My grandson had hit a pothole which busted his tire. He took it to Marty s and they immediately ordered the tire he needed. It was on a Friday afternoon said it would be ready on Monday which it was . explained about the lugs on his type of car. great service, great price, recommend them I ve been there before and my daughter has also used them many times

Nothing but praise for Marty's Tire. I forgot that my state inspection was due until the deadline was two days away. They took me in immediately, and finished up much more quickly than I expected. Absolutely no attempts to up-sell me on any kind of unnecessary repairs, which was something that I had been worried about. I'm not a mechanic, so I wouldn't have known what was valid and what wasn't. So my trustworthy rating for them is SUPER high. Also, when I had an unrelated question about my oil, one of the guys checked it for me as I was leaving. Really nice, professional people. When I eventually have bona fide mechanical issues with my vehicle, like everyone has, I will be calling them.

My experience was all good. I made a visit and told them what tires I wanted. They ordered them and they came in 2 days later. I had ordered the tires on a Monday. They contacted me that the tires were in. I didn't bring the vehicle in immediately due to some other things I had going on. I did take it in to their shop early in the following week. After dropping off they called within a couple hours to tell me it was ready. Very pleased with the service and would recommend Marty's Tire

They quoted me a price on four new Michelins three months ago. I dropped by to order them last week and they had them the next morning. To my surprise, the final price was actually a little lower than previously quoted They did a four wheel alignment, installed the new tires and had me back on the road by 9:30am. Their installed price has always been better than other shops. I'll always have Marty's do my tire work.

They squeezed me in at the end of the day for a 20 min 2 tire mount and balance and didnt scratch my wheels at all. 10/10

Came to Marty s with no appointment. They worked me in and had my tire fixed in a short amount of time. Very nice people. Highly recommend them.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever visited in the automotive industry, including Walmart . When you call they pick up the phone say hold please, and then put you on hold before you can say a word. They have to offer the installation, alignment, and warranty for free because they are marking up the prices at unbelievable rates. Don t waste your time or money.

I brought tires from Marty's a week ago and Aaron was amazing. Not only did he service my suv in a timely manner he made sure I left happy and fixed any issues that occurred (received a defective tire Aaron personally picked up the new replacement). Aaron also helped my cousin out as well and got his suv in and out on a timely manner. Normally I use the Plaza E. location but South Charleston just happened to be a lot closer to my home. I love the location from the lounge to the employees they were very friendly. I'll be using them to get tires on my second car as well.

Very courteous and professional people. Everything was done well. Easy in and out. They took extra time to help me with my expired insurance card. They put air in my tires one time when I just drove by and asked. Very reasonable on pricing. Honest about work that needs done. They give you options to save money and they pretty much do what they say they re going to do. This Marty s Tire location is always more than helpful. They do honest work and always answer any questions I may have. Not knowing much about car maintenance, it makes a difference having a shop you can trust. I needed 2 front tires on Easter weekend. I called Marty's. I called on Friday afternoon, was told they had the tires in question in stock. Showed up Saturday morning and within an hour I was back on the road with new tires.I was quoted a price when I asked about the availability. I am grateful for that. I am hard of hearing and sometimes people take advantage of that fact. Great service, great price on my tires, I will go back in May for my car inspection.Service: Tires

I highly recommend this place. They are very friendly and accommodating.I bought tires from them last year which were about 40% lower than Moses' price for the same tire. They gave excellent recommendations on which tires would be better for my car.I developed a slow leak in one or maybe two of the front tires. I had purchased their protection plan, which I highly recommend.They checked it out on Monday, called and said I needed two new front tires and had ordered them. Got a call on Tuesday at 7 am that the tires were in. Brought the car in at 10 and the tires were installed by 1. With the warranty and the wear on the existing tires, I paid $233 for two new tires--which is about the same cost for just one if I did not have the warranty. Fast and friendly service.I had been letting Moses do my regular maintenance, but Moses is so busy even routine maintenance has to be scheduled weeks in advance, and they charge $125 or so just to look at the car to see what the problem is. So I'm going to let Moses continue to do work covered by my extended warranty or what Marty's can't do, and let Marty's do the rest.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection
