Great place to stay ! Very clean single wides, perfect for riding 3 trails ,all close by. Also right by outlaw trails. Dale is very helpful in anyway he can be ! Great neighborhood. No problems. Very reasonable rates.

Great place to stay and right on the trails. Dale is awesome to deal with as well. Trailers are clean and everything in working order. Cabins are basically brand new.
