Excellent host. Ben is a super nice guy and goea the extra mile to help you out and make you feel welcome. Cabins are great and comfortable. Nothing like some cold beverages by a fire on a mountaintop under the moonlight. And the wildlife is amazing. Highly recommended.

Amazing resort in the perfect location! Ben was great to work with. He has so many connections and is very knowledgeable of the trails and the secret places to see and eat. Can't wait until our next stay!

Great place!The cabins were nice and clean! My Son loved the bunk beds and outdoor shower. We also loved the covered picnic area at the top of the property!Highly recommend!!!!!

Right next to high way so it's never quiet. Roof leaks in both the cabins we stayed at. Both cabins are unfinished which is disappointing considering the price tag per night. Once they have your money there are no refunds for any reason they will ignore you. I recommend renting for the minimum number ofdays and then paying as you go so you have some control over your reservation if you need any kind of flexibility. They lock the the front gate so leaving is weird cause you need a key. Dozens of flies in my cabin. 2 stars because Running water shower and toilet.

Extremely disappointed in the cabin. For the price ( which was high) cabin was not finished limited hot water if not any. No means to get up in bunk bed , 1 sheet on bed, 1 blanket , kitchen not equipped, chairs around kitchen were broke, no doors on bedrooms . Front deck had very unsafe railing or no railing. Parking had enormous rocks to walk on when unloading, had to park a distance away . Only good point was trail was close to cabin.

Wish I could give it more then 5 stars. The cabin was clean and just as pictured. The beds where comfortable and the kitchen had anything you would need during your stay. We could ride to the ivy branch trail system right from the cabin (a fun ride in it self). I would recommend using a gps trail app. We found ivy branch to be a every good place to ride, trails where well marked and just the right amount of challenge. The owner Ben was incredible making an awesome trip truly memorable. We made some memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend it.

Rented both cabins for ATV trip, close enough to ride ATVs to ivy trail system . Newbies on a ATV or dirt bike may want to take the main road to ivy branch rd instead of the trail on the property . Can easily get to the trail head through the trail system to get fuel or the small market that makes sandwiches . Definitely need to make the trip to bogeys driving range for amazing bbq. That would be easier by vehicle though. Cabins had everything you need for a weekend camping trip

Ben, the owner, provided us with great hospitality! Our cabin was clean and comfortable. The trails are super close to the cabin. Planning our next trip now!

Very cool cabins, indoor plumbing too! Heated, air conditioned, TV. Great hospitality! Great ride to the trails, easy access, great trip all together. And cell service.

Very clean smells amazing and everything you need to make your weekend or week stay great price is great also close to places to eat and the trails are awesome
