I only called them. The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable. I needed tires. She was quick to respond with the price and that they were I stock. I ended up going elsewhere to a family owned garage, but I would have chose them.

Truly a bad experience got a flat tire on my way to university this fall. The man I spoke to originally was kind, but instead of checking all the tires initially, the staff waited until they had replaced the one. I had to ask them to take a look at the others and it was then that they realized they were rotting out. While I had ALREADY waited multiple hours, the moved me to the back of the line and told me it would be a couple more hours. I signed up to receive text updates and was informed when my car was checked in, but never received notice that it was done! When it got late, I walked back to Walmart and found all the lights off at the shop. The workers knew I was alone and had a long drive ahead and they didn t inform me when they were done! On top of everything, the tires were unbalanced and above the recommended pressure. As a teen girl, I felt very unsafe driving through the mountains the rest of the way to school. I finally arrived to my destination at 2am.

Don't even stop here if you are driving an rv. Their security guard stopped me stepping out of my rv around to shop around noon and said, "You can't park here." You have to leave! Very rude person. I had no intention of staying overnight, but he wouldn't listen to that.

Horrible. Went for a tire and oil change. Was told that neither service was performed because they "couldn't get the hood to pop". So I tried again the next morning, and popped my hood beforehand. The wait was so long I had a friend take me to work. At the end of the day, I got the tire but saw that the oil wasn't changed and by that time it was closing time, and I couldn't get it done. I love this supercenter auto care! these guys are so nice they are up front do what you want done to your car and that s it. They don t do anything you don t want none like other places do! I love this place and I give them five stars. Thanks guys. highly recommended.

Staff was unprofessional, I ordered a tire a week ago and scheduled an appointment for installation. Drove 7 miles to the location and was told that the truck had not arrived yet. Not only that but they couldn t even see my order in the system. So here I am still in need of a tire and also out the money I spent on the tire I was expecting. May take up to ten days to get my money back but they definitely took the money from me in a matter of seconds. Highly doubt I will be revisiting this tire center. It s a shame because I have usually heard good things about tire shopping at Walmart. Apparently I was mislead.Service: Tires

I've called for a week to get an appointment for a tire rotation no one ever answers the phone the reason I was making an appointment was because the last time I had a appointment for a tire rotation I set up there for 8 hours and finally found out that I wasn't even registered in the computer system as a consumer when I buy a product from a place I expect proper service warning buy your tires from someone else

If you have your oil changed there, you better beware my son took my car to a mechanic to have a part put on it was an employee of his at first the mechanic ask him if I had an oil leak he said no! He said come here and let me show you something one of the technicians at WALMART SOUTHRIDGE had spilled so much oil at the bottom of my engine I guess because he was incompetent or just not properly trained or just not watching what he was doing but the mechanic said that is very dangerous. It can start a FIRE!! Beware! If you have had your oil change there, you better have someone check it outService: Oil change

Waited for over four hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated at this place. Should've learned my lesson because at my last oil change, had to wait three hours (because they didn't have a guy to change oil from 7-9 AM!!) I checked in at 9 am. I asked to have 1 tire mounted that I had with me. Its now 2:35 pm and they just told me theres 2 people in front of me. Had I known this at 9am I would have gone somewhere else. At the end it took 7 hours to mount 1 Tire. Customer Beware!

I ordered tires in person last Sunday and was told they would be delivered on Friday and I would get a call when they arrived. I had to attend a funeral out of town and hadn t yet received a call, so I decided to call on the way home from the funeral on Sunday and I spoke with a young lady who told me that she saw my tires were delivered on Thursday and she didn t know where they were. She said she had no record in the system and they weren t outside. As a customer, what am I supposed to do if it s been a whole week and you re telling me you ve lost my tires? I called elsewhere and ordered tires to get my vehicle back on the road. I received a call today from the man I ordered the tires through and he was very rude and nasty to me. He gruffly said So you re not coming to get the tires? and I explained that no, I was told they couldn t locate them when I called last night and I needed to get my vehicle back on the road. I think they need better organization and customer service at this location. Buyer beware.

Needed tires for my car. I called Walmart tire center they said they had 4. Drove an hour to get there for them to tell me they had 3 of one brand and 1 of another. I told them to just put 2 on and I would come back. Then they looked for the tires and realized they had 0. Call back a week later and they say they have them so I have them double check. They had them and said if I could be there b4 5 o'clock they could install them. Drive another hour to get there at 440 for them to tell me they can't install them because they close at 7 o'clock. So I bought 4 tires and had to change them myself. Worst auto center I've been to

I was in my 20s when I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I m now in my mid 30s and they re still not finished.Seriously though, make sure you come on a day that you have nothing else to do because it will take half a day to get anything done.

We stopped here this morning to ask them to look into the cause of a tire pressure indicator light. They were busy and it took a while to get to us. But once our turn arrived, Rick got on the job (Thanks, Rick!) and extracted objects from a couple of tires and patched them, and discovered a pressure issue with a third. It took a while to do all that work. The bill? $32.10. Are you kidding me? I was expecting to pay far more. Walmart: Give these guys a raise!!!Service: Tires

Other than the extended wait time we encountered , even having an appointment, we still waited over an hour. The staff was polite, and did a good job.

We had a tire blow Saturday night and the tow dropped out car off at Walmart. The auto care center was closing and they scheduled us Sunday morning at 8am. The next day comes and we arrive early, but there is a line of about 4-5 people in front of us. We went inside and told the woman (Regina) that we had an appointment for 8am. She said it didn t matter and that we had to get to the back of the line. We did and waited about 45 extra minutes to even be checked in. I waited inside and listened to her continually tell people that stuff was broken - they key machine, the water fountain, etc. I know they were short staffed but it wasn t really busy at all and she was snapping at everyone. The actual mechanics were very nice and didn t have any control over our experience. Will definitely not be coming back here.

Will never use walmart again.Charged us twice for one set of tires. Refused to refund. Walmart customer service refused to refund and said I'd have to file claim with my bank. They basically robbed me of $369 and refuse to give it back. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. I will never use walmart for anything again and I did call the bbb and attorney General office. I guess this multibillion dollar company likes to steal from the poor.Service: Tires

I had ordered tires, I had a flat and was desperate to get my car back on the road. They said the tires had arrived, and I ended up having to have my car towed there. They called me after I left it there and had me come back, said they couldn't find the tires. Eventually they were located and put on. They then made me sign a paper when paying that said I declined TPMS sensors and tire rotation, when that was never even offered to me. I would have wanted it, but I just wanted to leave at that point. There seemed to be alot of miscommunication, and there were 2 employees there who were helpful, they did get me back on the road, but I don't think I'd go back

Popped a tire driving through to nc at 6 by the time we got the donut on it was 630. These absolute gentlemen stayed late to help us get back on the road for a totally reasonable price. Totally saved us and were very nice to boot. Thank you for all you did for us.

I got to the tire center before 8am on Saturday June 18th. It is now 11am and my car still hasnt be taken into the bay. There are only 3 guys working. 2 on tires and 1 on oil changes. I visited this Walmart Auto Center today and what a breath of fresh air -stark contrast from the one in my own neighborhood -Nitro Marketplace in Cross Lanes. Everyone was very courteous and professional. They were packed (nine in front of me for tire tire rotation and balancing). I got an oil change as well; and there were a couple customers ahead of me for that also. It took about 1.5 hours for both. Josh, the person who rotated and balanced my tires, spoke with me personally- again, very courteous and professional. Answered questions and took time with me. The overall experience was absolutely wonderful from the receptionist to the cashier to the mechanics. They even vacuumed my car out. I must say this was a very good experience; and I will continue to go there for my car servicing needs as well as shopping. I shopped while I was there so the time passed without notice. In fact, by the time I had completed my shopping, and went back there to check, my vehicle was ready to go. I had only to be rung up. The difference between the Nitro Marketplace and the RHL Boulevard location is night and day.

Had a flat, and Walmart Auto was there to assist as soon as I had gotten the vehicle there. Unfortunately, the tire was shredded. So, it needed to be replaced. Waiting overnight, to get the correct tire. But at least it wasn't as pricey as some! Thanks guys.Service: TiresService: Tires

This walmart location has always been awful. Long wait times, car center is never open when they re supposed to be because employees can t show up to work on time and the customer service lady in the auto center comes off very rude. I bought new tires online from Wal-Mart Had them sent to walmart and scheduled a to mount and balance Walmart called and changed the date and time after notifying me they were in. Then went had then mounted. One week later the front right tire went flat. Took back and found the bead had been split . They denied doing it. Manager said thier changer doesnt do that..I ended up buying another tire and took to another shop.Service: Tires

The staff there was super friendly on the phone. The guy waited for my broke down teenage son to make it there with his flat tire, to fix it, so he could make it home. I was so thankful. Great price, great service, friendly staff

Worst auto center.. worst service.. worst management ever . Was set up for an appointment to change tires and when I arrived it took over 30 min to even sign the paper work . My tiers had warranty and they where worn out on half the milage . They only got 4 tires in the store and they gave those to the car before me that didn't even have an appointment. The manager had to approve the warranty on a different tire and yet they decide it . Wasted my time and money . And my time . Never again

i call at 7 am asking for a certain tire size, they tell me they have 4 options and 5/6 tires in every option. i arrive at 745 am and they tell me they don t have any in stock and make me even later for work because their employees are too lazy to do their job and actually look for tires instead of skimming over whatever the computer says. if you call them make sure you make them physically look for the tiresService: Tires

Two flats and out of town on a Sunday. Took tires off took to Walmart and within 25 minutes the service ppl had the fixed and ready . Great service
