Nice like any other car salesman when you're "buying" a car. After that they could care less. Not very friendly with any concerns you may have about your vehicle "after" purchasing it. Nice cars overall though. No these dudes don't want to be your friends. lol

The staff were excellent to work with and incredibly helpful to get the deal done. They were very understanding and easy to work with as an out of town buyer needing to buy out of state. Travis Minor and his team knew what was best and had great vehicles!

I want to thank Travis and the entire Minor family so much for their help in the purchase of my vehicle. As an out-of-state buyer not only did they give me access to their mechanic over the phone to discuss the vehicle and take the time to take pictures of areas I was particularly concerned about, when I flew out to look at the vehicle in person they picked me up at the airport and walked me through a thorough overview. Most importantly, when I got home and found some issues that no one was aware of they worked with me and helped make the problem right. Truly great people who deserve your business and will certainly have more of mine in the future.P.S. My offer still stands for the banjo shop tour

Minor's Auto Sales staff were great to work with! They honored their word and worked with me to get my dream truck. Minor's followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going well with me and the vehicle. They were willing to go above and beyond with helping me every step of the way. Made the decision it was time to find a new truck that better suited our family of 4. I could not have asked for a better experience. I have been looking for the right truck for over a year, I happened to look at FB Marketplace and found the exact truck at Minors Auto and even though it was 7 hours away I took the chance, just let me say that Erik and Travis were unbelievably friendly told me no lies ant treated me like a friend, I bought the truck and drove it home 7 hours and love it, not only was it the truck I wanted but had an excellent price tag. I promise you cannot go wrong with these guys if I am ever looking for another vehicle they will be the first call I make!

We have purchased several cars over the years from Minors Auto. We have a Chevy truck, Honda Pilot and a Mini Cooper Countryman that we purchased from Minors. We have always been pleased with the vehicles that we have purchased from them. They are a great family to deal with. We would highly recommend them.

Had the pleasure of meeting the owner after he picked me up at the nearby airport in a beautiful Jaguar. Once we arrived to his office, he quickly informed me that the guard dog was indeed not for sale, however, the truck still was, which was reassuring. After some very tough negotiation tactics had failed, we were, unfortunately, unable to agree to include the dog into the final price. Suffice to say, managed to walk away with a great vehicle from a great family run enterprise for a great price. Thanks for the surprise gift Travis.
