My husband and I were travelling through to Myrtle Beach. When we came out of out hotel that morning(Feb 29), our muffler was hanging down. We called Baileys(found through google) and were told we could come right in. We waited in the office for less than 2 hours while they were servicing others already in line. Enjoyed complimentary coffee, and lots of conversation. Our vehicle was fixed and we paid and were off on our travels. The service was above and beyond. The price was exceptional (well below what we thought as travellers passing through we would be charged- some places would have taken advantage of that fact), the friendliness of the staff (and other customers) was appreciated. We joked afterward that we actually had a good time waiting for our car to be done!Thanks again! You made a repair that could have hindered our trip an easy non-event!!

Awesome owner and staff. I couldn't have ever gotten my car fixed if it wasn't for these guys. I am so happy I finally found a place to take my car and place and people that can be trusted and also trusted to do a great job and stand by their work. Thanks to you all.

Do not recommend this place they put my family in danger while traveling from NY to NC . Stopped here because wheel alignment was off and they made it worse by not adjusting the toe and camber adjustment in the wheel alignment and just adjusting the caster. There were no marks on the nuts showing they even did anything and gave me a print out of who knows what. They just take your money

Just traveling through and blew a spark plug. They answered first ring on a Saturday morning. Got me in, got our vehicle up and running in no time. Made me a cup of coffee and chatted up everyone who came in while I waited. America needs these kinds of folks. Very personal and they definitely care about each one of their customers.

I was traveling and a message flash on my panel that I was not familiar with. I found them easily, by the grace of God. They checked all my tires and told me it was a sensor going bad. I was not charged. The guys were very business friendly. If I am ever in that area again and have tire problems that is where I'll go.

I bought brand new brake pads for my wife's car..I also purchased a thermostat and sensor....she went to this place of business and they told her she didn't need the sensor nor the thermostat and had her return them to the auto parts store and then put a 20 dollar piece of plastic on and charged her 60 dollars and then and 125 dollars to install the the brake pads..... Total cost 200 dollars... And the car is still overheating because 'she didn't need the thermostat". They clearly took advantage of her.... Never again will this place receive a dollar from me and I will give bad name every chance I get

Was charged 850 dollars for a 300 dollar part also didn't get what I was told I paid for so I would not recommend this place cat and manifold for a 2017 Trax built together is what I was told price 570 dollars at Adkins only got converter without them putting it on and was charged 850 do not use these people. Also the cat I got ripped on cause evidently they didn't think I'd research it was only 300 dollars at Adkins. I am really disappointed that I spent thousands and if they did this to me once then they probably did it to me in the beginning when I spent a few thousand on some parts to a car they couldn't fix . I don't know I assume if you do it once you did it before or will again. Lesson learned Bailey's won't answer there phone we done and i will let everyone know that this happened bad for business really I tried to be a loyal customer too that sucks.

This is thr worst place to get your car worked on they have ripped us off I don't know how many times. When they say some cost so much but it really doesn't they have taken more money from us then I even want to talk about. They don't really fix our car the make it worse. Don't take you vehicle to them.

Great service at a great price. I don't know all of the technicians but I adore the office staff and feel very welcome when I come here. I now live in South Carolina, but I bring my vehicle all the way up here to be serviced when I come home to visit my parents. They have always done a great job for me.

Took me without an appointment and got started on replacing brake pads. Quick work and even cleaned the brake dust off my rims. The longest delay was waiting for parts.

Fast friendly auto repair. Always helpful and kind and I'll be honest, I know nothing about cars and these guys could have taken advantage of that, but they do not. Always honest. Would recommend. Thank you for bringing excellence to our community!

A small car repair, tire and oil change shop, was open on Christmas Eve and did oil change on my car for VERY, very reasonable price.No tricks, no gimmicks, straightforward, friendly and helpful Appalachian folks. Will definitely come back if I m back in town, but buying a new Tesla car might only bring me there to just say hi and smile!

We had a transmission issue on the way to Grandsville west Virginia, they got us in an out in two hours. Got us going safe. We might stop on the way back to Florida just to say hi. Great people. Good service.

Super quick and extremely fair pricing! They silenced my muffler in like 30 min. If you're local or passing through don't go anywhere else for car trouble. Amazing service.

They were very thorough and professional. They squeezed me into a very busy schedule because I had broken down while traveling. They got me back on the road in four and a half hours, exactly how long they said it would take to do the job!

We were on vacation camping at the Lake and came into town to grab some stuff when our low tire pressure light came on suddenly. We googled tire shops near us and Bailey s came up. We noticed the positive reviews so we stopped in. First thing we noticed was how busy the place was. I walked inside and explained what had happened with our car. They immediately send a guy outside to look at the tire and find the problem. Upon inspection of the tire he discovered a screw causing the leak. He pulled the screw out and plugged the tire and filled it with air. I asked him what I owed him and he said that it was on the house and even when I offered to pay him he refused to take my money. He told me to just spread the word and if we ever had any more trouble just remember them. In today s world to find some honesty and good will can be a rare thing. 100 percent 5 Stars!!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Went in to get new tires, my husband went the day before to order and pay, I came in before my appointed time, they got me in and out in about 30 minutes. The guys are friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend, and will go back if I ever need anything else.

Never a dull moment at Bailey s. Tubby is hilarious and a comedic relief to the dent into your wallet. No just kidding, they are decently priced, fair, and show it in their work. These dudes are the bomb. Had a few hiccups with some things, but they cut me discounts left and right, and got what J & J couldn't do, done. Sit inside with the manager, have a cup of coffee, and be at home in this super welcoming business.
