This dealership went above and beyond to make this an easy buy! We drove over 2 hours to get there and when we walked in the door they had everything ready and waiting for us. Lane helped us meet every need and answered all of our questions! Super personable dealership and great employees. Not a bad thing to say about our experience. Will definitely recommend them to anyone!

10/10 experience with the nicest team. My boyfriend and I were traveling to NC when we heard a pop sound and my 2019 ford edge had a difficult time accelerating. We pulled over and saw this Ford Dealership was only 6 miles away so we made it there and we re greeted with kindness and compassion (which eased my nerves because I was super stressed).The team let us know that it may not be a quick fix but they would do what they could. While I started to call some rental car companies they got my info and went to take a look. About 30 min later I was about to book a rental car when one of the service men came in and let us know the car was fixed. The turbo tube had disconnected and they were able to fix it! I gave him a huge hug and jumped up and down- They wished us well and sent us on our way! I cannot thank you guys enough for saving the day and for being so kind to us. Thank you

Dylan Osborne was my salesperson. He was quick to reply to my vehicle inquiry. Once we moved forward with the sale it was a mostly smooth process and communication was timely. I was not given the cost of the LoJack and warranty until signing but they did come down on the delivery fee which I was happy with. I am very happy with the Expedition we purchased. One issue I did have was that it came with a smoke smell which was not disclosed to me (I would have liked to have been made aware of that since I purchased sight unseen and I am sensitive to that). However, they did purchase an ozone generator for me which removed the smell and so far I am very satisfied. I would purchase from them again and would be glad to work with Dylan should I have need of another vehicle from their dealer.

We purchased a 2018 Ford Eco Sport from Dutch Miller in Barboursville (love them). We had the vehicle 4 months & put less than 100 miles on it & it broke down during travel. It was towed to Ripley Dutch Miller Ford where it still lives since April. We called several times for an update but apparently there were MANY cars ahead of ours. In June I called & asked for an update. They said it needs a new engine but couldn t give me a timeline. Desperate, I let them know we were having a baby at the end of the month & already have a toddler & really need this second car but that didn t matter. Today, we called & asked for an update but the gentleman who answered the phone was unable to give us one. It has been 4 months & we still don t have an idea when we will get this vehicle back. We are struggling to make payments on a second vehicle we can t even drive. I m at a loss.

We purchased our used 2021 Ram truck here in 2022 and received excellent service. Our sales man was David Francis, and I feel he negotiated a good deal for us. When it came time to pick up the truck, it was detailed inside and out with fuel in the tank and a new state inspection sticker. The dealership took care of all paperwork and we received our registration from the state within weeks.I would not hesitate to contact David Francis aka ' the Old Dinosaur' to help me purchase a new vehicle here again.

I recently got my jeep from Dutch Miller Ford of Ripley. It was an amazing experience. I worked with Dylan Osborn who went above and beyond for not only me but also my father. He spent a few hours showing us vehicles at both dealerships for my father while also arranging for the jeep to arrive after detailing. He was extremely patient and kind through the process. He was not pushy like some salesman in any way. The whole Dutch miller team was amazing and kind through the process and did everything in their power to help me find my dream car. 10/10 experience.

I bought a vehicle from Dutch Miller Ford I. Ripley. I had tried to deal with my hometown Dealers in Marietta Ohio, with no positive results. I can t say enough good things about the buying experience At Dutch Miller with Lane my salesman. Lane has went out of his way to message and call me several times asking about my satisfaction with the truck I bought.Any issues I ve faced with titling and licensing out of state, I ve been able to call and get help with in a friendly and quick manner. Everyone there has been great.I greatly recommend Dutch Miller and Lane!

2nd oil change on my Fusion there, they are doing great. I need tires and they worked up multiple quotes and gave me advice on how to get the best discounts. Great service and awesome staff. I have already recommended this store to friends.

My Ford Fusion needed some major repairs and the service department at Dutch Miller handled the job extremely well. They were very professional and communicative about the repairs as they were done. They were very helpful with my case at Ford Motor Company and got me the assistance I needed. I would highly recommend Aaron Baker specifically if you need anything done on your vehicle.

The service department had my truck for over 5 weeks. Did not fix anything and lied continuously on updates of progress. New brakes and rotors were supposed to have been done the first few days. Didn t happen and the problem of no power on hills has not been fixed. This dealer service does not have qualified techs or manager. They charged me over $1000.00 and truck is same as when I brought it in 6 weeks ago. Do not go to this service department. Not trustworthy in any way.

Want to thank my salesman Lane Flesher for the great buying experience at Dutch Miller Ford in Ripley. He went above and beyond to help us find the New Bronco we had been searching for and helped us get it at a price we were happy with. He even followed up with us after the sale to make sure things were all good. Will definitely refer friends and family to him.

I ordered my car in 2021 before Dutch Miller purchased the dealership. At that time, I was given a signed copy of the build sheet and promised to not be charged anything more.When my build came in, I was charged $2000 more due to a price increase from Ford.Ford customer service said I qualify for price protection and there is a system in place for the dealer to recoup that money. Dutch Miller management says they have no idea what I m talking about. Ford customer service gave me the info to pass along to the dealer. I have heard nothing since. I can only assume Dutch Miller took my money and they will apply for the Ford refund and take that as well. I am a repeat customer as well as my family. I will not be back. Nor will my family. It s a shame this experience has ruined a good sales relationship.

I have bought my last 5 vehicles from here. The first 4 were under I-77 Ford. My buying experiences were always good. I just had the truck in one month ago for an oil change and full service. They found no problems. Last week I took the truck in for a state inspection and they failed it. They said they found problems in the steering linkage and that the window tint was too dark. The truck only has 20,000 miles on it. I told them any mechanical problems are still under warranty and if the window tint was too dark they need to take care if it. The tint was on there when I bought it and they put a sticker on it then. I was told by the sales manager that they would remove the tint and the service department said they would take care of the mechanical problem and give me a sticker. When I took it back they replaced the parts but didn't remove the tint and didn't give me an inspection sticker. I expect a place to stand by what they sell and take care of their customers. I guess Dutch Miller Ford service department dosen't care.

I booked our truck in, they got us in super quick, the staff were super friendly. Lots of things to do for the kids while we waited. Truck runs great as always when we go to a Ford Dealership. Thank you for the oil change!!

Great staff and awesome service. The service department is direct with information regarding your vehicle, and very accommodating to your needs to help you resolve any vehicle problems or regular maintenance. I ve come to the point of just dropping my keys off and completely trusting them with the care of my vehicle.

First time dealing with these people. The advertised amount for the truck was 10k more after I drove an hour and 45 minutes on the only day off I have till thanksgiving. Then on top of the ridiculous price they had on the F250 XLT they offed me 64K for my truck and trade in is 70-75k verified by another dealership. If your doing business with this dealership do your homework or they will rob you. I sent an email to Ford corporate and got a call back before I could even get home. They was really happy I took pictures of the sticker and the markup. I was told by the rep. That dealers like this will not be receiving new fords in the future and encouraged me to tell my friends to contact ford directly with proof of ford mark ups at crooked dealers. I have ALOT of friends. IBEW strong.

I reached out to inquire about a vehicle that had been listed for sale for a couple of months. Connected easily with a sales rep and talked about being an out of state buyer, no concerns but was kicked to a finance manager when I asked for an out the door price. They had to wait for the girls in the office to run the numbers and was told it might be a few hours. I heard back the next day from the sales rep that they were still working on an OTD price. Then got a message that the market had shifted and the GM increased the sales price by over $4,000 - which still was not an out the door price. Bad business and cannot recommend.

My Raptor dreams cane true through the dealership in this dealership in West Virginia. My experience with the dealership in West Virginia was amazing and I was finally able to get my truck. I would highly recommend dealing with this dealership.

Recently had my truck worked on here and had them replace the fuel injector o-rings and asked them to replace the fuel filter. When they called to let me know the truck was done I had asked what all was completed and at the time they said new o-rings and a new fuel filter. Come to find out they did not replace the fuel filter and nor was I charged for it but the truck continues to run a little rough. I spoke with a manager and he resolved the issue and will be sending me a fuel filter and that right there goes to show this dealership at least for the service side of it wants to make it right by the customer and that's pretty hard to find these days. I would suggest using this dealer for service repairs.

Had a vehicle that was not drivable until the transmission was worked on. After being put off by another dealership for over a month, I-77 got us scheduled and worked with us and the rental company to get us a rental vehicle covered under our extended warranty for the duration of the repair work which, due to parts needed ended up taking a couple of weeks or more. I was very impressed and will definitely take my vehicle again when work is needed!

I've bought a car from them, very good experience. But!! I'm in the market for a used truck, cheap. I was on their website looking, I found an F250 4x4 they had listed, when I sent a message to them, nothing, 3 days nothing. Finally went to look at it, they knew nothing about it!! Seriously!! The salesman said he would call me back in a couple hours, nothing!! Well, today they have a 2500 GMC listed, I call, they once again knew NOTHING!!! A salesman texted me a good while later and said, the truck wasn't for sale!! Said, it's a lot truck and they don't want to sell it. BUT! He asked if I would be interested in a super duty.. New of course. Seems to me they use the old bait trick to get you on their lot, then try hooking you on a way more expensive vehicle. GUESS WHAT?? I DON'T DO BUSINESS LIKE THAT. If I have to go out of state to buy another vehicle, I will before I deal with these people. Or walk first

I've purchased my last two cars from I-77 Ford and had all my service completed by their service department. These folks really treat me like family! I appreciate how the technicians go out of their way to help consumers understand their vehicle and service plan. I plan on coming back for purchase #3.

I have only gotten a front license plate bracket from them, but they have a very friendly staff. I had a few questions about my new Ford F-150 and the gentleman in parts was very knowledgeable and explained it to me in a way anybody could understand. And did not try to sell me something I did not need. Hats off! Thank you.

The service socks never go there they lie to you they say one price then when work is done to change ot then say they ordered parts they find out they never did there service guy at counter is very rude an disrespectful an he should never deal with people I will never go again an I would never refer anyone please keep away from this place

My daughter bought a vehicle from I77, this was her very first purchase on her own, the family has bought 3 from them. She bought it in November, she's been having issues with the vehicle not starting (it was a used vehicle). She used her extended warranty and they came to jump start her every time. She lives in Cincinnati, she called to see if there was anything they could do to make it right since she's only had the vehicle a couple months. They basically told her tough, we won't replace the battery or even split the cost. They had no problem selling her the vehicle and making it sound like they'd be there if she needed ANYTHING. Wrong!!!!! Needless to say, her first experience buying a vehicle has totally been disappointing.
