Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a new ride! Faith worked so well to help us find our perfect ride! I m definitely going back when it s time to trade in my other ride! Excellent service, friendly employees and a great place to start out buying your first car! Faith worked to find us a vehicle that we would truly love and that fit perfect for our family!

Went to get RFH Pin for my vehicle Ram. Had registration, license and vehicle all there. Had already called FCA and they stated is free and yours since I'm owner. Service stated 20.00 and then refused stating had to have my Factory radio. I told them had nothing to do with RADIO. . I have after market installed already. Drove home got radio gave them the serial number. The gave me a PIN. HOWEVER This is NOT THE RFH PIN i requested it is the Radio UNLOCK pin. Sure would be nice if the dealer knew what they should and could give the customer what they are asking for. Called back again and got the correct code.

First of all I regretfully make this review to a local company however what happened to me is unacceptable. I sold my car to them. Well, I actually paid them 745 dollars on August the 9th to pay for the difference that I owed the bank after the mgr. , sales people saw my 3 year old accompanying us, they refused to budge at all on offer. It took my bank until Sept. 1 to receive payment. Was over all a terrible experience. I called for help numerous times and was told they'd call me back. Only 1 lady out of the finance department was finally helpful. I literally was about to report my car stolen. It's 2022. Waiting this long for payment is unacceptable. My credit took a 30+ point hit and my account took it's first missed payment. They didn't bother to help aside from the one woman in finance. I think her name was Whitney. She needs a raise the rest of the company needs a course on customer appreciation. Terrible experience.

I have purchased quite a few vehicles here, as well as had service many times. Every experience has been pleasant and enjoyable. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Helpful, cheerful, and resourceful beyond the usual! During a prolonged torrential rainstorm while we were en route to northern Ohio, the motor that operates the driver-side windshield wiper on our Chevrolet SUV failed, leaving us unable to proceed safely. We managed to reach this dealership, where the service personnel tried to get us the part we needed but could not. So they sent us across the street to an auto supply store to purchase Rainex and then gave us a dry place and a huge stack of dry cloths to wipe down the windshield and apply the solution as needed. This made it possible for us to drive the remaining 325 miles home in steady rain and fog without windshield wipers. Dutch Miller's service staff saved our trip home!

Would rather wipe my butt on a pine cone than buy from any Dutch Miller dealership. Had a salesman RUDELY tell me that yall's price wasn't the problem my expectations were, only for me to drive 30 minutes further to Mark Porter and get the same vehicle for THOUSANDS less.

My wife and I already had an idea of what we wanted. We had test driven a vehicle already. Put in our information on the website. The dealership contacted us the next day to setup an appointment. Went in today for our appointment, told them what we wanted, they pulled it up front, ran numbers, got us a payment way lower than expected. Signed the paperwork, done deal in no time. Very easy, seamless experience. Outstanding customer service. Jamie Fields is the man to work with. Very professional and understanding. Not your typical salesperson.

I have not purchased a vehicle here but they do all the services on my Dart. Always enjoyable staff and very informative when working on my car. They have given me guidance when I needed it and worked with me when I wanted to do things my way. I don't have any complaints over the few years I have been coming here.

CJDR is the worst ever. Bought a vehicle that they said was perfectly fine just to drive 2 hrs from home for the vehicle to not start. They say they will fix the problem right? Then the truck starts up suddenly and they won't fix it. I then drive all the way home just for the vehicle to not want to start at all now and they are refusing to fix it. It should of been fixed before being on the lot and leaving the lot when you knew something was wrong. Its their problem to fix and they refuse along with management not wanting to help. Don't expect good reviews if you treat your customers badly and won't fix a problem you knew about.

Great Experience with the Service department! Jordan went above and beyond while dealing with the company I have my warranty through! He deserves a raise!!! It was refreshing doing business with a company who actually puts the customers best interest first! Quality work at a fair price! A big thanks to Jordan, Gerald and the mechanics!

I went in for a screw in my tire, and to have my tire sensor replaced, went well took a bit longer than we thought but it s called life so over all my van rides smooth and the light is off so I m happy with the outcome. They do good work and they always check for recalls so that s a plus!

Upon buying a new vehicle in April I had asked if they would sell me a part at their cost, being my vehicle didn't come equipped. They agreed but was told I had to wait because part was backordered. I agreed. I was told the part was around $300.00. A headliner for the new jeep wrangler JL..3 months later I get a call stating the part came in and it was $500.00. In shock I called another local dealership and asked them how much they sell the exact same part for and they stated $425.00. I called 77 back and spoke to parts department and I asked why so much because of my agreement with their dealership. I asked was he sure that was COST, he paused and stated that's what he is told to tell people. So in a nutshell he is told to lie to people. Because the retail price for the part was 500.00. That I verified via another dealership. I asked to speak to a manager and was passed to a man that just repeated what the parts department guy said. What I've learned is don't deal with shady people. I'm done with and will never be back. And this will not be the only review I do. I will post one a week until it's resolved as it should had been from the get go. Don't like being lied to.

Jamie Fields is the best sales representative around! We have bought 3 cars from him and will not go anywhere else. No matter what you need, or what problem arises, he worked through it! Thank you, Jamie Fields!

My father recently totaled his vehicle and decided to buy a used ford expedition from the Chrysler dealer ship they where very reasonable on the price and he was told that he would get another key programmed due to it only having one key, and was also told that the plastic cover beside the seat would be fix. The next day he call to get everything faxed to his bank so he could pick it up. They told him they couldnt hold the vehicle for him if he didn't finance it though there bank then when he went up there the next day to purchase it they went back on the deal with the key and the seat. He was happy with the price but disappointed with being lied to.

I recently bought a brand new 2017 2.4 latitude Jeep renegade from them 2 months ago. $30000. My car wasn t meant for a dirt road so i thought jeeps a great name. Realized the tires didn t match. Asked the sales person as he put it the tire must of just been flat so we put a new one on . Didn t think much of it. So I bought it. I m at 5500 miles and everything s broken down. Needs brakes, rotors, 2 bent rims on it and the emergency brake is acting up. I go to work and home that s all now instead of being good honest people they are saying I drove rough on it. Literally the guy who drove it today said he was terrified of it. So they put the 2 bent rims on the back so it won t shake. Whatttt!!! I had it in the shop on Friday for an alignment, oil change and rotation it shook a little not crazy just enough to tell me somethings not right. The brakes were marked down but nothing else as what needed attention. Could barley hold it on the highway on Sunday. Now the whole tire ordeal hits me why put a different tire on a brand new car. Pretty sure the dealer wrecked it and I m getting a car they threw back together and kept hush about. 30000 dollars wasted mind as well throw my hard worked 500 dollars a month down the drain. Bought this car to have a reliable car that I don t have to break the bank for. Was told this car was reliable and could make it out my road which is your typical dirt road. So I m stuck with a car that is junk and the dealers holding up no warranty for it. Think maybe it might be time to talk to another dealer and find out if I just bought the biggest lemon ever. Since this dealer won t fix a thing or stand good on warranty. This things a death trap but you know what buying a new cars not worth it. At 5500 miles I m finding out that warranty means nothing. They ll sell any piece of junk from the auctions and call it what every they want. Called the dmv because my registration didn t come in 2 months later they pay the registration fee of 25 guess what my car is illegal because of them!! DONT BUY HERE!!!!Buyer beware please. They are very bad and just want the sale.

I travel from Charleston to Ripley just to visit this dealership! There are several Jeep dealerships closer, but the service is worth the drive! Tillmon is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as is the receptionist. I have never had a bad experience here! I would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend I-77. Aaron did an amazing job finding us the right vehicle and getting us financing. We had looked at another dealership in Pomeroy, but they were not helpful at all.

Worst Dealership in the world. Service department is nothing more that a bunch of monkeys screwing a football. They've had my Jeep for more than 6 weeks to change a simple modulator. I will take my Jeep back to Texas before I EVER let them work on it again.

My friends Ram 2500 broke on I-77 north heading back to Cleveland. Tow truck dropped us and the truck at the dealership with a destroyed front wheel bearing. Less than 2 hours later, back on the road headed home! Everyone at the dealership, from service to sales to management treated us wonderfully. Courteous, professional, and bend over backwards helpful. I can't say enough.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with making sure repairs were done so I could go out of town and not have to rent a vehicle. Car now runs without missing. Love it.

Service dept did what factory told them to do to fix the recall. However, welding parts together on a $75k truck that is a few months old is below acceptable!
