I don't even know where to begin with this review. So magical. I was fed up with my previous insurance provider. I won't name them, but let's just say they were not on my side. I was frustrated, so I went online and filled out a form to get a quote from another provider. I received several quotes, as you do with this type of submission. None of them seemed too appealing. Then I received a letter in the mail from Shawn Miller's office. The quote was terrific, and I didn't think it could be real. They were quoting me $100 less per month than the other guys. I intended to follow up but lost the letter. A few weeks later, I received a call from Amber at Shawn Miller's office. She was amazing then and continues to be awesome today. She walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. She assured me that it wasn't an elaborate prank and that I really could get affordable insurance rate. All my life, I've had ridiculous monthly insurance rates. People with multiple DUI's have had cheaper insurance than me.I'm going to save $1200 this year thanks to Shawn Miller and State Farm. Thanks to Amber for all of her follow-ups too.
