Had a flat on my trailer, they came out and fixed it no problem. Gave up on my road side assistance. Nice people . Good prices.

I could not be more impressed with Ron's Car Clinic. Our son's starter went out in his truck in the middle of the night on a Friday night on his my to Myrtle Beach. My husband and I where a little over 3 hours away from him. We called AAA to have his truck towed to a dealership to get repaired but instead after talking with the tow truck driver, he recommended Ron. We took his advice. We were very impressed with the service and how they treated our son. They replaced the start as soon as they arrived at the shop and had him back on the road with an hour of them opening. They could have changed us a rush job fee and a high labor fee but they didn't. Thank you Ron.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am a uhaul dealer who rented a truck to a customer that was dropped off at this location. The customer had the truck for almost 2 weeks and this location decided to charge me a cleaning fee instead of the customer who had the truck for 2 weeks. I see you guys haven't been a uhaul dealer long and can tell you won't make it by doing stuff like this.

We were towing our camper for the very first time from Ohio to Florida. Thursday after Labor day and was Hotter than heck. Well we blew a tire on I77 and after we got spare on called Ron's and they got us right in and mounted the new tire and put our spare back on, really appreciate it and really commend them.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

We absolutely love Ron. We have never had trouble getting in and getting our vehicle fixed. My husband and I have a Ford Escape and a Dodge Ram truck. Ron keeps us riding safely. He has never been untrustworthy, always told us the truth. We won't go anywhere else. Thank you to Ron and his crew.

I am so impressed with Ron and his staff! Grateful beyond words for their kindness. Broke down on the interstate and they were able to get us back on the road the next day and make sure we were safe in a hotel for the night! Reasonable price for emergency repair! They're nice people. I got an appointment and my vehicle serviced quick. My bill was about $200, more than quoted but my car is driving like when I first got it again.

We broke down on our way to North Carolina. Ron s Car Clinic had us back on the road all fixed up 3 hours later! Friendly and fast! I have had several issues with this place . The last but not least was having my engine replaced and the mechanic not securing the gas hose hose to the engine correctly. This resulted in me starting my car and all of my gas flooding the parking lot were I work. He did come get my car to fix it again but but I had to rent a car until it was done. When I went to pickup my car they had lost my keys. I will not be going back to him . Customer beware.

He graciously helped us when we were stranded on a weekend when other places were closed. He got us on our way to Florida to enjoy our vacation. He was reasonably priced!All of the staff were kind to my husband, who has a disability and is wheelchair bound. The kindness they showed was remarkable!

I was on my way back to Columbus, Ohio with a customer's truck and the power steering line worked loose and I lost all of my fluid, you guy's got me in and out in no time at all. You do not know how appreciative me and my company are of the great service to get me back on the road. Many thanks !!!! Al Rinbolt

Wife was taking our daughter-in-law home, 4 plus hour trip, and our vehicle started shaking violently. She managed to get to the next exit riding on the side of the road and found Ron's Car Clinic. They were extremely busy. My wife happened to end up talking to the owner when she arrived. They managed to squeeze her in. The were shocked she actually made it to the garage. The tie rod was busted and the front tires were both turned in. They replaced the broken tie rod and though the 2nd tie rod was not broken and they said my wife could finish her trip with it the way it was my wife asked they replace it as well. Both times they had to order the parts, both times the parts were delivered quickly. The folks were very understanding and very helpful and their price was reasonable. It was a miracle that my wife did not wreck the vehicle on the highway.

Ron's car clinic,I recently purchased 4 new tires from Ron's Car clinic , reluctantly now it's 5 . I usually purchase tires at halls but I was in a hurry and Ron's car clinic had what I needed in stock . Wow, I wish I would have waited . Shortest story is he made no effort to take care of his product he sold me . 5 days after install, the side wall developed a knot (blow out) right on the rim . He immediately blamed it on me for hitting something. He insisted the car be driven home then back the next day so he could sell me another tire . After telling him it wasn't safe to drive and the car would be taken to halls tires to have it replaced, he threw a new one on temporarily. Ok, good. At least it's not going to blow out and wreck me on the round trip back . Next day, new tire installed at more than the original price of the one I just bought a few days ago and no accountability for the defective tire. He put zero effort into customer care and did not conduct business in a professional manner throughout our entire transaction. Buyers beware; he will send you out with overinflated tires and suggest an unsafe vehicle is OK to drive. Also, check your torque. In other words, take your business elsewhere.

My family and I were traveling from Ohio to North Carolina last week and along the way our water pump went out. We took it the nearest auto shop which happened to be Rons and we are glad we did. The price they charged was extremely reasonable. They were able to work on the car pretty much immediately. We had our 2 year old son with us and the receptionist was SO AMAZING AND KIND to him. She went to Burger King and brought him fries back. She also gave him a toy to play with. Sitting there while we waited on the car to get fixed was not easy for our 2 year old but they were so patient and understanding. We are SO glad we stopped at Rons. They did an excellent job and I can't express how much their patience and hospitality meant to us during that difficult and stressful time of our trip. Thank you so much to all the workers at Rons Car Care!!!

Ron's car clinic is by far the best garage I've ever dealt with!! Ron runs a tight ship and he's gonna make sure the job is done right. I had the idea in my head that garages are only in it for the money. Ron's proved me wrong in every aspect. He a VERY Honest person

A friend of mine used Ron's Care Clinic and left a vehicle for awhile. When they left the vehicle it almost had a full tank of gas and no ball and hitch was on the truck. When they came to pick it up Ron's used a half a tank of gas and a ball and hitch was on the truck. Also the under carriage was covered in grass (meaning the used it for personal use). Will not go there again!

Charged me $212 for a maximum 30 minute job to weld 2 inches worth of welds on a bad hitch mount and made me cut out a chunk of my truck bed for no apparent reason. Creating unnecessary damage for a temporary fix. Looks like they were very worried about going home for the evening rather by doing quality work and did so by overcharging a couple hundred bucks rather than doing decent work and helping out. Taking advantage of a man in trouble looking for a little help.

They have done some very good work for me on my car. Has been spot on what was wrong with my car. I was referred by some friends. Best around he tell you what needs be fixed and has it done on time. Most importantly done right. Will keep returning.

My daughter and her friends broke down in Ripley on their way to Spring Break. They went to Ron's, which was supposed to close at noon. A mechanic stayed late to fix the car. The part ended up being bad, and they broke down again a few minutes after leaving. A guy at AutoZone knew Ron and called him to meet the tow truck back at the shop. Ron did that and made sure the kids got safely to a hotel for the night. Then he worked on the car and got them up and running again Sunday morning. He stood by the part warranty and did not charge for the re-fix. Thank you, Ron (and AutoZone and Red's Towing), for taking care of my daughter and her friends when we were too far away to do so!

I work at at Ron's and I am the one that put the information in for the tire that was sent back to the manufacturer and they determined that it was a pot hole or hit somthing damaging the tire. So we do send them back because we do not have the equipment to determine the cause of a tire failing. We do apologize for the inconvenience but there is nothing we can do.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

He isnt all that great 2 his employees he is saying he is gonna hold my husbands check and tools until my husband pays him the $40 he owes him when in fact in the state of West Virginia it is highly illegal 2 hold an employees paycheck. We are filing with the labor board to have something done about this. I mean how can u get ur money without giving him his check?

I had called and asked about welding my muffler back on my car. She was rude and just hung the phone up as I was trying to say thank you. I will not do business with rude people.

I have used Ron's Car Clinic for 16yrs and now I drive 60+ miles to his shop for maintenance and any car issues. He is honest and his prices are fair.
