Josh Miller and Tyler Sheppard are the best! They literally answered all my questions and concerns and got me into the vehicle I wanted! These 2 are by far a asset to this place! Thanks boys! Will only go to you from now on.

Their staff is wonderful to work with any very helpful! I would highly recommend them! Josh and Erik are fantastic - and helped to make all our car dreams come true. Everyone we had experience with was wonderful. Josh Miller, our sales rep was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, Erik Meadows, the financial rep was also very knowledgeable and so easy to work with and Philip Warren was amazing. He was so patient explaining features in our Santa Fe. They are an awesome team. Our entire experience was pleasant and so easy.

Will never buy from them again. Do not buy the warranties they are no good. I bought a palisade in 2021 with every warranty they sold. Over priced but I didn't care I wanted the unit. Come to find out the warranty they sold me for windshield replacement is no good. They told me I would not have to worry about anything but when it comes to following through with that promise they failed. The windshield warranty won't cover oem windshields and they won't replace the windshield with anything but oem. Finally worked out something with them and they were to order the windshield and get back to me a week later nothing messaged told it was on back order. Okay. Called a little while later it was to be in that day or the next. Never heard back from them. Have called left voice mails and no calls back emailed and nothing back. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. They have made me hate my car. I want to personally thank them for this experience and I hope this stops everyone from using this dealership and service center. The Crack is now almost the whole way across and in the driver's way of vision.

This is my second time buying a Hyundai and I had a great experience! All of the people working were very nice and helpful! I saw Josh and he made sure I got a great deal! Definitely recommend buying a car through them!

I was in the process of trading in my ~1 year old Honda HR-V for an electric vehicle and chose Joe Holland Hyundai to test out the Kona EV. The process was very smooth and I didn't get the usual pressure I felt from other dealerships. I dealt with Gino, a salesperson at this location and it was a very pleasant experience. I was very happy to get a offer on my trade-in that was ~$2k above my expectations. When I made the decision to make my purchase, the paperwork was very quick to complete and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Purchased: 2023 Hybrid Tuscon Hybrid SEL ConvenienceI'm an out of state buyer, doing all my test driving/research/negotiations in my home state. Josh, Warren, John, and Laron were great to work with. Josh was very polite and available for all my questions. Warren worked with me to reach an agreeable out the door pricing. John was appreciatively rational and didn't push any warranties that I didn't need. Laron was incredibly kind to help me drop off my rental car and take me back to the dealership. I drove 5+ hours out of state for my Tuscon because Joe Holland Hyundai's final pricing was better than what I would have paid for in my own area. Worth the scenic drive and would buy from them again. Thanks all.

The team members are nice and informed but the experience was disorganized and very long. We had spent time with them days before and thought all was good to go but not the case. They need to review processes and staffing for busy hours .

The sales associate, Allen was an awesome person, he went above and beyond what was required or expected, Dave the finance guy was so nice & helpful, knowledgeable & explained every detail, &manager was amazing as well. They ensured we got a great finance rate & the vehicle we wanted at a great price. We felt like family when we left there in our new Hyundai Tucson! Not only did we get a new vehicle, we got to meet amazing people & make new friends.I will be recommending Joe Holland to everyone. They are amazing!

The service was exceptional we were greeted by Allen at the door he was very polite asked us to test drive a car immediately to get a feel about the car to see what she might like , the other dealership I went to ( Nissan in St Albans) didn't even offer to let us view the cars inside definitely not drive one so I didn't and won't go back (their loss) Joe Holland is the "goat " will definitely be doing business with them again thank you Allen for being so kind you service was great .

Hands down the easiest, quickest and most pleasant experience ever buying a car! I found the perfect vehicle for me in the morning and was driving it home by later afternoon. Most everything was handled via text and phone and everything was prepared when I arrived to sign and go! The salesmen, Josh and Gino, were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Finance paperwork was nearly painless and never once in the whole transaction did I feel pressure or stress. I HIGHLY Recommend shopping with Joe Holland Hyundai if you re in the market for a great car and an easy experience!

Second Tucson hybrid in the family within the last year. Opted for the Limited trim that is really hard to find.Staff at Joe Holland Hyundai helped me to find the vehicle I wanted in few weeks for significantly less price of what other dealerships were offering.Buying process was seamless, the staff were very accommodating and courteous. Thanks to Josh and David, that turned to be an enjoyable and stress -free experience .I definitely will advise people I know to try Joe Holland for their future auto purchase

Had the easiest and best experience with buying from here! I made my first purchase with Joe Holland and they offered the best deals and also made my experience so personal. Most of the staff even stayed after work just for me because I had work and had to drive an hour to get there. Would buy from them again!
