Good place for partsI would like to see them make more of an effort to get a needed order in that day instead of waiting till the next day.I am not sure if they be have a warehouse or central distribution.I might be reaching,if we need it we need it "right now".

Pretty good service. Was after some paint and found out is cost quite a bit more then I could afford but still managed to find some that worked well enough. At least they were honest and didnt just feed me a line of bull.

Great help today!! Snow and salt and horrible windshield with my wiper fluid bone dry! Nick helped me find the best product and was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely return with my auto needs.

Needed to get a mechanical tire gauge because I don't trust the one at gas stations or a digital. I was in and out and didn't break the bank, it was priced very reasonable. Cashier was nice asked if that was all I needed and made sure I knew how to operate the gauge before I left.

Napa is the only parts store in the area that has knowledgeable qualified individuals working behind the counter. Their prices are very competitive with your Advance Auto and AutoZone. Plus the guy you're buying parts from knows what he's doing.

They always have what you need and most of the time they have somebody behind the counter that can at least figure something out and cross reference something in a book for you.

Poor .specialy when u know they sale certain products and then get told they don't sale the product.clear and hardner iv baught many times at same location in charlestown wv.Truely have lost my business.

To be the same store the paint and parts have different hours so if you need paint after noon on a Saturday no one can help you. Poor management and planning for a store to have to operate two different thours and staff in one store.
