From the time I walked in until the time I left the gentleman was very kind and respectful. I told him of my tire problems and stressed that I wanted it fixed not replaced. He told me of the wait time. I made myself comfortable and prepared to wait. I listened as he called customers and left clear professional messages about parts or vehicles being ready. My car was ready in about half the time I expected.Nobody tried to sell me anything else. I didn't feel I was treated any different than the men that were waiting.It was actually a very relaxing, pleasant experience.

Daniel is a very nice to talk to while waiting for my vehicle to be inspected. Ole country boy who served our country I couldn't feel more honored to shake his hand. I felt like I could've stayed there all day chatting it up. My vehicle was also complete before the estimated wait time which made me get back to enjoying my Saturday. Great experience for me. Thank you to the Gentlemen at Buettner.

The guys at Buettner tire are always professional and take good care of their customers. My only complaint is they don't have a key drop box. I wanted to drop my car off the night prior to getting work done and there is no where to put the keys

Tires were very reasonable priced. They had to order them but they came in the next day. First come first served service, when I came in the gentleman at the counter said the wait was a few hours so I would suggest dropping off your vehicle but it was ready as promised. Very pleased with them would definitely recommend them.

Very pleased with Buettner tires in Romney. Daniel ordered RV tires for me on Friday and I had them installed Tuesday morning. Quick, efficient and thorough service across the board. Went there for vehicle inspection had insurance and registration on my phone needed my registration in hand sure grabbed it out the car gentleman noticed my window tint had issues with front two windows being too dark windshield tint normal driver and passenger window 35% same with rears West Virginia state codes states can have 35% on all beside windshield including sun screen on top windshield told me I d have to remove my tint to pass which is a lie also on top of that with 35% as long as u see you re Silo-wet it passes regulations but this gentleman would not care on top of that I talked to state police on tint and the my told me the same thing I looked at from WV state code on tint which is 35% is fine, so with that said interesting why a employee would say otherwise after testing that my windows were 35%

After moving to Martinsburg a couple years ago I was concerned about where to have my cars completely serviced especially after working in a Goodyear service department for many years and having my tech/friends doing it for me when I needed it. Fortunately I heard about Buettner. Anyway after walking in I immediately felt welcomed by the store manager and the assistant manager. I won't mention names but you'll know what I'm talking about as soon as you walk in. While having my tires put on and having a friendly chat with these guys I overheard them with other customers on the phone and in person. Very relaxed and laid-back but steady working and getting it done.Anyway afterwards I was clearly told to come back to have my lug nuts checked for proper tightening after about 100 miles. When I came back the assistant manager immediately walked out to my car with the proper torque wrench and checked them himself and thanked me again for my business. After years in the business I can tell everyone, if you want good honest services done on your vehicles with very fair prices give these guys a try.Believe me you'll thank me afterwards.

Buettner Tire in Romney is absolutely amazing!! Danny at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable about cars. No matter if you just need an oil change or a full tune up, Danny will explain the options to you, exactly what their going to do, and help you out in any way he can. The staff in the back are quick but always make sure they do the right job. Since using them about a year ago, I've since sent my sister and parents to them for all their car needs.

Great service and great tires. .Was able to get my wife back on the road with new rolling stock and I was able to pay over the phone so she didn't have to do anything but show up and wait. Great job guys. I'll definitely be back!
