Over promised and under performed. Tried to get a rental SUV that I could transport an antique cabinet in. Was told it would be available then when I went to get the vehicle they tried to give me something else that wasn't suitable. The one rep I dealt with even insulted my intelligence by saying the station wagon they tried to rent was as big as a full sized SUV! Never again.

I called a week in advance to have someone pick up my wife at body shop on monday between 8:00-8:30 they said no problem. She waited no one showed up when she called they said they was to busy she had to bum a ride from a guy at the body shop. I guess they lie when they say we will pick you up.

Rented an SUV from them on June 26th while body shop was repairing my vehicle. Had a problem with communication error from State Farm. They worked it out and gave me one of the nicest vehicles I have ever driven. Both guys were very courteous.

I needed to rent a car. I needed a lift from the auto body shop. They couldn't give me a ride. I thought their motto is ,"We'll pick you up". There is not another car rental business in Ripley,WV.

I didn't get the vehicle I asked for, so we had very little space. The lady let the person in front of me take the mid size truck which being we were 5 people, with luggage, would've fit us much better.

I booked a reservation almost 7 months before my trip. Chu I believe her name was was very sarcastic to me and made very unnecessary comments one about renting a Lamborghini and such. Which I felt was very inappropriate. Erica Green a manager in training was the only reason I did not walk out of the office that morning. She is very personable and took care of my needs. She treated me as a human and not just another contract to sigh with enterprise. Hold on to Ms. Erica she is and will continue to be a vital roll in the office!

They ll be nice until it comes time to pay the bill. Our car was hit by someone and totaled and had to get a rental for work. Never asked to be in this situation to begin with. We had an accident (notice how I said accident) in the rental and owe the deductible which is fine. But we ll pay it over the course of a few paydays and Tyler was pretty rude about not taking payments. No sympathy and treat it as if it s their money. Had an issue with an Eli last time we dealt with Enterprise and he pulled the full balance out of our account without authorization. Filed a complaint and haven t seen him since. Use a cash card and load it as you need it so they can t pull if you do use enterprise. Go to Hertz, much better deals and nicer people.

I love using Enterprise. The cars always run well and are clean. The prices are always decent. They always have everything ready for me when I come in. It's a quick process because I rent so much. I didn't realize until this last trip though that I actually got charged for 6 days even though I only have the car for 5 though. Other than that .Great.

I recently totaled my van and needed a rental vehicle. Enterprise contacted me and immediately placed me into a nice vehicle. I had contact with three different people. All three had the same pleasant attitude and willingness to help. I was very pleased with the service I received through the Enterprise Ripley Office.

My car rental was set up by my insurance after an accident. The staff at the Ripley location was rude when I talked to them on the phone, as well as when I picked up the car. When it came time to turn in the car, we were given the run around. The Ripley location said we could drop the car off in Parkersburg, which is closer to our house. Parkersburg location told me that they had no room on their lot to allow it to be returned. My husband called and the Parkersburg location said that we could return the car there. Apparently there s a big difference when a female deals with this company.

Good location and had a good car available. Customer service was good. I have noticed that the cost for renting a car was sharply increased however this was a good experience and it saved wear and tear on our truck.

Coordinated with the repair shop and my insurance for a great experience. A clean car, courteous service and nice selection of clean cars. Was a pleasure to work with.

The service at my Ripley, WV is excellent. I am always greeted by my name as i feel like I am the only customer that they have. My vehicle is always ready to go and defrosted if needed. Keep up the great work, Paul White

They had 2 brand new Toyotas sitting on their lot but made us take a Nissan that was less then desirable. Came up with several lame excuses as to why we couldn't use them instead. Customer service fail!

I absolutely love Enterprise. I rent from them any time I need a car rental. whether it's for a day or a month like my last rental. Their prices are great and the service is amazing. I can't wait til I need a rental again.

Friendly service and work to get you what you need. If you are looking for a vehicle to purchase try Enterprise car sales in Charleston. Jason Holcomb is very good and works very hard to find you what you need.

I have tried to rent a car for a week now. I tried to rent one with credit card and now with my insurance to be told on two different occasions that they have a car but then tell me that it was rented to someone else. I have had to cancel my appointments. I don't see why its so hard to rent a car!!!

I like the people there they are polite and helpful. I have rented vehicles from here for many years and had no problems with anything. In the future I more then likely will be renting from the Ripley Enterprise again.

I wouldn't recommend enterprise they want my insurance company paid immediately and they had me pay upfront than took a double payment from my card after my insurance paid them from my debit card.

The women took the time to work with us. We had the rental for almost a month and they took the time to work with our insurance to make sure we had what we needed. I would definitely recommend this enterprise to others.

I want to give 5 stars to the service desk clerks.and 2 for the rates of which has changed for me in the past few months that forced me to look else where for better rates of which I found in budget/avis after using them a few times and never had to pay a drop fee,only a deposited of which was promptly returned when I dropped off the car.enterprise was my rental choice for many years and I loved the idea of being picked up instead of a uber or Lyft ride to the closest facility.but after using budget i found that a Lyft ride to and from the locations as well as the cost of the rental combined was much cheaper the the enterprise rental alone. I use rentals for the line of work I'm in on a nearly daily basis and have a budget on transportation expense to the job and when it taps into my profit by 1/4 it's time to make adjustments.so that's exactly what I did.and it turned out much better even thoe budget isnt everywhere like enterprise it's still cost efficient to pay the difference to get to their locations due to their low rates on their rental it leaves plenty of room for the Lyft or uber expense.

how does someone have car insurance when they don't own a car.. they say you have to have it.. but if i had a car why would i spend the money to rent one.. they make no sense.. will find another way to rent a car.. would not recommend them for services
