You do not want to go anywhere else for service! These people OVER deliver! Todd provided us with exceptional customer service. His skill set enabled Todd to quickly repair numerous items in our 5th wheel as well as provide detailed plans for those items that required research for future repair. We could not be happier. You REALLY do not want to go anywhere else!

Everyone working here displays old time customer service - friendly, informative, and above & beyond helpful.Because of some issues experienced the previous while driving , the snowy weather & mountain driving we decided to have our vehicle looked at before continuing our travels to NC.I called VMS & the person answering the phone wasn't sure if they could look at it so took my number & called me back saying YES.The vehicle required work that would take 3.5 hours. To avoid having to sit there with 2 dogs we decided to rent a hotel for the night. The owner, Kevin, found a nearby hotel and his daughter drove us to it because she wasn't going to let us ride in his "nasty old truck". LOL. I gathered a few items from the van to pass the time until our vehicle was brought back to us at the hotel when the brakes were finished.After taking it for a test drive we got a call saying it also needs a master cylinder which they couldn't get until tomorrow so the owner, Kevin, came back to the hotel to bring me back to the shop to gather meds, dog food, & other needed items. He offered to take me to a store if we needed anything and drove me back to the hotel & will bring us the vehicle when finished.People in this town are lucky to have this awesome business.

Excellent folks! I take my large recreational vehicle here since the local Ford dealership truck service section didn't seem to feel like I was worthy of their time. Kevin and his crew treat me with kindness and respect. They are very busy with fleet services so sometimes it is difficult to get in exactly when you need them. Also, services are very pricey at times compared to other vehicle service. Maybe the rates are different when one is dealing with large vehicles.The location is a bit scary at high traffic times since most people in regular vehicles seem to have no clue about the turning radius and lack of nimbleness of a 30 foot long vehicle.

I didn't have any work done, but I stopped to ask for directions. The worker was helpful, and even the FedEx drivers that were there were helpful. If I ever get a large box truck, I know who to work on it

Treated fairly as far as service and price. My only issue is how long it took to service our car. It was 3 business days before they looked at it, and they had to order a part, so it was over a week before we got it back.

This place is great! The staff were very friendly, attentive, and most importantly very informative. They inspected my vehcile and advised me of things that I might need to take a look at in the future. I also got my oil changed and tires rotated at a fair price! They even have cable and free wifi for customers unlike many other places. VMS met my every need!
