Copied 2 keys selecting the base model key. First key was fine no issues. Second the machine changed the style of key and the top area is so small it doesn t fit on a key ring. Have 4 keys that are going to get lost really fast. Not the most cost effective keys I would have hoped for a better design.

I had 4 copies of my key and none of them work. I've tried to get in contact with you all to get a refund. Now that I've found a customer service phone number, I have to wait till Tuesd Jan 2nd. Not ok

Had a door key that I needed copying, Machine was installed at a local Lowes. Instructions and use of the machine were comprehensive and made it easy. Now keen about not being offered a printed receipt, but the key worked fine and did not take any significant time.Service: Building key copyingService: Building key copying

Much faster than using the key cutting service in Lowe's. Easy to use kiosk & prices haven't changed since I started using the service.

I'm sure you have a good business, but maybe sometimes, people like Christians especially, help struggling Seniors with a tiny problem at least! But God blessed you, so try to show some compassion for the needy and God-Fearing Christians, and others that respect your business and hope for some solution. I had 2 keys made. One worked fine the other had a burr and would catch in the lock. Filed it down and it works great.
