I always get my oil and filter, air filter and take here(next to Hardees)Charge is minimal and we'll worth it. They are quick, friendle and professional. Who cares what the waiting room looks like. Probably cleaner than a bunch of houses, I'm sure.Won't take car anywhere else for oil change.Thanks to the staff for a job well done, friendliness and professionalism.

I came in with a rattle in my muffler. They told me it required a small spot weld to fix and they wouldn't charge for such a small fix. They could have charged me $200 for it, and I would have not known any different. They are very honest people and there are not many people left like them.

Very pleased with them. I told them about a hole in my exhaust and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes. The cost was very reasonable also. I will go back to them again.

These guys know their stuff and will take care of you. I had them install a catback exhaust system that I purchased elsewhere. I read other reviews saying it only took them about 20 or 30 minutes to complete most jobs, and, sure enough, they were done in 30 minutes (I even set a timer to track how long it took them)! Their game is in the name: Quality!

Horrible customer service, every time I ve been here they ve been extremely rude. Their location in St. Albans is much better to deal with.

I stopped by and asked if they could change my oil they said said yes. They had a car already in the garage but it still only took 20/25mins. The pricing was very reasonable also.

I got great service, they were fast and inexpensive. They were very accommodating to my handicapped mother, myself, and even my little dog Bear-Bear, very friendly. I definitely would recommend. The South Charleston location was closed, went to the one in St. Albans, on MacCorkle Avenue.

It is refreshing to have a great customer service experience in the auto industry. I explained the issue to the technician. He diagnosed the problem, and gave a quote and fix time duration in a matter of minutes. This type of talent comes from experience. Honest and reliable! I asked them to check my exhaust system for a leak. I couldn't locate the noise. The only thing it needed was two hangers near the rear muffler. Took 10 minutes! No charge!!!

We were driving 77S to NC from northeast OhioWhen our exhaust suddenly broke. No warning.Went online to find an exhaust place nearby.The reviews were good on this place. Took a chance.We arrived right when they opened. They checked out our problem found that a pipe burned through near the muffler and just needed to weld a piece of pipe to repair the break. In and out in 30 minutes total!! Friendly people, fast service and very reasonable prices!! We were so happy to get back on the road with a safe, quite exhaust... no more worries. Definitely recommend these guys! They know their stuff, and do the work with a smile.

I got my exhaust fixed and an oil changed for a very affordable price. I also showed up without an appointment, and my car was ready in under 2 hours! I will look into getting my windows tinted in the future. I hear they do a good job on those as well.

This place was recommended by a coworker and after looking at it on Google Maps, and worse yet, when I arrived I was skeptical. I'll be honest--it looks rough. That being said, the guys who work here are incredibly nice, fast, VERY reasonably priced, and most important of all to me, honest. I absolutely will be going back to this business if I ever need their services again.

Great people working here, more then helpful and very quick work, got my exhaust fixed without charging me an arm and a leg. I went to meineke and they want over $700. I swung by quality and was in and out under $100. Thanks again.

I rolled in on a Saturday morning with two exhaust leaks on my Nissan, and the guy told me it would take 30-40 minutes to replace the flex pipe (which they had in stock), and he was pretty sure he could just weld the other break in the exhaust system (which he did). I was pleased to see the repair finished in about 20 minutes, and the price was a fraction of what other shops would have charged. I'll be a customer for life!Service: Exhaust

Fair priced, not the cleanest work sometimes but they will fix future leaks or rattles if they've worked on it.

Do you remember how the old timers where or maybe your grandparents?? Barn was cluttered or out of date, well that is how this business looks once you are there. But, only timers didn t need the newest tools or the best looking business in town to be able to do quality work or give great service. Do not judge a book by its cover. They completed full exhaust, hangars and tips from the headers back on my 86 Ford . Great quality and service. P.S. most of the time when you have everything and things look to good to be true, they are. Go small business and support those who will support you.Service: Exhaust

I drove in this afternoon on a hot day with a car sounding like a tank due to having a small hole in my exhaust system. After looking at the car the manager told me he could weld it for me which would hold up for 6 months or so until I got the rusted exhaust and muffler replaced. I said that would be great and 20 minutes later my car sounded normal again and he told me there was no charge for the work. It s been a long time since I ve experienced that kind of thoughtful kindness from any business. Amazing!

I didn't catch the guys name, but he was incredibly nice and extremely helpful! We broke down suddenly driving through WV heading home to TN and we happened to be by his shop. I walked over and asked if he had time to just look at it and he was so kind to inspect my truck and direct us to someone who had time to help. We can't thank you enough!
