TOTAL RIP OFF!! We had a truck go down with a coolant leak. Drove the truck to the shop. We were told that International didn't have the pipe and they would have to make a temporary fix to get the truck moving.. All of the parts combined that they used were less than $100.. I got a bill for almost $1500!!! When we called International we were told they had 2 pipes in stock. And they spent 12 hours and ran up the labor to replace a rubber heater hose! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!

From Louisiana and was in a bind. Got me a cheap wrecker service and got me in an out quickly. Manager even took me to Burger King to get lunch. Awesome people and service

High price, wasted 2 days, didn't check it till late the 1st day, got it started early the next day, but wasted all day to say it was ready late that day and charge $1 200+ ... do not recommend... will not use again ... problem was truck wouldn't stay running.... they got it fixed by 9am.... and didn't do anything the rest of the day.... but charged me $1,228.96 at 5pm said it was ready... it was ready at 9am $1,228.96 labor only, no parts.. they said they needed approval for 2 hours to check truck and diagnose... they fixed it in less than the 2 hours, $614.48 per hour... thiefs... not an honest shop. Do not use their service... they will rip you off.. they didn't even tell me what they found to be the problem..... how am I supposed to know what they found, if they don't tell me.

This place does not care about its customers. I brought my truck in yesterday do to a dach light. They put the computer on it and said what was wrong. Then the next words wete, but we can't fix it today, were to busy. Here it is 1:30 pm the next day and it is still not done. Now do to them being so slow i have missed my delivery time and i have to sit till tomorrow. I guess they never heard of fix the guys truck first that is sitting there waiting.the truck that was dropped off and the driver said I'm going home call me when it's done can wait.

Cannot say anything good about this place.....could go on and on as to why.....but I will keep it short and just give it a thumbs down .
