Sometimes I feel like there should be a class you need to pass in order to work here. I usually go in and have to teach them what the part is called, how it works and what years the put it on a vehicle just in order to get the item.

wrong part. Told them plenty of times what part I needed. Doesn t matter, the dude was probably high anyway. What does that person care right now have to go. Knock on the strangers door and ask for a ride because I m not from here. Absolute trash I won t buy stuff out of a bottle from these folks anymore.

People are very friendly at Advance Auto Parts very helpful I've been doing business with them since 1967 and I will continue to do business with them because they are very helpful good prices can't ask for anything better

I m sure the store is lovely, but the staff is a joke. Do not ever come here for help if your order is critical. They will leave you sitting on the side of 19 for five hours, you will show up to pick up your parts, but they never actually ordered them. And instead of trying to find a resolution, let s just make excuses

I like their customer service and that you can actually go there. However, there are many things that can be bought much cheaper online. I prefer to shop local but its hard to when you can save a good bit of money buying online.

Great products and great prices. They are in a very convenient location, being that there are two or three car dealerships literally right beside the store. The staff could be more helpful. I literally stood around waiting for help for almost 20 minutes on two separate occasions.

Had to stop for a couple of things as usual the wrong parts had to go back in the store to get the right part to have the repair made all in all very nice people didn't hear any usual comments had the necessary repair repaired and left I asked for four wheel drive parts got two wheel drive parts as a registered nurse LPN CNA SNA cmna most would think you don't know too much about a vehicle let's just say I know when I get the right or wrong parts the exchange of Parts was successful the money was added back to my debit as far as I know I'll check my bank account to find out I still have the receipt and your debit card from your bank should State date time and the store with every purchase no matter where you are as I said all in all wasn't that bad of an experience

Fast battery exchange, friendly service. Needed a battery for my truck. They had the one I needed in stock. Ordered online with $50 off. Installed and out in 10 minutes.

I have a 2016 vehicle Female associate said alternator was bad. I went to 3 different places. Alternator was at full charge.

Iv bought 1000s of dollars for part there always a hassle on warranty I got across the street to autozone I got a starter n the manager refused to replace after the man company said it was up to him black haired guy autozone keeps a record of what u buy and replace defective parts
