Spent the usual 3+ hours with the Sales Rep, comparing different vehicles and prices. Found a vehicle I liked, and was going through the process of obtaining a loan. While waiting to hear from the Loan Officer, another Salesperson SOLD that car to another person,, Stealing the Commission from the Lady I was working with. BAD MOVE Steve!Found out later that this dealership has a habit of charging a couple extra thousand dollars above standard prices. Only reason I put the 2nd star is because Nan, my Salesperson was Good at her job.

I had always heard great things about this dealership but unfortunately for me I had problem after problem with the car I bought from them. A few years (and thousands of dollars) later I went to trade the car in somewhere else and found out that the car had frame damage from a previous owner which essentially made it worthless. They sold me a car priced higher than the bluebook value that had reported frame damage on it. When I called Nelson about it I was told "An accident report is an accident report, it doesn't really mean anything." I probably should've pushed them to make it right but there was no initial offer on their part and I was completely turned off from dealing with them ever again.If you are interested in a car from here make sure to spend the money for a carfax report to make sure they aren't ripping you off.The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because the service team was always willing to work with me and give me a loaner car anytime I took my car in.

Excellent buying experience. Extremely nice vehicle sold by a friendly and helpful staff. They also found me financing over 1% below my own personal credit union rate. Will definitely look here first for future purchases. Thanks Matt and David!

People were nice but our vehicle was absolute garbage from the day we got it nothing but issues owned it for 3 months they offered to buy it back for 12k less than what we bought it. Do not recommend

My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Nelson. All purchases how been excellent. 09 Buick Enclave in 2011. 2011 Mercedes Benz C300 in 2014 and in September 2016 bought a Nissan Rogue. I'll never go anywhere else.

Nelson Auto Sales has a friendly no hassle environment in which they allow you to look and test drive without making a person feel pressured to buy. If its not on the lot they will look for the one your looking for.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS! I don't know how they are even open still. They sell vehicles above NADA pricing making it hard to get a loan and refuse to lower. THEY SELL VEHICLES OUT FROM UNDER PEOPLE.
