We were hit by a car. Our tire was destroyed. Being out of town I didn t know anyone. Our waitress said come to you. Best experience ever. Fast, friendly, great service!! They are 10 stars out of 10! Highly recommend !!!

Cool Green Auto is very professional along with being "super nice" to every customer I have witnessed. They have treated me as well as any auto repair shop I have ever visited in my 78 years of being on this Earth. I recommend them highly. Cool Geen Was an awesome experience! Their staff Is wonderful patient and very responsive. Very great pricing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It s of the best mechanic shops around here Whether it s Berkeley county or Jefferson County! Very, very pleased!

I had a trie go down the other day. I got my tire patched and had the Oil changed and the 90,000 mile service done. The customer service was amazing. There had been a mistake with my estimate because the computer showed the wrong spark plugs. The plugs my car needed only come from Honda and cost $200 more than the ones on the estimate. They stood by their estimate and didn t charge me more. I highly recommend Cool Green Auto. They are good people.

Great place to do business, very sharp straight forward and nice people. Fit me in for same day service, explained everything they did in detail. Completed all the work quickly. This isn't your normal.mechsnics shop they are a big step up. Will be going back definately recommend.

We went to Cool Green at the suggestion of a neighbor as we were new to the area and I wasn't really happy with another repair shop I had used a few times. Had to have my truck towed in after hours and without an appointment. Cool Green got me in that day and provided an estimate for the work which involved an extensive amount of labor per the shop manual. I approved the repair and when we picked the truck up the bill was half of what we had been quoted and agreed to. We were informed that they had figured out a quicker/easier way to do the repair and "didn't feel right" charging the original amount since it had taken significantly less time to complete. We never would have known that the repair didn't take as long as the shop manual called for and would have paid the full, agreed to amount without question. What a joy to do business with a company that values honesty and integrity over profit. We are now loyal customers.

Friendly and efficient. Called last minute to see if they could do a quick oil change for me before another appointment, and they got it done with plenty of time for me to get where I needed to go. Good price too. I also asked them to install some windshield wipers I brought with me, and they did free of charge. The lobby has comfortable seating and good A/C.

Good people, they have always been able to service my vehicles, even on short notice. I trust them, and they seem to do quality work. I have three cars I take to them on a routine basis, and they haven't let me down so far.

I needed both of my vehicles inspected in the same week. They were able to accommodate both and they did not try to push any additional work but provided a list of additional items to address in the future. Highly sketch!Longtime local resident looking for a mechanic closer to home. Tried to tell me I needed all new brakes to pass inspection when I could see there was plenty pad still left. Maybe he was being lazy or maybe he thought he could scam me. Either way, I d never go back, and now I m stuck on their spam mail list.

I had an alternator installed. They did it quickly and professionally. I had my vehicle back the same day. Within hours! Very excellent service. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Cool Green Auto Repair to anyone.

Your service technicians are friendly, professional, and most importantly cost effective. The fact that your facility did not attempt to bill for items that were not necessary during a state inspection is highly appreciated. I would highly Highly recommend Your service facility to anyone who needs an honest and technically Proficient service facility.

I was coming into Shepherdstown for a business conference and got a flat tire on the way. I was able to change the tire on the highway and rolled into Shepherdstown on a spare. I needed someone I could rely on to inspect and repair my flat and fortunately happened into Cool Green Auto. I immediately felt right about the place when I saw how clean and neat it was. Ryan and crew were friendly and professional. They told me that they would inspect the whole tire outside and in for any damage and only fix it if it was safe to repair. Thankfully it was. They then quickly repaired the tire, put it back on my car and put the spare and tools that I left out back in the car where they belonged. All in no more than 15 or 20 minutes. This is a well run shop with great staff. I would definitely trust them with other repairs on my car.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

It's rare when you get a repair quote from an auto repair shop, and when the job is finished, you pay less than the repair quote when you pick up the vehicle. That is a sign of an honest auto repair shop. The work was first rate, professionally done, high quality, and managed by a courteous staff. Cool Green, in Shepherdstown, is highly recommended. Right before I moved to Shepherdstown a prior repair shop recommended that I needed transmission service. Brought my vehicle in to Cool Green and they said transmission was okay but that I needed power steering bracket tightened plus hose and fluid replaced.I appreciate their honesty and reasonable pricing. Oh, and knowing I didn t have a ride to their shop, they delivered the vehicle to my house.Thank-you Ryan and your excellent team.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Just had an excellent service experience at Cool Green Auto. Ryan, the Manager is a knowledgeable and professional. Also, the cost was so reasonable, and work was done in a timely manner. I live in Shepherdstown and Ryan gave me a ride to and from the shop to pick up my car. This will be my car repair shop for everything from oil changes to big car fixes!

My passenger footwell was flooded. I called Cool Green July 3. They fit me in on July 5 and had it fixed by the afternoon. AC tube issue. They charged me nothing saying it was an easy fix. I am very pleased with Cool Green!Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair
