THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!Devin is the man!!! From my out of blue phone call to the paperwork signed to heading out the door. Start to end this guy made sure I was taken care of, even stayed the hour and a half passed close finishing out the deal (went after I got off) to tell me see ya tommorow andddddd he was the man to hand me my keys! Great place! Even better people!!!!Edit/addition; Picked up my bike today from its 1,000 mile service. The guys were great, friendly & didn't mind my questions about my fluids! Great group of people here!!!

Went there for 15000 mile service on an Ultra Limited.They said it would maybe be 2 hours . I rode an hour and a half to get there and they weren t even busy and it still took them 3 hours to get it done. Then I get home and now my bike is leaking oil!!!!!! That s ridiculous!IT WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!Baxter s is the best!! And Wildcat in London KY

This is a nice place but everything in there is expensive a lot more expensive than the Harley store around my place. I don t know why it s more expensive.

We were on a family trip on our motorcycles. We were many miles from home in Western New York and my rear tire was not going to make it home. I called Harley Davidson of West Virginia that night and asked if they could fit me in. They took my bike in as soon as I arrived the next morning and had us on the road in about an hour. Everyone was great and if I lived near that dealership I would give them all my business.

Picture this. Driving along and my tire comes off the rim, not a flat, just decided it didn't wanna tire no more. We pull over at the Harley shop. 14 yrs old son and spouse are trying to get the spare from underneath the Tahoe. But are struggling because there's a specific way to do it, otherwise it's not happening. Someone from the Harley shop comes with a jack, sounding like the clatter Santa does on Christmas night. He's on a mission to help.Kid goes one way to call their older brother, who was the last successful person to get the spare off, I can't see my spouse, and I hear the guy from Harley watching a video to what sounds like a tutorial on how to do it. Which made my heart swell like the Grinch cuz he just didn't have to do any of it. They get it off, tire replaced and Harley Santa was on his way dragging his clattering jack back across the parking lot. Talk about hospitality!!!

Under new management and they rock! The team knows their Harleys. They are respectful, easy to work with, and will do everything they can to put you on a Harley. Be open minded to their suggestions when it comes to a model that is a fit for you. They know their stuff.

Went in to look around, and found a great tee. The clerks were super friendly, and super helpful. They offer all the accessories and apparel you need, and they have a terrific selection of new bikes!!

My husband and I came into the dealership today, I bought 5 shirts & the ladies were all very nice and helpful. Unfortunately my husband did not get the same. There were 4 salespeople there and not 1 of them greeted or even acknowledge him. Very disappointing.

I was very happy with my first purchase here. However, I m very disappointed with my most recent purchase of a 2008 Rocker with 17xxx miles on it. I was told at purchase the bike had been serviced. After getting it trailered home in March, I discovered the oil was black and had not been changed. Shortly after 2 short local rides, vent line started leaking and voltage regulator went out. I fixed it. Now the oil pressure light is on and I replaced the switch to no fix whatsoever. All this occurred in less than 300 miles.I cannot get any resolve through the dealership so I will have to cut my losses and will not patronize this dealer in the future. Extremely disappointed

Working with the team at H-D of WV was a great experience, very easy to deal with and no pressure sale tactics. Smooth transition from trade in to purchase of the new bike.This is 3 bikes now purchased from them within my group and we all couldn t be more pleased.

We just closed on a 2020 CVO Street Glide with Travis and Tracy. I would recommend working with these two if you are interested in an honest, responsive and professional experience. Travis worked hard to answer all of our questions and reach a fair deal. Tracy put the package together and got the paperwork wrapped up quickly. My wife and I will be reaching out to them first when the next motorcycle itch needs to be scratched!

Broke down on the road. Had bike towed to this dealer. I cannot say enough positive about the experience so far. Everyone there bent over backwards to take care of me. The mechanic on my bike is a 42 year employee, and Super knowledgeable. Wait to see how it turns out

Loved it. Very friendlyemployees. And they had what we were looking for. I wrote this review a year ago. But little did I know I would come back and trad my 88 sporster in on a gorgeous 2005 dyna wide glide. Want to say thank you so much to everyone that was helpful while buying it

Had a great experience. Called down to get a oil filter for my KFX 700 and the didnt have it in stock, or so I thought. I drive down to place the order for said filter and dude already had it for me with 3 quarts of oil. Now thats customer service.

I have purchased 2 bikes from this dealership from 2 different locations and have always had a pleasant experience but this time going for a 3rd purchase it wasn't as good as the past I was told trade value was half due to the mileage than what it was when I checked it was almost 2 times what they said it was worth and I paid them 3 times that much for it and i've only put 1200 miles on it what would mileage have to do with it when I said that about the 1200 miles he said you bought it here I think you have us confused with another dealership well I think maybe I do have my wires crossed and will us a different dealership from here on
