Jackson Pro is our go-to hardware store. Some time ago I was needing help with a storage idea for my knitting tools. They didn't have exactly what I needed, so the guys spent some time with me trying to come up with an alternative. Their patience was extremely appreciated! Now, when anyone comes in our store looking for a hardware store, I send them there.

They have pretty much anything you need. They will help you find it and will help you carry it to the register. The thing I like the most is they are open 7 days a week. AWESOME

Live in murrysville. Always my first stop. Great store to pick up what u need. Reps are always jumping to help u. Great service. Recommend and will continue to go. Even give recommendations on what to use on your projects. Thank u for your service.

Super helpful and friendly employees. Most hardware store employees are condescending to females but not these guys. They even carry out the heavy gas tanks and load them into my car for free. Great ppl!

We just moved to Ravenswood. I stopped in to have keys made and was very impressed by the store and the staff. Outstanding selection. Spacious and well stocked. Courteous and knowledgeable sales people. Made us feel right to home

I was traveling home an stopped at the marathon fuel station. I noticed a noise, I was missing a caliper bracket mount bolt. No part stores in town had it. Call the fine establishment, to the manager my situation. He came to get me take to the parts store for a bolt and washer to get me back on my way. You can't find that kinda service at a big box store. Thanks again

The employees are always happy to help and the building is deceptively big so they have a nice selection. Always a pleasure to visit when I have a project to do.

I was surprised by prices being lower than other places for equivalent electrical wire and supplies, great deals on hot water heaters too!

It's a convenient Hardware Store they have everything you can think of to do whatever repairs you need to do and the Staff is very helpful and courteous!!

They have everything you can think of that you need and you don't have to run all the way to Walmart. They are open 7 to 7 everyday which is GREAT!!
