This was the most friendly, hospitable experience I ve ever had buying a car. Adam was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and still checks up on me to make sure if there s anything else I need. The owner even came out and introduced himself to us! I highly recommend this dealership 10/10!

I have been a long time customer of Lester Raines Honda and I have purchased several new vehicles from them. I ve had service many times and always received top notch service and was satisfied each time. I highly recommend them if you re searching for a new or used car, or looking for reliable service. They have taken care of any issues I ever had on my 2004 Accord.

Adam Aleshire made the buying process as smooth as possible. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and answered all of our questions. He went out of his way to deliver our MDX after hours. We will be looking to purchase another vehicle soon and Lester Raines Acura and Adam will be at the top of our list.

I ve been using Lester Raines Honda service center since 2006. I ve always received great service. I ve never felt them trying to upsell me or pressuring me to get additional services that were unnecessary. They are fast. They are courteous. Above all, they are reasonably priced.

Service was great. No issues, the staff was courteous, explained everything and I was out and ready to go at appropriate length of time. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. I ve never had a problem at Lester Raines Dealership.

Adam was awesome to work with in purchasing my new Acura! He really works hard for his customers. Adam is a pleasant young man who was helpful and considerate.He is very organized and professional. I drove to Raines in South Charleston to get my Acura service and the associates were very nice and polite. As soon as arrived they took me right in and serviced my car within no time. I was shown to the lounge where there was snacks and drinks while I waited.

Best. Car Buying. Experience. EVER! I had researched the car I wanted and knew exactly which model/color/interior I wanted and had been watching the exact vehicle on the website. We went to look finally and they still had 'the one'. Not only did they give us an amazing deal, but there was no haggling, no going back and forth to 'the manager' .. just a fair, awesome deal and my dream car was mine! And I was given a very fair price for my trade in as well! Adam could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I would definitely recommend 100%.

The Best Car Buy I have ever experienced.Adam worked with me from start to finish and I could not be happier with the way he handled the whole process.The car itself is impressive.The process of buying the car was easy.The timing and everything just seemed to work out perfectly.Driving the car off the lot was the best part. Have had my vehicle serviced at Raines since moving to Charleston in 2017. Primarily, have NEVER had any attempt to sell unnecessary parts or services as I have experienced at other dealership service areas. I am very appreciative of the integrity. Service at Raines has always been friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. For me, the service department is incomparable!

I have been a customer with Lester Raines Mazda for a few years now and the services are always so smooth, quick, and I am very comfortable while waiting for my vehicle. Andrew is great, he s been there from day 1 since I ve owned my Mazda and he is always so nice and makes sure my car is at its best performance. You guys rock

Was greeted by name when I came in. We went over what was needed and was told how much that it would cost. Then I was shown to the waiting area.Steve told me it would be about a half hour. It was less than the 30 minutes and there he was to let me know that my car was ready . He took me to the casheir to pay for the repair. The price was the amount that I had been quoted. Great service done on time at the price that I was told

Came in for oil and transmission fluid change, and state inspection. Steve is very friendly, took good care of me, and the wait time for all this service was only about an hour. Lester Raines service dept is so well scheduled, these s really no reason to leave and come back, so I always wait. Facility is new, neat and clean, and I m always very happy with the service. Thanks again!

Always a five star for over 20 years!!! The new receiving area makes check-in effortless. I am always amazed at the cleanliness; the pleasant waiting area good coffee and snacks another plus! I d give you six stars if possible.

I made an appointment for basic inspection online last week. Super easy. I showed up at said time. They brought my truck right in. It had 2 recalls also. They took care of all of it in a timely manner. Everyone was nice and I was in and out.

Steve and Leah in the service department at Lester Raines Honda are great. They always try to schedule my Odyssey as soon as possible and at a convenient time for me since I live about an hour and a half from there. They also give me good advice and recommendations about what services I need to have done on my van.

Prompt customer service. Servicing was fast, less than 45 minutes, oil change, tires rotation and annual inspection. The employees answered all questions and suggested things to change on my next visit.

The folks at Lester Raine's provide great service! Unfortunately getting fuel injectors replaced under warranty on our 2016 Pilot is a Honda part availability issue (root issue unknown) not a Lester Raine's service issue. Waiting 4 months so far, no ETA on getting the injectors to replace. Other dealers say the same, "have many to replace just can't get the parts". Wish this would elevate to a "recall" and perhaps that would light a fire. It has been recommended to not drive away from home area. This must be a challenge for all involved in providing service dealing with this. You all do great work, hang in there. Hanging with you all. Take care, enjoy your day.

I recently purchased a 2024 Acura MDX Type S from Lester Raines Acura. What a machine! I wanted something mid sized, yet sporty, and this fits the bill. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision.
