New to west Virginia I went there to register a used car I just bought and made the mistake of paying cash, I assumed they would be regulated and honest. Found out later I was overcharged approximately $128.00. Always pay with a check or a card to protect yourself. I guess I get to write this off as an expensive lesson learned.

Better off going to dmv. Tried calling and left messages with no call back. Sent private message was told someone would get back with me the next day, next day never happened even after calling again.

Tammy and her husband are so friendly and professional. They are always able to answer my questions and return my messages. Each title I have taken them the turn around was quick and efficient. I love that I do not have to take off work to go to the DMV!

I ve went here several times and it has been great! Everything is so fast and they walked me through the whole process! The owner is the nicest lady I ve ever met and she has the best staff working for her. If you need title and licensing done you will not go wrong going here!

I went in for a B-plate for our truck and they had the New plate back the same day!! Friendly service! Super helpful! Thankful to have them in the community! They even allowed me to pick up after hours!

I think that the title and license in place is great! They have great people that work there, as well as they have great service! They make sure that you know what you were there for as well as they make you feel like family! They are a great place to work for if you were looking for a job.

I FREAKING HATE THE DMV The drive, then the lines and the wait forget it. I went to the TITLE & license Place in Ripley I was in and out two days later I stopped and picked up my Plates Fast and friendly

The receptionist is very nice and she even donated to our preschool class for a fundraiser one year. Also, saves me a trip to the DMV! Thank u!

Best place around jackson county! Tammy is one of the sweetest people I know! She always makes us feel right at home and is happy to help anyway that she can! Best owners, staff and business in town! I gladly support them and always will. Stop by and see them for all your title and license needs. You won't be disappointed.

I gave my mother a 2017 Ford Escape in August of 2020 she ask me to drop off the title that I had signed over to her and get the license in her name and paid them $100+ dollars for this service they gave me a temporary tag for it , forward three months and no title no license. She called them several times and they just gave her the run around .I had warned her not to do business locally but it s what happens . So to June 2021 one of her neighbors ask why the car had not been out of the garage for months and I had taken her to a doctor appointment . Told him how they had supposedly lost her title and license , he said he knew Brian Cooper and would check . My mother gave him a check in June form$120 , Brian said they would take care of the license and title , let me say it is now near the end of October of 2021, I called them twice and was given the run around both times and told they would call back in a couple days that has been over a month ago. She has paid for car insurance and property taxes for a year and $200+ to this location and still no title or license, if you are a 84 year old widow , I wouldn t recommend the business!

This place is a JOKE. Edwin and I went and got both of our names on the truck title and my car title on December 21,2021. I got my title and registration about 2 weeks after they sent it off. Here it is 14 weeks later. And still no title or license for the truck. I have called and called them. They was supposed to go to the DMV last Thursday the 24th to get my plates and title here it is Wednesday the following week still nothing for the truck. Now they are saying this Thursday the 31st. Lets see if we get it then.. I think they should atleast give me back half of my money since it was their mess up.

I had no problem with changing a title to my name got it back before the said so I was very happy, definitely will use them again

This place is horrible never will go back again we have been waiting for a title for truck since April of 2022 now it s NovemberI will not recommend anybody to go there it should not take this long to get a title for a vehicle they say it sign in the wrong place but don t believe it they just don t want to do there job

I agree with this place being a joke, they took my money on a Weds said title would be fine Thurs went in to find she had misplaced my paper work ask her husband where it was he says and I quote you didn't give me any thing but a post it to nquote , do I guess he tryd getting my title with a Post-It, then ask for a refund of 31 she reached me 15 isaid it wasn't enough, oh no I don't refund our money she did give me five dollars of it back so it cost me 12 dollars for there mistake, very dissatisfied first and last time for them. I understand they have to make money but ... Justsayn

The new ownership has turned this business around! They are now located down the street from The Jewelers Touch. Brian made the process of getting the title and license a breeze and saved me the heartburn of a trip to the DMV!

This place is a joke. I ve been waiting for 5 MONTHS on a license plate. These people don t care about the people they serve. Constantly being juggled between other people and timeframes to go do anything you gotta do. It s pathetic. Should be closed down.

This place is a joke the people I had to talk to about my title told me they was going to be open 10-4 those dummies weren t even there they left during business hours and that s a problem for me
