused that it was possible to have occurred during the recall they were doing. I do not appreciate being called a liar! Two members of the service department were very unkind in the investigation of this incident. Guess next time take pictures of your vehicle before dropping off for service! I can not say I will be coming back. Also, this recall was rescheduled four times by the dealership. I firmly believe they were using my part in someone elses vehicle.

After searching for the right vehicle we tried midstate ford and Larry Hayhurst was our salesman he was WONDERFUL he made sure to go every little detail with us and helped us get into a 2017 ford explorer. He is an excellent salesman and we will forever go to mid state ford for our vehicles.
