We got our uhaul box truck stuck in unpacked gravel and clay hanging off the side of a hill. Before we tried anything stupid, we called up Fair Towing. They are the fastest towing service we've ever used. They came out in no time, took one look at the issue, and went to work. They got the truck pulled off the side of the hill faster than my hound treeing a raccoon. They charged us a more than reasonable weekend hourly rate. Thank you for your help Fair Towing, we'll be recommending you to everyone and my grandmother.Service: Special vehicle towing

Jerry is good man, on a bad day when I wrecked my truck, it got towed to my place for a FAIR price. They lived up to their name. Hope to never need them again, but if I need a tow, I will use them.!

Best man we have dealt with in years.We were broke down with a 32 ft air airstream. Not only did he tow our truck, and our camper, but found us a place to camp for 2 nights where there was no campground. Very professional, worked with me, and was able to help me out within a reasonable time. Towed my car to the place I needed! The only reason why I'm rating 4 stars is they didnt tell me about the extra charge because I was paying with with a card. Otherwise I'm very happy with the service and price! Having a tire blow out on I-79 wasn't how we planned our trip back to Pennsylvania, but Jerry was excellent! Within 25-30 minutes of calling Jerry was roadside wit us trying to help. He towed us to Gwynn Tire ( also awesome) and within 45 minutes we we're back on the road. We were treated honest, fair, and with respect. Definitely can't say enough good things about Fair Towing.

Had locked my keys in my car, I called at 9PM and was told the driver would be back in about an hour to an hour and a half and they would call me and let me know when they could make it out. So 10:30 comes around and I hadn't heard anything, so I called and it went to VM, 11:30 comes around and still haven't heard anything so I called back and it went to VM again, so I left a VM asking to be called back so I could know if I needed to stay up or not and wait for them or if they just weren't going to come. This business should not be listed as 24 hour service if its not going to operate as such. Very disappointed, I have to work in the morning and really needed my car to be unlocked tonight.
