Ugh Walmart please actually have the garden center staff that are just standing around take care of the plants. I m honestly embarrassed for you for the amount of dead plants in lawn and garden. There are more dead than thriving.It was a great trip until checkout. 6pm with 1 cashier who closed her lane while we were in her line. Self checkouts had huge lines. Took a while to get a CSM up front to open a register. Checkout experience time was 35 minutes. That's excessive, grossly understaffed for a peak shopping time. Facility was clean at least! We used the family restroom in back because my 7 year old can't ever hold it till we get home. Bathroom cleanliness chart was even marked as recently checked. Most employees were great and had wonderful customer service skills. The only downside was being ejected from a line I was already standing in waiting. When I used to cashier whomever was in my line was waited on even when my light went out to end my shift I still cleared my line.One of my favorite Wal-Mart's as far as selection goes.

Expectations are generally low. One associate in electronics was very helpful and knowledgeable. I believe her name was Annya. Refreshing.

Not enough cashiers. Unacceptable as I am disabled and not able to shop and then unload,scan,bag up,load in cart and then load into car by myself. Come on Walmart, you can do better. Superstore with 1-2 checkouts??? I use the pickup some but like to go inside sometimes to shop.

This is my favorite Walmart to visit. It s typically clean, organized, and the staff is friendly. It also helps that there s typically no large crowd. Yeah, as far as Walmarts go, this is my favorite!

The employee Jay was horrifically rude. He had my nephews petrified and hiding by the way he spoke to my sister. All because my sister lifted her son up to reach for something on the top shelf.. He accused the kids of things that didn t happen. ..Then he shamed my sister with nasty words. I feel sorry for him. Watch people Of Ripley over the psychopath Jay!!!

I m always satisfied when I do curbside pickup for my groceries. This Walmart has done such a great job with giving me quality items and great customer service.

Litterly watching new employees cry cause harassment from management and other workers here you have worked here longer. The management here needs fired or put in an hr meeting.

Not to many of the employees are very helpful. Most of them have negative attitudes towards customers. But there is a more varied and wide selection than anywhere else in the county. It's not in any way one of my favorite shopping places.

The Ripley Walmart is my favorite one to go to. Not a ton of people, and when it is busy, you don't have a ton of crazies there.

This store is noticably small. Though it's clean, not crowded and employee asked if they could help us with anything. That was nice . Had almost everything no keto bread/ low carb bread

Workers are very nice there is only one that is kinda rude!!! My five-year-old son which has autism loves a few of the workers here every time we go in here they are always coming up to us to say hi or give my son a high-five! He actually looks forward to going here!!!

In the past week I ve had to go to the Customer service desk quite a few times. In the time I was there they weren t pleasant and very indecisive on what the rules were. Two of the five times I drove all the way there to be told they can t do what I had asked l. The next day after I was denied a worker told me that the other lady doesn t work that desk that much. Do not recommend.

I was there today. I tried to find someone to tell me why the water dispenser was labeled "out of order". I tried it, it worked fine and the drain worked also. I even tried calling attempt to get some answers, but nobody in grocery bothered to answer the phone. Is this just another scam by Walmart to get more money from people who have to buy more expensive gallons of water? Also, does the music really need to be so loud? It's ridiculous.

We just had a cake made for my son's birthday. It was beautiful and tasted great. We come here a lot and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I like shopping at Walmart. One stop shopping, don't have to drive all over town. My only complaint is that so many of the shopping carts have wonky front wheels and are difficult to maneuver.

If the bathroom was a bit cleaner, it would be perfect. I use a person checkout. Very helpful and kind.

My Mother-In-Law was just here shopping on 11/22/2022 and she was blatantly harassed by one of your workers. She was a heavy set woman with green hair and was extremely rude. She needs fired along with the supervisor. They were both horrible to her over a bag of dogfood that was already scanned but thought she was stealing it. You need better workers with better attitudes. I am not going to come here ever again.-1000000/5 stars

I was 1 hour away from home, 45 miles, my vehicles fuel hand on E, on a Saturday, when all banks were closed, no check cashing places in sight, on a 93� day, and NO MONEY, except a check where i had sold items to a VERY BIG TIME, WELL KNOWN BUSINESS, and they wrote me a check. WalMart was my last hope of getting this check cashed. But simply because this check was "Wrote Out," by a business called Bridgeport Equipment Rentals, which has MULTIPLE BRANCHES, across MULTIPLE STATES, WalMart pretty much said "Screw Off" because they would not cash a $350 check, so i could make it home without running out of fuel beside the road, because the check was WRITTEN "To Me." Its getting harder and harder to cash a check anymore in my region. And its ESPECIALLY SO at WalMart. Their used to be a time when i could cash my paychecks at WalMart but that process has become so difficult, its not even 2orth trying anymore. Plus NO BANK wants to cash a check with another Banks name on it. So i say screw this WalMart and the management that works there. Because if i had ANY OTHER OPTION AVAILABLE, i wouldnt have went to WalMart to try to cash that check, which was fruitless. ILL TAKE MY BUSINESS to more local mom and pop stores, rather than helping WalMart screw people over that are already in a tight spot.
